What a gem, from fresco ceilings to the curated art pieces! Great location! Everyone on the staff is helpful and always pleasant. We arrived at the Ragusa train station and didn’t see the taxi information. We called the hotel and they assisted us with a driver. We ended up using the same driver, Amedeo, for our entire stay in Ragusa.

The attention to detail and the personal involvement and touches by the owner. The location is perfect. The bath soaps, decor, breakfast, ambience, everything really!

Great value and fantastic location, with commanding view of the Piazza del Duomo; beautiful old palace renovated with taste; very large and comfortable room with very high, painted ceiling; wonderful staff, very helpful and friendly; a la carte breakfast, with a large variety of delicious local dishes.
No parking on site (the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone), but you can drive up to the front door to unload and reload your luggage, and we always found free, public parking nearby.

Best location in town to visit old Ragusa section. Walking distance to great restaurants and to all tourist locations. The hotel was extremely clean and the employees very friendly. Breakfast was the best during out visit to Sicily. The rooms clean, WIFI perfect for my 2 hours work per day. Amazingly roomy shower . We definitely will stay here all the time I visit Ragusa.
There is nothing we did not like.

Beautiful room (but harsh echos from the hard surfaces, needs softening). Service is gracious.
Design was beautiful, but at times function was sacrificed for design esthetic, eg, lighting fixtures were beautiful to look at, but lighting in the room was very harsh. Room was gorgeous, but not a good balance of soft surfaces to hard surfaces, so it was acoustically sharp and noisy.

The breakfast was excellent. There was a unique selection of pastries. The service was excellent.
The location was ideal.
The art work was fun and thoughtful.
Driving to the hotel when we arrived. It would be nice to have instructions from the hotel as to how to arrive when you are near Regusa Ibla.
I would like
To have had an iron.

One simply cannot wish for more. An enchanting palazzo with modern and elegant interior design. The room was spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean. The Hotel is perfectly situated at the heart of the historical city. Breakfast was delicious, with genuine local products. Will definitely be back. The Gelati Divini ice cream shop round the corner was amazing (Carob and olive oil flavours).

This was one of our favorite sleep in Sicily! Beautifully renovated palazzo, large quiet rooms. Ours had a beautiful view of the town, Duomo and valley. There is design, art and beautiful objects everywhere. The owner served us a beautiful Sicilian spread of her choosing for breakfast; divine! Highly recommended!!!

Beautifully renovated palazzo right on Plazzo del Duomo. Decor is very high end modern design selected by the owner. Charming efficient staff. we loved our one night stay
Breakfast is overly fussy. intention is to give Sicilian experience but we hadn’t had doughnuts or tiny muffins during our 10 stay in Sicily! but quite lovely

Stylish and welcoming hotel with a lot of detail and wonderful owner.
The Duomo cathedral is 50 meters away and is beautiful but the bells chime endlessly and very early in the morning.

This is a perfectly located hotel in a beautiful Baroque town. It’s really well run by charming staff who clearly invested in the success of the hotel. Everyone went above and beyond. We had a room with the original 17th century paint work on the ceiling which was a bonus. We’re well travelled and know the difference between good and bad. This is a gem.
Parking in the town is a bit of a minefield, but that’s nothing that one can blame the hotel for.

A lovely attention to detail and great style. Warn and helpful staff in a unique location. Gorgeously restored building. A romantic and memorable place to stay at a very fair price. Don’t believe any negative comments about breakfast - fresh, organic and authentically Sicilian. A passionate owner has created a true Sicilian experience.

Lovely room, comfortable beds, friendly staff, fun breakfast, great location.
A few oddities with room being cleaned when "do not disturb sign" was up and slightly excessive smell of cleaning products while floor not actually being super clean. Also note breakfast is fun but might not suit everyone (mostly lots of delicious buiscuit and cannoli type things)

Excellent hotel in a perfect location. 18 century ceiling paintings combined with all modern facilities. Quiet and still a few steps from the main square. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Our tuk tuk ride was fun and exciting.

The location is absolutely fab especially if you get
the chance to have a room with a balcony on Ragusa
main square. The facilities are brand new and furnished with an
excellent taste. Breakfast options are good and well balanced.
The staff is super nice and the owner welcomes her guests
telling the stories of how her personal story has become
a challenging business project.
There were no blinds so we basically woke up with
the sunlight. We chose to upgrade our reservation
in order to have a balcony overlooking the main square
and the Duomo, so it would had been nice having a couple of
of outdoors chairs to enjoy the room at the most. similarly
we didn’t find any wine glass in the room, it would had been
priceless having a private aperitivo sitting on the balcony.

the owner has a great story behind founding the hotel and the place embodies her tenacious and kind spirit! well appointed property. nice living room area to enjoy a drink or read a book. very close to everything in Ragusa and surrounding towns. enjoy everything they offer at the breakfast made from all local ingredients. and be sure to book dinner at Duomo (Michelin 2 star restaurant). wonderful visit!

This hotel is really ridiculously gorgeous and well appointed, so stylish, something we did not expect to find in Ragusa. Every artistic detail blew us away, and the Teresa room with it's fresco's is unforgettable. We were actually deciding between whether to stay in Ragusa, Noto and Moda and chose Ragusa for two days just because of this hotel, and it certainly did not disappoint. Incredible value. Lovely little breakfast as well. Huge room, great bathroom with Ortigia bath products. Be sure to combine with a visit to one of the town's Michelin star restaurants for an unforgettable stay in Ragusa.

High-ceilinged beautiful rooms! Really amazing historic renovation. Good AC. Nice breakfast.
Unfortunately parking in Ragusa is impossible and this hotel hasn’t taken any measures (like having a dedicated small lot or having a valet like our Siracusa hotel did) to make it easier for guests. It took us an hour each time we needed to park our car in one of the only two-dozen unzoned parking spots in the entire city!

Design, very supportive and customer oriented staff
To charge 4 € for a fresh orange juices is ridiculous considering the price paid for the room. Rather include it in the price for the room to avoid the negative feelings with the guests…
