About this cabin rental

One needs to be sure and put the correct number of Adults and number of Kids. There is a $15 additional charge per person per night over 2 people, The view from the master bedroom as soon as you wake up is tough to beat. Main lake view, with a raised walkway to single slip covered dock, 2 PWC docks, and a swim deck. This 2 level cabin has a deck on each level to enjoy day or night. There is deck perimeter lighting on both levels. As well, there is also the dock, roof eve, and up lighting from nearby trees. While outside, enjoy your music from the outdoor speakers the stereo is set up with, or there is a CD player located near the 4 person Hot Tub. This is a place to enjoy even in cool weather, with the Hot Tub, and a fireplace on each level.
However, the Master Bedroom Fireplace cannot be used. To do so is a big loss of a charge of $250. Some guests rent a cabin with a fireplace in the winter time, arrive and are upset that a fireplace has a fireplace odor, as though in the winter time nobody is going to be using the fireplace except for them. Some travelers cannot operate a fireplace as well. So lower level fireplace is off limits. I just cant take the nonsense from the public regarding this fireplace any longer. The main level is fine to use, but if you do not have a fireplace at home, don't assume you know what you are doing, as you probably do not.

More details on the amenities include fireplaces with blowers, Central Heat and Air. There are 4 TVs, and all with cable, 3 are with DVD capability, and the one in the 2nd bedroom with a VCR. The living room has a LCD TV. The Kids Bunkroom is a Bedroom/Laundry combo. It is setup with 2 of the well built multi-colored bunk beds, with the TV being wall mounted.

The top or upper level consists of the Living Area, Kitchen, 2nd Bedroom, with closet and a Full Bathroom with an entry from the Living Area, and from the Bedroom.

The lower level consists of the Master bedroom, Master Bath with dual sinks, and the bunkroom, which is the Kids Bedroom/Laundry combo. The cabin can accommodate 4 adults, and 4 kids very comfortably. Adults need to be at least 26 yrs of age. There is a Swim Ladder on site at Dock. There is the need to removed the ladder from the lake once you are finished swimming to avoid an additional $20 charge. Kids and the young think it is need to untie ladder and have it fall into the lake many times over. Once they have had their fun, they will not return the ladder as found. This is to prevent algae from growing on steps. Please tie back to avoid an additional charge of $20.00.

The owner was very easy to contact, the cabin we were suppose to be in had a water pipe break the day we were suppose to be there, he messaged right away and let me know what was happening and had us a new place To stay immediately! The cabin was very nice, had everything we needed, the dock is a swim dock so it was kind of small for 12 of us, but the cloudy skies kept most of us at the house! The way to get to the dock is easy to get down, but is a booty kicker to get back up!! So we also got our exercise for the weekend!! All in all it was a great experience! The owner very responsive, had no problems finding the place !

No towels, no washing machine soap, no instructions on how to turn things on.we spent 30 minutoes cleaning out the dryer, from all the built up lenthad to clean the dirty chairs to use on the dock

The views and lake access from this property are amazing. Close to nearby amenities. Good fishing. Only word of advice is boat dock does take a pounding in certain winds or busy weekend traffic. We tied ours in the middle of the slip and it was fine but a bigger boat would want some good bumpers or may have to trailer it when not in use.

Everything was good. Be prepared for the tight stairway down to the lower level. It’s not recommended for older adults. Other than that, the home was very nice and a good dock.

We just wanted a get away weekend and this place was perfect! Lots of deck and dock sitting! Some yummy food at Mooney’s and some exploring by the dam! Just a great, hassle free weekend!

We did not get to enjoy the property and what it offered as we just needed a place to sleep. Little difficult finding the property, the information was provided but there was a lot of information provided and we arrived at night which made the search difficult but the owner talked us in.

This is our 2nd stay and we enjoyed it just as much as the 1st time. Great fishing from the dock, a little windy but its that time of year. We love using this house for quick getaways from Missouri. Fishing license is easy to get with OK we will be back. Owner is very helpful

We had a fabulous stay! The outdoor space is amazing along with the hot tub! Daughter loved walking down the dock & fish off of it. We did a lot of relaxing and went on some nature walks which was a short drive away with our small dog. We ordered take out from a few different restaurants that were very close by. Not much traffic so that was nice! Very relaxing spring break trip!

Absolutely loved staying here. Would be perfect stay for summer since it has a dock and you can take your own PWC or boat. We had a super relaxing time in the hot tub looking out onto the water while drinking some adult drinks. Overall this is a great place to come and unplug yourself from the world and enjoy the water.

We wanted a nice relaxing weekend to do nothing, and your pent provided that. Thank you for the prompt communication and answering my questions. The directions were spot on and the entrance to the cabin was east to find. We will definitely return at a later date to stay again .

This is the perfect place to retreat for some relaxation time. Right off the water (Great Lakeside and view of the Lake) Very Relaxing !! Just what the doctor ordered. Great Restaurant (The Cove) and Grocery store very close by. We just love it.

My Mom, Sister and I wanted a weekend away and we were not disappointed! The scenery was beautiful and so was the home. We had a great view of the lake and enjoyed the private dock. The Hot Tub was one of the amenities we were excited about. After a long day in the sun, it was nice to relax in the hot tub and watch the sunset. Absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend! Greg was very thorough with directions and things to do nearby. Thank you for opening your place up to us.

Greg has a super nice property, the dock is a great pace to swim and fish sunsets and sunrises are spectacular from the the deck! the home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. little blue park (amazing) 5minutes away. nice grocery store 10 minutes away. incredible value as well.

This property is the perfect lake spot! The place is big and can sleep several but is also perfect for a small group. The dock is very nice and was perfect to swim off of. We also did a little fishing during our stay. We were close to town if we needed anything and there's a small burger stand with dip cones just down the road. I am surprised this property was even available! Will def be staying here in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at this lakefront house. Our host was very clear about what he provided for us and what he expected of us. I especially appreciated the detailed way he explained where things were, how they worked, etc. The view of the lake from the house is beautiful. The hot tub was a favorite spot.

My husband and I stayed her this last weekend. Greg was awesome with info in the area as well as directions for the hot tub, TV's ect. As well as things to do in the area. Beautiful views. My husband and I have stayed in cabins all over Oklahoma. This one rivals them all. The view and lake access was awesome. I'm sure we will be back with our adult kids at some point.
