This beautiful coastal condo is located oceanfront in The Ashworth, one of North Myrtle Beach's premier high rises. Located on Ocean Blvd, 1/2 block off Main St. (GPS address is 102 No. Ocean Blvd, No. Myrtle Beach, SC). We normally have a large beach between our building and the ocean with plenty of space for sunbathing, bocce ball, or building sandcastles. The building recently added a dune walkover which lets you go from the building to the sand/beach with no steps. Enjoy the view and expansive coastline views from the large windows and balcony from the 17th floor. This 4-bedroom designer unit is perfect for couples, family vacations, golfers, shaggers or a girlfriends' getaway. Come visit quaint North Myrtle Beach and enjoy restaurants, shopping, ice cream/candy shops and live music -all within walking distance. Make sure you check out the SC state dance - the shag - while here! You can find shaggers at Fat Harold's, Duck's or OD Pavilion almost every day. The owners were great and the property was stocked and well kept. Check in was a breeze, and any questions were answered in a very timely manner. Location, set up, parking and elevators were optimal and the walk to the beach was easy. Loved the keyless entry. The only thing we had any issues with were roku TV and Wi-Fi which buffered or went out from time to time. Overall, we'd stay there again!

Everything was great! Only two complaints were there was not enough towels nor wash cloths with 9 people and some showering more then once a day. The showers were not draining well so you were standing in a good amount of water by the time you got done. Other than that, no issues. Location was great! Owners were fast to respond.

Condo was very clean and well-stocked, plenty of beds and baths and TVs. Location could not be beat. Walking distance to restaurants, clubs, beach stores, convenience stores. Amazing view from 17th floor corner. Owners were nice and efficient to deal with. 4 elevators and lots of carts. Nice pools including 1-ft toddler pool, lazy river, LARGE jacuzzi. Beautiful wide beach. Only 15 mins from Barefoot Landing. We love to go to the Boulineau's IGA when we go to this area. Hope to go back soon!

The place was nice. Clean and quiet. Beautiful views. Spacious. My husband is not a fisherman and caught 4 stingrays--we were able to put them back into the ocean safely! the pools, lazy river and hot tub were great Definitely want to return!

My family and I had a great time. We had 5 adults and two children. The condo was great. It had everything we needed. It was a very busy week in the area, and (I'm assuming because of this fact) the lazy river and pool were a little slimy and the water wasn't very clear. The elevators were fast, and many luggage carts/ shopping carts were available. We enjoyed it and would return!

You really can't go wrong with booking this condo. It's in a great location and Stan and Susan were wonderful to rent from. Anytime I had a question they were quick to answer it. The location is perfect and the view from the 17th floor can't be beat. When we arrived the place was spotless. The bedrooms are very spacious and the living room and kitchen were the perfect size for our group of 6. On check in day we took Stan's advice and had Georgio's pizza for dinner which you can see from the balcony. It arrived fast and was as good as he said it would be. One other spot you need to check out is Melt if you're in the mood for ice cream. It is located right across the street from Georgio's. I had the peanut butter cup and peach and they were both really good. Overall we had a wonderful time and experience here and would not hesitate to rent it again. Thanks for a great time!!

Our family really enjoyed staying in this condo. We stayed in the same condo a few years ago and it only gets better. The condo owners really take pride in making this unit a great choice for your next vacation and it well stocked. The oceanfront and corner unit views are excellent and walking distance to lots of restaurants and stores. The owners respond quickly to any questions regarding this rental.

Excellent experience with this unit & owners. Very spacious & well appointed unit in a great location - walking distance to many restaurants, bars & shopping. Great pool, lazy River & amenities in this direct oceanfront building. Both daughters & 4 grand kids met at this location for a long weekend of much needed bonding & memory making. Would highly recommend this unit & the owners are very responsive & easy to work with.

Writing this review as we are heading home after a three day vacation with my extended family. Stan and Susan are just wonderful hosts and human beings. Always available to answer your questions. We have stayed in multiple VRBO resorts and this was one of the best. Location was perfect, Ashworth Condos has done a great job with the overall facility. Parking is very convenient. This 4 bedroom is in the 17th floor wjth an amazing view. If the skies are clear yoy can watch sunrise and sunset along with pelicans flying close by your balcony. We have made memories for life and plan to come back soon !!! Only things to share with others are 1) the wifi was not strong enough if you plan on using it for work. We had to use our hotspot. 2) this location is beginning of North Myrtle so all good restaurants are a 20 min drive. There are few local good places at a walking distance. This condo is meticulously cared for. The views from the balcony are so amazing, we watched dolphins swimming from the balcony on several occasions. Great location to walk around and enjoy the local shops/restaurants, we listened to local band’s performances at the little pavilion next door. We walked the beach to a beach front bar/grill called coconuts (outstanding Bahamas mamas). We just had the best vacation! The owners were very easy to work with making our family vacation effortless and stress free. We could not have been happier.

This condo is your oceanfront home away from home. If you're like me, the first priority when searching for a vacation spot is to find a clean place. I can vouch that this place is as clean as your own home. In the mornings, you can watch the sunrise, from the privacy of your own balcony, and savor your coffee while listening to the ocean waves and enjoying the sea breeze. Everyone in your family will love the lazy river and the many pools. They even have a 1 ft deep pool for young children. There is a separate sun deck with lots of chairs, which is nice because that leaves the chairs around the pool to be used by the actual people enjoying the pool. If you have kids, you'll understand what I mean. You can walk across the street for shopping, dinner, ice cream, and more. The supermarket is less than a mile away and Starbucks is 1 mile away, if you can't do without your specialty coffee. There are many great restaurants in the area including Hook and Barrel, Crave, and Tupelo Honey. We brought the kids to Medieval Times for dinner theater, which they loved. On a rainy day, we visited Ripley's Aquarium. At the end of the day, it was great to come back to the condo to have drinks on the balcony or go for a walk on the beach or bob along the lazy river with your kids for the millionth time that day.

The Ashworth Condos are an amazing place to stay for a family vacation. The location is walking distance for a variety of dining experiences and evening ice cream on Main Street! Attractions such as Barefoot landing and Broadway on the Beach are a short drive away. Communication with the owners was great and the check-in process was a breeze. The views from the 17th floor end unit were breathtaking and the condo amenities were great with the pool, large hot tub, and lazy river. The condo was well furnished, clean, and stocked with the essentials to eat in if desired. Would definitely stay again! Thank you to Stan and Susan Hines for making this a great family vacation and experience we will never forget.
