Everything was excellent except for the shower in the master bedroom with balcony the shower had alot of hair in the drain and it was semi clogged , and is very slipery because of the foam for the shampoo and soap which caused my husband to fall.
I recommend a bath mat or something for it

Spacious manor good very beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms same goes with kitchen my only concern was the pest that were outside there were pesticides but these pests look like the type that are difficult to deal with thankfully there weren’t many however some did manage to break in with even the door locked, the furniture was in perfect condition as well along with a pleasant surprise on the seating overall would recommend on coming back especially when visiting Hochatown and Broken Bow.

The pictures do not do this cabin justice. When arriving the owner greeted us and made us feel very welcoming. The cabin was spotless and A/C was excellent (especially with this heat.) They think of everything to make sure your stay is perfect. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. Beautiful views and i could keep going. My family and I will definitely be coming back soon.

The home was perfect and exactly what we were wanting! The hot tub and fire pit made the evenings relaxing. We especially loved the big dining table where we played cards and laughed until we cried. This home is also very close to all the activities and things to do. Loved it!

The cabin was amazing! Everything we needed was there. Clean, stocked with firewood. Location was close to everything in Hochatown. Deer right out front every morning. Amazing sunrises right out front door. Quiet and tranquil as well. Would definitely recommend and will stay again

My friends and I came to visit for a birthday weekend. We really enjoyed the property! It had enough space for all of us to have our own space while still being together as a group. The fire pit out front is a perfect spot to drink coffee and hang out during the day. 10/10 would return to this property again!

This is a very lively property. The sunrise is beautiful in the morning coming up over the beautiful mountains in the front. The back deck views are gorgeous too. We enjoyed watching the deer come in every morning. Would recommend.

This Cabin was great!! They had everything we needed! Great view! Not too far from town - just a great experience overall! I would recommend it!

Secluded but easy to find mountain top cabin had everything we needed including an air mattress! The stunning mountain views are the remedies to any stress. Even better views from the 2nd and 3rd flr balconies. You may be greeted by a big white dog on the property but no worries, his name is Buddy and he's a teddy bear. Also Beaver Bend State park is 7 minutes down the road for hiking and other activities.

Served it’s purpose

This cabin looks way nicer in the pictures than in real life. I should have read the details more closely. Says sleeps 8 but really 6 unless you want to blow up the queen mattress. The upstairs bedroom does not have a bathroom so you have to walk down the shaky spiral staircase in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Bugs flying around in the house and neighbors very close on both sides…

This cabin home was very cute and family oriented, very well kept and clean. Thank you!! The morning and evening view are absolutely stunning! This is a perfect spot to go to get away from the noise of the city, relaxing and rejuvenating. I have a disabled husband and he was able to maneuver pretty well on his scooter throughout the house and outside as well, which is always a concern for anywhere we stay. Our teens were satisfied, which is not so easy to do. So we were all pleased with our stay and can’t wait to go back.

Quiet, relaxing and enjoyable. The cabin had everything we needed including an air matress! Stunning hillside views surround the cabin and Beaver Bend State park is 7 minutes down the road.

The only nice thing about this property is the view.
Most terrible experience and not worth the price per nights
The Internet did not connect to the TV in the lounge. Main bedroom shower did not work and there were no plug for bath so could not bath or shower. There were no soap anywhere.
The kitchen is very outdated and kitchenware very dirty. There is a note on fridge that the freezer magnet does not work and will be attended to. The note was put out on 26th October, so more than a month to be able to attend to problem. The dishwasher was very dirty inside and did not work properly. The hot tub water did not warmed up and had a smell
The house inside had a terrible smell and we found a rat inside.
We have been to Broken Bow for 5 times and this property is the worst we ever had rented.
Waste of beautiful prime site.
The whole unit needs a proper clean.

It has really nice views and the layout is good for a small family, looked clean.
A few things to note:
1) No soap in any bathrooms, even the dispensers were empty.
2) the bedroom door and hallway bathroom on the second floor is slatted equaling no audible privacy and little visual privacy.
3) sound Carrie’s from the third floor all the way to the ground floor easily.
4) master sink was totally clogged
5) Freezer door won’t stay closed
Just want the next family to be ready. Excellent place otherwise!

We enjoyed our stay although we came the weekend with tornado outbreaks and storms. We lost power and water after about 45 min of being at the property. The management company was quick to give me contact information for the owner and he even personally came down to check on us and bring us candles and flashlights. He went above and beyond what he had to do for us and we are very grateful. I will for sure stay here again and recommend to my friends. Looking forward to the next trip enjoying the hot tub and electricity! :)

Each of us are adventurous Seniors from different parts of Oklahoma and Texas who spend our summers in South Fork, Colorado together. Once back we want to meet in a central location to continue these friendships throughout the year and still have space to include others. The location was wonderful and the views with outside space for visiting was spot on for us. We'd stay again.

We had a great time. The listing isn’t lying about the views, they are spectacular. We saw deer and wild turkeys every morning and evening. The house was clean and a great size, could use a few repairs though.

Perfect location for peace and quiet. Enjoyed the views, especially at night. We were under a burn ban so couldn’t use the fire pit, but it was the perfect spot to watch the sun rise. We will go back again.

Amazing mountaintop views!
My kids and I just stayed there for three days and even given the fact that it rained two of those days almost time, we had a great experience! There are large windows and balconies on both sides of the house with amazing views from both! It was a very quiet area through miles of woods to get there and you just feel like you are having a legitimate cabin and nature experience versus many of the other places I have stayed in Broken Bow. The hot tub is out under open sky so you can see the stars and again enjoy all the nature and views around you! There is a huge fire pit out front where the best view is that could seat many people in addition to a picnic table out front to enjoy your meals in the perfect setting! I brought along my own hammock and tied it to a couple of the large trees out front and it was perfect! I mean all that and I cold beer in hand and it doesn’t get much better than that!! I only wish we had more days there, as did my kids!
Also, the owner was also very nice and helpful in telling us good places to fish and accommodating our needs.

Needs some updates
We moved the love seat to face the tv and the floor was totally disgusting under. There was a cracker on the rug that had clearly not been vacuumed.
Dead wasps on the windows and lady bugs everywhere including IN THE BED
Freezer does not make ice.
Could use some updated pots and pans. Towels for the hottub
It would be a good idea to build a bit of privacy fence around the hottub since the houses next door are literally right there
