The villa is new with a nice yard where you can park. The apartment was big enough for three adults and one child. It was very clean inside and the apartment was cleaned every four days.

The road next to the villa is very bad and dusty. The owner of the villa does not know English and we had a hard time understanding each other. After that we communicated with the cleaning lady and the owner's daughter. WiFi was often very poor. Hot water ran out after 6 in the afternoon.The beach and the nearest markets are not close.

Beautiful property, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Close to the beach and to the little town. Extremely clean and comfy!

Nothing! Everything was perfect

This property was one of the best that I have ever visited and I would visit it again without any doubt! The facilitiies the hosts and generally the whole Villa was so beautiful and quite. The beach is 5 minutes on foot the room was excellent the wifi was great eventhough I was worried about it because I was working but I didnt face any problems! My first time on Ksamil was unforgettable!

The internet connection was so so so bad, you can hardly say that there was internet. Nobody there spoke English. Roads (to the villa, from the villa to the beach, in ksamil in general) ware awful.

Location, hospitality of owners ,nice people and so polite. Cleen place.
