An amazing beach vacation! We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and this is the best one ever. Plenty of space, and a great beach for the family to gather. The house is beautiful, well maintained, and immaculate, with no details lacking. I wish we could give more than 5 stars—-rarely do the other glowing recommendations match the experience.

This trip was planned as an opportunity for 17 of us to take our first post pandemic family trip. And what an amazing week it was! The house far exceeded our expectations. Tom was so helpful and kept in touch the entire week.

We booked this home for a family vacation and we were beyond pleased. Tom was wonderful to work with and was very prompt when we reached out to him. This home had everything and then some. The kitchen was stocked with top of the line items and any pot or pan needed to cook a meal. The beach felt like it was our private beach and the closet of beach items provided was great. This house exceeded our expectations and made our vacation very relaxing.

This home checked all of the boxes! The location on the beach was perfect, the layout was great for a multi-generational group and the house was perfectly appointed.
Tom (the property manager) was incredibly responsive and helpful.

Our family includes a paraplegic, so having an accessible home was critical. Accessible has a lot of meanings; in this case, his wheelchair could fit through the bathroom door (which it did not in a previous vacation home), and the bathroom sink was a good height for a wheelchair user. The shower, unfortunately, did not work for him because he uses a shower chair that would not fit through the shower door. So he had to take the elevator down to the outdoor shower. All that said, it's a WONDERFUL house, with great views, lots of space, comfortable beds, and (for those of us who can walk) good beach access. It's VERY well stocked. We enjoyed staying here so much that we have already booked our trip for next year, when we know we won't have to bring as many items because they are provided (beach chairs and towels, soap and paper products, kitchen appliances, etc). Finally, I want to point out that the property manager, Tom, is excellent. He's very friendly, helpful, and responsive.

Our large family has specific needs for our summer gathering. The location, accommodations and property manager helped make this vacation a memorable one. We have a special needs grandchild and Tom, the property manager, went above and beyond to help us meet our sweet one's needs. The home, including 3 washers and dryers, wonderfully equipped kitchen, and beach toys for all ages allowed us to concentrate on the important reason for our trip...family memories.

We could not have been happier with this beautiful beach front home! Tom was there to greet us and to show how everything works! Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for whole family. Kitchen was so well equipped we weren’t lacking anything! The pool and hot tub were well enjoyed! I was very thankful for the elevator after having knee replacement! Wonderful family vacation!!

My wife and I enjoyed our 2 week stay. The house was clean, beds made and towels in all bathrooms when we arrived. The location of the house is great, right on the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Great communication with Tom (property manager), answered all our questions, meet us for check in to walk us through the house and handled a small problem with the jacuzzi the same day (actually within 2hrs).

Entire family came to the beach to celebrate our parents 55th wedding anniversary. Everyone from teenagers to grandparents loved this place and said best vacation ever. So much space! Right on the beach with everything we needed to make huge meals and enjoyed spotting dolphins while we ate breakfast. Also so convenient to town, shops and restaurants. This is a must stay spot!

The home was beautiful and just as seen in the photos. Our hosts were at the house to meet us when we arrived to show us through the home which was impressive. I don't think the kitchen lacked a single appliance! Highly recommend!

Upon arrival Tom acquainted us with the house, explaining elevator and TV use along with other items, which was greatly appreciated. The house was exceptionally clean and furnishings are beautiful. Kitchen is well equipped. Great ocean views! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A big group of us went on a lovely vacation to this beautiful home just before Christmas. The location, the home, the backdoors opening to the beach, the balcony views very splendid! We even spotted dolphins many times over those few days! Tom and his wife have been wonderful at responding to any requests. The elevator was a big plus as my parents could not climb the stairs.The hot tub was a huge hit with the kids since they really wanted to spend time in the water and we had some heavy rains during that time!Overall a beautiful home which we would love to go back to!

We’ve stayed at quite a few beach houses, and this one had everything. With ages ranging from 4 months to 81 yrs, this was the perfect spot for us! Everyone had their own bedroom and bath, an exceptionally equipped kitchen and all the supplies we needed. Tons of beach toys and chairs and of course hot tub and pool. PERFECT.

I stayed at this home with extended family in early September 2021. It was a wonderful experience - the house is huge (including a very spacious kitchen, dining, and living area) and every room is beautiful. Both the indoor and outdoor living spaces are very well maintained with high-quality furniture and amenities. The immediate access to the beach (which we had all to ourselves - no neighbors immediately next door on either side!) can't be beat. Every bedroom and bathroom is well-stocked with nice linens, and there are plenty of comfortable beach chairs and boogie boards, kayaks, etc. available. The kitchen is also very well-equipped and perfect for cooking. I would wholeheartedly recommend this home to anyone looking for hotel-quality accommodations for a responsible group!

Could not have been more perfect. We did not end up using the pool because the beach was so beautiful. The house had everything we needed, which was great for those flying in with kids. We found some fabulous seafood store nearby and got to enjoy a couple of great meals. Didn't need any other entertainment as what was provided was more than we needed. Thank you, Tom and Karen.
