About this house rental

Built in 2007 with 3,000 sq. ft. of living space, this expansive 6 bedroom 3 bath home offers plenty of room for all! Sunny open living areas with chef's kitchen, formal dining room, spacious living room, bar with ice maker and two bedrooms on the first floor. The en-suite master bedroom and three other well appointed guest rooms and bath complete the second floor. Great outdoor covered porch's both in front and back for relaxing/entertaining and a fabulous outdoor shower! Located on a quiet street with easy access to ocean beaches and harbor area along with golf, pool, and tennis at the Montauk Downs.

This was a second stay at this house and it was as wonderful as the first. We especially loved sitting on the back porch with our children, sons-in-law and our grandchildren. Felt like a scene from Blue Bloods.

What a beautiful home, perfect for our get together. We had plenty of room and the house was well stocked. We enjoyed the porches and yard also. Bill was very accomodating and helpful with local info. Great location close to restaurants/hikes/etc. We couldn't have asked for anything more!!!!!!!

Beautiful home in a quiet part of Montauk within a couple minutes drive to anything you might need. Check in process was smooth and convenient. Highly recommend.

The house was WONDERFUL for our family gathering. We especially loved dining on the back porch (all 11 of us). It was an opportunity for our children and grandchildren to get together before school begins again. Bill was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Our stay was amazing!!. We were group of 12 + 2 kids (1 yo) and everybody was accommodated very comfortably. The house was nice and clean. There is plenty of space and things to do. Communication with Bill was very easy - he’s responsive and super helpful. We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend renting this property!

My immediate family and my husband’s immediate family had the pleasure of staying here for our wedding weekend. The house was even more beautiful in person. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone to sleep comfortably. Bill, the owner, was easy to contact and helped answer my questions regarding an early check-in and help with the central air system. He even offered us a late check-out without me having to ask which gave our families a day to explore the town of Montauk. The house is very close to the town and great restaurants. Would definitely recommend!!

He was so helpful with quick response times, Montauk info / tips, and even letting some of our guests parks infront of his house for the wedding :). The house is perfect for a large family and so close to the golf course, town, etc. Highly recommend!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's 3-5 minutes from everything we wanted to do in Montauk. Lots of big, clean, bedrooms and bathrooms. The property was in great shape. It was spacious, private from neighbors, had an unfinished recreation space in the basement (ping pong etc), and a nice covered porch in the backyard for hanging out. Bill, the owner, was very accommodating and helpful.I would highly recommend this property.

This home perfectly accommodated several adults — the photos accurately depict the home and property. We especially loved the large deck and yard for games. Bill was extremely accessible during check-in process and throughout our stay. We hope to come back next summer!

A great girls trip!

House was great for our girls trip! It is a great location! Minor problems with the house but the owner knew about it. The ice machine was out of order when we got there and the toilets seemed to have issues flushing (problems with the gasket). The owner of the house was great to work with leading up to the trip. I will say though the owner popped in on us a few times unannounced, which was definitely a surprise to us. He was very nice but he was asking many personal questions and just following us around so we felt uncomfortable and left early. I know he meant well but it was weird for a house of ladies to have a man walking around and watching us come and go on the ring at the front door.

Montauk Get Away in a Quiet Neighborhood

This house was great for our entire family including our dog. There was plenty of private and communal space including two porches and a large backyard. Everyone had room for their cars as well. It was located in a quiet neighborhood street but still close to everything we were interested in. Several of us are runners, bikers, or surfers and we all found our way around with ease. Bill was easy to work with and was very gracious about letting us check in earlier than 4 PM. There were bikes to use as well as beach chairs and boogie boards. We made use of the grill and the fire pit (we supplied the wood). There are, however, a few things that slightly dampened the experience. The house features an ice maker as part of the amenities that had an out-of-order sign when we arrived. The garage refrigerator and kitchen sink drain were moldy upon our arrival and we purchased bleach cleaner right away. The master shower was missing a few base tiles- and a few of the rugs downstairs were pretty dingy. While we DID have a nice family vacation- these easily remedied points would enhance future experiences.

We had a wonderful time staying at this house in Montauk. The house was clean and beautiful. We had everything we needed -- kitchen tools, towels, linens, games, bikes, etc. We were able to enjoy privacy in the outdoor deck spaces. The house is also very close to beaches, Montauk Brewing Co., shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this home!
