This condo has beautiful views of Baldy. On a clear morning you can see the River Run gondola, the ski runs and the Roundhouse at mid-mountain. The location is also excellent for quick access to the lifts and walking trail(bike trail). Very nice condo with plenty of space for my husband and me and our adult children. A cozy gas fireplace heats the unit so well we kept the radiant heat at 55! The kitchen is well equipped and the master suite has a large bathroom with walkin closet.

This was a nice setting for our family time in Sun Valley. Great location and comfortable space!

Had a family of 3 with a 3-day adult visitor from MT. Super spacious for the 4 of us, everyone had their own room. Great value for the price. I loved all the variety of serving bowls and plates for the food. They had a choice of keurig cups or coffee grinder and maker. The place was quite warm so we didn’t need the fireplace. WiFI worked well. They had a few puzzles and games, we chose KAtan for a couple of nights. Food wise and inventory: we recommend folk driving in from their homes, to grab olive and vege oil to avoid high costs at the local grocery store. We recommend everyone grab primary essential food like eggs, bread, lunch foods, at Albertson’s 10 miles south prior to getting to the condo. There are two grocery stores, we preferred the one that wasn’t village market. At village market, We had to pay $7 for a loaf of bread, and they didn’t have fresh cold cuts or cheeses. We had to pay $14 between the smallest options for olive and vege oil.. We had a blast at the outdoor skating rink and then took a ride to the Frenchmens Hotsprings. Quite a fun experience. We ate lunch at Sawtooth Brew Pub. Enjoyed our food. The hot tub at the condo was a 104 degree heat and was perfect. Recommend wearing slip-on shoes to and from because we just went down barefoot and our feet hurt from the extreme cold/hot coming out of the tub back inside.. We’d go back to this condo if we returned to Sun Valley. We could only imagine what Baldy would be like with snow, but the resort does a pretty great job with grooming. We personally like powder and moguls and only got one day of 3-4 inches that allowed us to do some mogul runs that were icy and non enjoyable prior.

Beautiful condominium fantastic location! Everything was new and clean. Plenty of space. Recently remodeled. The location was fantastic. Just a few minute walk from River run. A few more minutes to town. Location could not have been any better. Will definitely come again!

Everything went super smoothly. Check in was a snap, the condo was walking distance to town and lifts and everything was clean and tidy. Fantastic place and host!

Great space. Had everything we needed for our family of six to have a great vacation. We were surprised how spacious it was, it’s bigger than the pictures. We really liked that it had underground/covered parking.

We had a great time staying at this property. We do a cousin trip every year and have stayed in lots of VRBO. This was easily top 3 places we have stayed. Everything was in great condition, the beds, linens and towels were nice and there was plenty of kitchenware. Also tons of space to spread out. I'm not sure I would call it ski in ski out but I suppose it is probably doable. We never attempted as it is easy to park for free at the resort so we went that route.

This is the third time we have stayed in this well kept condo. It is well appointed, very clean and in a great location. Another plus is under ground parking with an elevator. We definitely recommend and will stay again.

The condo is very clean and well equipped. The furniture is stylish and comfy. Plus the layout worked great for our family. Having coffee out on the balcony in the mornings while looking up at the mountain was the best. And the location is convenient, being just a half mile walk from shops and a short walk to the bike trail and gondola. It was our first time visiting Ketchum and with so many fabulously fun outdoor adventures it’s definitely a place we hope to return to.

Short walk to the mountain, just enough to warm up your legs. 3 bedrooms on a single floor makes it a unique and desirable layout.

We thoroughly enjoyed the roominess and comfort of this lovely condo. The kitchen had ample storage space in the pantry for the food we brought and by and large had everything we needed for food prep. Our beds were comfy and we appreciated having the washer/dryer. The walk to the River Run base was 10 minutes top, and easy effort along the path. Easy walk to the grocery as well.

The condo location was great to River Run and Sun Valley Main Street. The condo itself needed to have personal items removed. All closets had stuff in it and we had a hard time putting our suitcases in the closet. The pantry/kitchen did not have enough room to store our goodies other than on the counter due to personal items in the pantry. The refrigerator door was full of condiments. The kitchen did have enough dishes for 2 meals which was nice...only had to run the dishwasher once a day. Plenty of pots and pans. The fire place quite working after one day, texted with property manager and was unable to get that fixed until after we left. The dryer only seemed to dry good on high heat, we made it work. Overall we had a good stay!

Overall this was a great choice! No air conditioning, which is common for Sun Valley area, however with the high temps it took us a couple days to finally get it cooled down. The condo was clean and had the supplies we needed. Great location!

The condo was perfect for us. It was spotless and spacious with nice decor. The location was close to town and the river walk. It was on the second floor on the backside, so very quiet, with a plus of an elevator from the parking garage. Susanne was very efficient with her communications. We would stay again and highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Snowstar condo unit #19. We normally seek a ski-in/ski-out condo, but there are literally no ski-in/ski-out condos in all of sun valley. This location could not be beat. We had a 5 min walk to the slopes every day, and left our skis at the slope side storage place by Pete Lane’s. We carried our ski boots to the resort and changed inside river run lodge where everyone just leaves their snow boots for the day. At the end of the day, we enjoyed apres ski with live music at river run lodge. So glad we decided to stay on this side of the mountain. The unit itself was well stocked with everything you need. Beds were comfortable and loved having covered parking. The view was great. Susanne was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

We visit Idaho every summer and really enjoyed our stay! Susanne was so great and responsive. It was everything we needed and more, plus close proximity to all our activities and friends we've made over the years. We had the best time and it comfortably fit our party of 6. It was a great summer!

Had a wonderful stay at this condo. Walked to lifts and town everyday. Would definitely rent again when we return to Sun Valley!

This was a wonderful condo to stay in for skiing. A short 10 minute walk to River Run Lodge where we picked up our skis and then rode gondola up. At end of the day we dropped the skis off with the concierge and then walked back. Flat all the way which is important at the end of a day of skiing! The condo was spotless. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen well supplied. Off street and covered parking for the car. Jacuzzi was hot for the apres ski recovery. Susanne was very responsive to any question. Would highly recommend!!

Great place, but not ski in- ski out like advertised ......

This condo is appointed beautifully. The rooms are large and beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need for meal prep and even entertaining. The location is absolutely the best, close enough to town and ski hill but yet incredibly quiet. We totally enjoyed our visit to Sun Valley at this condo and would love to stay again. We came up for the Rebecca's Private Idaho gravel ride event.

From the responsive host to the clean and well appointed place, all was great. Comfy bed, good quality furnishings and well equipped kitchen were all just what we needed (but knives for cooking were horrible, an understandable drawback to a rental).

This condo is exactly as advertised. It is very convenient to Sun Valley's "River Run" as well as downtown Ketchum. Spacious, clean, and well appointed, the condo comfortably slept our family of 4 adults (but could sleep up to 8). Three bedrooms: 1K, 1Q, 1Q + 2 twins, provided ample room. Kitchen was well equipped and functional. Our host/owner "Suzanne" was prompt to reply to our original inquiries and was efficient in making the rental process smooth; she even provided a welcome gift during our Christmas week stay. We would definitely seek out this property again on a future visit to the area!

Overall, the place is pretty good. Location is fantastic. We were able to walk to the River Run lifts and to town with ease. We had 6 people and there was more than enough room for all. The only down side was that we were there for Thanksgiving and trying to cook in the TINY kitchen was an interesting adventure. We also had to end up buying a cutting board and a knife. There were only 2 decent sized knives and neither one would cut warm butter and the largest cutting board was the size of a sheet of paper. Other than that the kitchen is fairly well stocked. We had a great time and would probably rent here again.

The property is beautiful, quiet and cozy. We loved the views and the location. It was a perfect place to stay for two couples and our three small children. Thank you!

The good: The condo is perfectly situated for a summer retreat. Short walk to town, the river, bike trail, Baldy trail head, proximity to highway, easy parking and access to the unit by elevator. The property was super clean and the furnishings were super comfy. All the appliances were just great (no ice maker though). Susanne was very available for recommendations re swimming/hiking/biking/restaurants etc (even a quick TV instructional) and allowed us a very late check out when our return flight was delayed 3 hours. Very much appreciated. A+ customer service. The Wagon Days Parade and festivities made it all the more fun. We enjoyed the Sawtooth Brewery, The Cellar and fabulous dining at Ketchum Grill. So much fun hiking and biking. Folks were crazy friendly. I would definitely return to Ketchum in the future. The Bad: The unit should not be billed as air-conditioned as there were two very large floor type AC units that barely cooled the place, were extremely noisy (inaudible TV or Music when on) and cut light and circulation from two of the few windows. The fan tucked away in a back bedroom was a great alternative and kept us cool at night. The layout is "railroad style", long and narrow and afforded Western light only. Very very warm in late afternoon/evening so blinds and curtains must be drawn. Thus I would describe the place as dark. Probably just fine for a winter visit when the days are short. It should also not be billed as having a deck as it was very much a balcony the depth of one chair or lounger. No possibility of a gathering outside unless you are seated next to each other all facing in one direction. Not ideal. The hot tub was popular. Unfortunately right outside our unit so late night music and chatter was disturbing with the windows open.

The Snow Star Condo was beyond my expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. My family spent 5 days in Ketchum skiing March 1-5th. Susanne sent excellent directions to the condo and how to get in. The underground parking was great and the elevator is in very close proximity. There is also a ski storage area for your use. The condo is beautiful and has a great view of one of the chairs on Baldy. The furnishings and decor are even nicer in person than the pictures. The kitchen is well supplied with anything you may need. The beds were very comfortable. The master bath has a large Jacuzzi tub which was welcome relief after a long day on the slopes. There is also a large hot tub on property outside which was fun to sit in and watch the snow. We were the only ones in it every time we used it. The condo is about 4 blocks to downtown Ketchum. The Red line bus to the slopes picks you up literally in front of the condo and comes on the half hour all day. We had one small problem and it was taken care of very quickly. The response time of Susanne and her husband is amazing. We will definitely be back.

Such a wonderful condo. We walked to the ski lift and walked downtown. The buses picked us up right in front of the complex and made it so convenient to get around should we want to treck farther. Comfortable beds, beautiful views.....we couldn't have asked for anything more. Will definitely come back here on our next trip.

Very friendly and accommodating host. Easy communication. Condo was very nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. Beds were extremely comfortable. Living area was great with plenty of room for our group of 5 to all relax and enjoy. Great location for skiing and also close to town. Easy walk to lifts and town. We did not use the kitchen but it appeared to have everything we would have needed. Quite and relaxing, highly recommend.
