The flat comfortably fits up to four people and features 1 double bedroom plus En-suite bathroom with tub, a second bedroom with double bed, a living room with satellite/cable TV console, dining area and separate kitchen (fully equipped with coffee machine and washing machine with integrated dryer facilities). There is also a second bathroom with shower.

We have a strict NO SMOKING POLICY throughout the flat. Should any persons be reported smoking, or our cleaners smell smoke in the rooms an extra day charge will apply either to reinstate the apartment or compensate the following guests for the inconvenience caused.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT times are usually flexible but the indicative times here provided need to be observed if there are other reservations on the same day of your arrival/departure.

I give the Ascott apartments a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the easiness of booking to the smooth and easy check in. Our host was outstanding as well as the helpfulness of all staff on hand. Apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. A great place to call home when your far from home. Never any issues and quick responses when needed.

Clean, comfortable and relatively modern. Amazing location. Dannie helped organise a seemingly brand new baby cot for us. On main road, between Chong Nonsi and Surasak BTS. Across the road from Healthland (great 400THB foot massage), supermarket on the Chong Nonsi corner, 7-11 towards surasak, ATM and pub at the front of the building. Recommend Rocket Coffee Bar (6min wall) and Cafè Neighbour (15min walk) for good Australian-style coffee.

Everything from the checkin to the checkout was easy and streamlined, Dannie was so helpful and offered great tips for getting around. One thing that is so important when lodging in an apartment rather than a hotel is having it easy to find for transportation. We loved a restaurant called "Go Asean" just steps away from the front door. The apartment was well located with restaurants and shopping steps away. The pool area was beautiful and the staff very gracious. We would stay here again.

My mum and myself stayed at this apartment. The decor is very comfy and looks as per the photos. It's equipped with all the essentials that we required (fridge, air con, hairdryer, washing machine and great Wi-Fi). The apartment is within walking distance of chong nonsi BTS station. I have a quick peek at the pool but didn't get a chance to use it (as we were out everyday). As I'm a bit of a light sleeper, I found the noise of the car traffic (as the apartment is next to a very busy main road) did wake me up a bit earlier than expected in the mornings. Aside from this, it's a great apartment and made our Bangkok stay in Bangkok very enjoyable.

Mit Strassen- und Baustellenlärm muss man in jeder Großstadt rechnen. Die gut isolierten Fenster reduzieren den Lärm aber auf ein Minimum. Eine genauere Funktionserklärung zu den elektrischen Geräten würde nicht schaden
