My sister and I were visiting tucson to see other family members. Our flight arrived early and we were able to drop off luggage early so we could go out and about. The location was great for us. The area is nice and safe. The house was relaxing. It has everything you need. There are 3 complaints the first. The master toilet had urine all over it and hair still in shower. 2nd The dinning table and under it had crumbs all around. 3rd there is an animal living in the attic. We could hear it at different times in the nights. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The home was perfect for our annual golf trip. Everything was as exactly as advertised and the location made shopping, dining, and playing different golf courses at the opposite ends of town easy. Thank you!

This wonderful little home should be called "Quail Run" due to all the birds you can watch right from the patio. Despite the house's close proximity to stores, it's remarkably quiet and protected by trees and a great fenced in back yard. The house itself is lovely, very clean, and had everything we needed. It was so comfortable that we even cancelled some plans just to stay home. Thank you, Deanie!

Enjoyed our stay in Tucson in this split floorplan rental. Very clean with a nice layout.

Open style house in quiet residential area. Backyard is private with a patio that has sun all day and was partially roofed over for shade. The yard backs onto a dry wash behind a row of trees/shrubs. Spent many hours there watching Quail, Woodpeckers, Hummingbird, Hawk and other birds while enjoying a cold beverage, even watched a coyote trot by. House is fully outfitted and neighborhood had everything we needed to spend a relaxing month checking out Pima Air + Space museum, Saguaro National Park, the gem show, Kartchner Cave and surrounding area from Arivaca to Globe. Very comfy couch with solid wifi, smart TV with broadcast channels as well as streaming, kitchen equipped with all the necessities. Only thing we wished for was another month.

Very charming single family home for my wife and my 25lb dog. It was in a great neighborhood. Close to everything. Tucson has a great walking/biking trail system that is 2 blocks away. A big plus is this house has a fenced backyard for the dog. It was perfect. Thanks you.

Overall, an extremely nice place to stay. Very very clean and tidy, nice backyard area and very close to main roads. Check in process could be improved as there is not keypad entry even though the check in information says there is (keys are actually in a lock box).

House was great. Unfortunately it was too cold that week to use the back deck. Nice neighborhood with alot of amenities in the area. Recommend Monsoons for dinner and a beer.

This place was perfect for me and my 2 dogs for my 2 week work trip in Tucson. Neat, clean, comfortable and great location near I-10 and stores. I would definitely stay here again if this place is available on my next work trip here.

We loved this place! It is so roomy with an open concept It is well stocked and when I noticed something missing she brought it right over. The rental is in a great location, quiet neighborhood, and the back yard was a birders dream. Put out a feeder and they all come. We had desert bunnies, Gambel's quail, hummingbirds, and a variety of songbirds. We even had Cooper's Hawks and Harris Hawks a few times. The TV was easy to use (the one at my current location baffles us). We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Tucson.

Great property!
My son and I stayed here for a month while looking for a house to buy. We both absolutely loved it and felt right at home. It was clean, comfortable and thoroughly stocked with everything you could need, except for groceries of course :) The split bedroom floorplan was perfect for us. I loved that it has a garage to keep my car out of the hot sun. It is in a great location in a safe neighborhood, convenient to just about everything. Deanie was great to work with and very responsive. I would recommend renting this property and probably any other she has to anyone looking.

Great stay
Nice stay at this cute home in an established neighborhood. We were close to family that live a few miles away and plenty of nearby places to pick up light groceries and other needs. Spent a couple of really warm afternoons putting a puzzle together and pleasant mornings on the patio with coffee.

Pleasant, comfy, relaxing vacation home
This comfy abode is nestled in a quiet suburban neighborhood but with easy access to all sorts of our favorite businesses. Open concept plan gave a spacious, airy feeling and the patio was a relaxing place to read, quaff a lemonade, and just relax as the occasional quail or two would stroll by. No stress at this casa!

5 Star Stay
We stayed for four months. We enjoyed it very much.
We chose this property for its proximity to the bike path. It was a short five-minute ride through quiet residential streets to the path.
The property was very good in every other way. The mattresses were outstanding, assuring us of a great night's sleep every night. The water pressure was good. The fenced-in back yard provided safety for our dog and a view of the wash behind.. The property was in a safe and friendly neighborhood. It was convenient to Tohono Chul garden with a bistro which is one of the best restaurants in Tucson. Also convenient to Saguraro West National Park.
There were two dog parks nearby. Restaurants and shopping centers were close.
The house had a good floor plan with the two bedrooms and baths at opposite ends. There were abundant kitchen utensils, silverware, and china. All the extras were great.
Deanie, the manager, was responsive, helpful, and friendly.
We very much enjoyed this extended stay in Tucson.

Super Comfy
We totally enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen was important since we would be preparing Christmas dinner there and it did not disappoint. It's well-stocked with all the pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, and dishes we needed. The house was very clean, bright and cozy. I liked the open kitchen and living area with a bed and bath on either side. The back porch/yard were spacious and quite private. We would stay again.

A Desert Oasis!
My wife and I and our 2 shiba's recently stayed for 9 days at this property. It was great to have a fenced yard and a comfortable home to stay in. We really appreciated having the ability to cook in our temporary home so we didn't "have to" eat out every meal. It was also very convenient having a 2 car garage so we could keep our car out of the Arizona sun and safely unload our car without worrying about our dogs getting out and running through the neighborhood! The 6 foot fence came in really handy one morning as we had a couple coyotes say "hi" from across the fence one morning! It was nice knowing they couldn't leap over the fence!
The back yard that looked out onto the wash (dry river bed) was a great addition of privacy and quiet for those lovely mornings with a cup of coffee on the patio.
Another thing that was handy was how conveniently located this home was to shopping, great Mexican restaurants and the freeway.
The next time we plan a trip to Tucson we will definitely be looking to this property first as our home away from home!! I would highly recommend this location if you are looking to travel to Tucson!

Great Tucson Get Away!
The Casa Del Sol property was perfect for my husband and I. This was our first extended vacation to Arizona to get away from the Midwest winter and we were definitely not disappointed. The location was great — good shopping close by. The patio was very private and with chain link fence facing the wash area, with trees for privacy along the fence, we were able to see so many types of birds and wildlife every day. We were very pleased with having a garage to park our car and store bikes and golf clubs. The house was furnished well and very clean when we arrived. We utilized the gas grill a lot for cooking and enjoyed meals on the patio. This is a great location to get on and off I-10 and access to secondary roads traveling to other points of interest in the area. Deanie was a great host and was always available for questions or concerns about the property or ideas for things to do. We would DEFINITELY enjoy staying here again.

Affordable and cute house in great NW Tucson location
We rented this property for 3 months this summer after moving back to Tucson and looking for a home to buy. We really liked having a garage and a fenced-in-yard for our dog. The home is close to shopping and restaurants in the NW and Oro Valley area. Deanie, the property manager, is easy to work with and communicated well prior to and during our stay. The home had comfortable furniture in the living room and we liked having a King-sized bed in the master bedroom, but the mattress was a little hard. Additionally, the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and items needed for food preparation, but could use some updating, as could some decor throughout the home. Otherwise, we had a great stay and we would recommend this home for short or long-term rental.

Comfortable home in a well located area
Overall we had a very good experience. Great location with easy access to highway and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Quiet neighborhood with private backyard. House was clean, nicely furnished with well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

great place for a vacation
The house was clean and well equipped. Although there is an alarm system, we never felt the need to use it. It's located at the north end of Tucson, near Marana, and convenient to both Saguaro National Parks, east and west. The patio looks out onto a dry wash. The trees and bushes made this area quite private and we enjoyed many morning coffees and evening barbecued meals out on the patio. We enjoyed watching and listening to the birds and watching the sunsets.
The house is located in the city so there was a fair amount of traffic sounds but nothing unexpected. The six foot high chain link fence surrounding the patio made it safe and secure for our Golden Retriever for those times when he remained at the house without us. There is a roof over the patio area to provide shade and some shelter.
The two large bedrooms at opposite ends of the house allowed for privacy and different sleep schedules. The two car garage was very convenient and secure for parking. It kept our vehicle from being sandblasted in the couple of days when the winds whipped up and carried a lot of sand in the air.

We loved being able to stay in a home over hotel. Cooked on the very nice patio and grill.
Nice home in a quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores and restaurants.
The home was clean and well stocked with kitchen equipment. Nice appliances, newer side by side refrigerator.
Large master bedroom with comfortable king size bed. Second bedroom is spacious with queen bed.
Loved our stay there.

Superb location, facilities, and landlady!
We were getting together with my two boys, one working in Tucson and one meeting us from Chicago, for Thanksgiving, and the house proved to be perfect for our needs, with backyard for our puppy, great location, well-furnished and stocked house and kitchen, and helpful and tolerant landlady. There were no negatives, all positives, and I would happily stay any place sponsored by or owned by Deanie Burris. Listing accurate; property and house well-maintained and clean; great customer service; would recommend without second thought; most of the time spent meeting son's fiancee and parents, jeeping around Mt. Lemmon, and hanging out at the fiancee's westside desert residence.

Great Time in Great Place
We were getting together with my boys for Thanksgiving and to meet my older boy's fiancee and her family, and we had a truly grand time, made more so by the quality of the accommodations we had. The house was wonderfully furnished and appointed and located, and the landlady was delightfully helpful and supportive, and we would go back there and with her in a heartbeat.

Perfect for my family
We are family of 5, with three boys 4-15 years of age. Our schedule was packed with hiking and visiting places, and this house was perfect for us. Very close to I-10, Costco and grocery store, yet the house was so quiet and felt safe. I will highly recommend this cute house and we will definitely rent again!
