Nice but needs improvement

Size of chalet. Outdoor sitting area.

Swimming pool wasn't warm despite the staff claim. More focus requires on cleanliness. No slippers and enough towels. Hard Mattress. Location is far from Taif city center.

Apart from the ahove two points, enjoyable.

The attendance were very polite and when you raise any concern to them, they respond immediately.

The swimming pool needs maintenance since there are cracks in the swimming pool walls. Also the bottom of the pool is slippery and in some areas are dented. Also it needs to be cleaned out, there is sand everywhere at the bottom of the pool. The bed sheets needs to be cleaned since when using the covers I received a rash in both arms. They need to tighten the loose bed lamps.

Overall it was satisfactory

It was available on the spot. We didn't wait outside the chalet.

All the facilities mentioned there were not available. It must be cleaned properly only the floors were cleaned. Bedsheets and curtains, sofas were smelly. flies and ants were hovering around the chalet.No dustbins were available.

The chalet overall was comfortable. Staff was cooperative.

Location is very far away from city. We came at night time and streets were very dark. With that rent of the place many better chalets closer to city can be booked. Swimming pool was dirty. .

Very very nice chalet.... Nice warm pool for children to enjoy in....Mr mustafa the manager was very helpful and well mannered... private parking space is available within the chalet as well...

There should be a washing machine and the wash room windows need curtains on them

Disliked it.

1- No sign or banner for this chalets. 2- They request deposit against booking policies. 3- Only cash accepted. 4- Rural area with no services. 5- Beds weren't clean with hairs on bellows. 6- swimming pool was filthy.

Warm pool and Bird park with strawberry 🍓 garden was amazing... The price also quite cheap with such great experience

Location quite far, no towel and mat, after swimming definitely water everywhere. Also many flies inside.

there is private swimming pool and comfortable rooms and beds. staff also friendly. There is kitchen equip with oven and refrigerator. There is also birds park and strawberry farm behind the chalet.

Amazing place for a great time. Clean comfortable and warm pool water was great Brother Abdou was very kind and helpful Very calm and value for money. Kids just loved it and would definitely visit again

Far away from city and not easily accessible to food . Mosquito and flies are of but concern.
