Super responsive communication with the host who was very helpful with all questions. Relaxing stay that allowed us to have a lot of fun family time!

Located in a small cove on a beautiful lake. Nice home, clean, well appointed

The family had a great time in this lakehouse!

Fantastic! Such a beautiful home and relaxing few days on the lake. The girls enjoyed Clemson volleyball camp and the rest of us enjoyed the beautiful clear water on the lake.
The upstairs beds are very firm but otherwise this was the perfect location for us.

The house worked great for us, thank you. Clean and well equipped and the lake is beautiful. On the side of a hill which makes for awesome lake views but a steep driveway and lake access, neither were an issue for us. We hope to stay there again in the future.

We had a very, very nice stay at this home. It is a beautiful place with lots of outside places like porches, screened and not screened and docks. And the lake from this cove is so pretty! What a view! The driveway was (to me) very steep and I know that's common with a lot of the lakefront homes. It would be a great place to stay with a huge family!

This house has a great view. The bed in the back of the house is rock hard and an easy fix could be adding a thin mattress topper. It’s a very quiet house. The two story dock was a huge hit with the kids and we would stay here again for its convenience. Also a bear got into the trash on Sat night so be alert.

Beautiful views and enjoyed our stay. Perfect for our family weekend.

We rented this property for a family Thanksgiving gathering. The house is in a wonderful location on the lake, with gorgeous views of bothe the lake and the mountains. The photos that were provided were accurate, and the house was tastefully decorated. Close to many points of interest. We truly enjoyed our time there!

my family of 6 had a great time staying at your place over fall break! the weather was cooling off but the water was great and the leaves were beautiful. we loved using the canoe, kayak and paddle boat! we also rented a boat for a day and enjoyed driving around the lake and seeing the sights. clemson and greenville were great towns to go explore with our kids. thanks again for hosting! p.s. the pool table was a HUGE hit! lots of family time all weekend around the pool table.

Gorgeous house ! Loved the view from the master bedroom. I could wake up here every day!

The property has amazing views of the lake. It was so relaxing whether sitting on the docks, taking out one of the water toys or just sitting on the porch. We enjoyed every minute of our time. If you are someone who enjoys hiking there are a lot of hiking trails. If you like boating there are boat rentals close by, if you do not have your own. The house is very cozy and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The Keowee Cottage is a beautiful home in a spectacular setting!
Amenities inside and outdoors afforded us a week of fun on Beautiful Lake Keowee. Access to the lake is steep but the walk up and down is worth every step and great for a workout .
Fabulous week with family making memories❤️

The place was amazing! Love the view, and the porches. So fun to have access to the dock and paddle boats! There is everything in the kitchen that we needed! Plus the home was close to Clemson and multiple hikes that we did. I will say, if you have an issue, text the owners listed on the refrigerator and not the property manager. It took about 24 hours for the property management to get back to me which is unacceptable but the owners got right back to me immediately and solved the problem right away! I would stay there again, in a heartbeat!

This property is fantastic! Well situated, squeaky clean, and very comfortable.
The kids loved fishing off the dock as well as swimming and kayaking. Paddle boats are provided, too! The owner is kind enough to share life jackets and floats. In my opinion, the only toy missing was a paddle board. We rented a deck boat separately and would highly advise to do so as you really enjoy the lake even more.
The adults loved sunsets on the deck, grilling outside, and a nice easy kitchen inside. We also enjoyed the board games and video games.
It’s nice to see a property live up to my expectations. Thank you and BRAVO!

The house was perfect, lower level master bedroom with lake view, up stairs had two bedrooms with bathrooms and game room, perfect for the kids to hang out, the dock set up was perfect although could use some lumber replacement, great location in the cove, public launch ramp rite across the cove, 10 minute drive by car

Such a Great Lake house. Tons of outdoor spaces with views, perfect layout inside for families and friends. Nice kitchen with lots of cooking tools.
Nice peaceful cove and the Kayaks, paddle boat and dock were so nice to be able to use. Clean space. Bring your own paper products and be ready for a somewhat strap trek ip and down to the lake but we’ll worth it!! We will definitely return to this rental and recommend to others!!

We enjoyed our stay, the house was comfortable and the lake view was very nice. Outside property can use a little TLC and driveway is tough to move around. Otherwise everything was terrific. It’s about 15 min to Clemson Unv.

The cottage included every amenity to make for a relaxing and fun vacation. The kitchen was ideal to cook up dinners. The beds were so comfortable and we loved the 2-sink bathroom on the main floor. Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed watching the sun set in the porch overlooking Lake Keowee. The upstairs pool table was an added bonus. The cottage was centrally located to Greenville and all of the many hiking trails. Thank you for sharing your wonderful cottage!

Everything was absolutely amazing about this place! Plenty of kitchen utensils and amenities and everything was as stated in the photos. We did quite a few waterfall hikes in addition to looking at Clemson university. This beach cottage was the perfect location and getaway with the screened porch and dock below. The only negative was trying to get ahold of the property manager about an issue and it took over 24 hours for them to respond. However, when I called the owner’s number left on the refrigerator, they got back to me immediately! So, don’t make my mistake if you have a simple issue. Cal the owners!

We enjoyed this property but a big concern for those that slept in the two bedrooms upstairs was the mattresses. Please invest in new ones. It was like sleeping on a board while the family members who slept in the master bedroom and even the twin in the game room were quite comfortable.’could use more lighting in the kitchen and dining area. Other than those 2 things the property provided all our needs.

This is a lovely, comfortable home right on the lake. It was too cold out for us to enjoy their outdoor amenities, but it's a great central location for hikes and scenery. The jacuzzi was wonderful after a day of hiking. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, dishes, etc. It was unfortunate that the previous guests had apparently trashed the place so there were some amenities missing or broken. The owner did her best to try to remedy the situation. Just double check if you're counting on certain perks that are listed to make sure they are repaired. Loved the pool table!

We were in Clemson for my daughter's state gymnastics championships and enjoyed our 4 day stay here. The property was wonderful and the views even better. It was also very quiet and peaceful (stayed end of March) and weather was perfect. Would stay again!

Needed to just get away and relax and this place did not disappoint. Will definitely come back in the summertime to enjoy the lake.

Property is reasonable priced, has a great location, and wonderful sunset views. Great design with upper and lower level "master suites" with direct access to a screened porches. Location is close to downtown Seneca - which is a lovely small town with places to eat and drink and a small shopping district. House is right next to a busy road - so there is traffic noise. Driveway is steep and has a narrow parking area with a tight area to turn around. Outside areas were lovely - but poorly maintained with rotting boards on the upper dock and dirty outdoor furniture/cushions on screened porches. Inside was lovely - but many small maintenance/cleaning issues noted which made the property feel old/unloved.

We had a good time checking out the area. Plenty to do in the warmer months. While it was colder while we were there, we enjoyed using the pool table and the soaking tub. We could tell that most guests of the house send the kids upstairs because it was definitely a little beat up. Dishwasher doesn't quite get plates clean - need to be sure to pre-rinse your items. We sent some items through a couple times. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Really enjoyed the area.. very close proximity to a lot of local waterfalls. The lake view was beautiful..

This house on Lake Keowee was exactly as described. It was very spacious and comfortable for our group of 6 adults and one infant. The kitchen was large enough for cooking and eating. The living room was great for relaxing. Our stay was in December, so the gas fireplace was great for the cold evenings. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We also enjoyed sitting outside on the back porch. The view of the lake was great.

Property is very nice, layout is fantastic for lake views. Very much felt like home.

The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 6 adults and 1 infant. The outside area (decks, fire pit, dock) we’re also very nice amenities. I have a couple suggestions for improvement for the property —
1) purchase some new bedroom pillows.
2) have extra blankets available in the bedrooms.
3) buy some sharp knives for use in the kitchen .
4) the towels all smelled like cigarette smoke; we washed all of them.
5) the area had experienced a few days of unusually cold weather several days before our arrival. We noticed that there was water dripping from a water line to the outdoor shower, I called the property manager to repot his but didn’t get a return call.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again.

The house was wonderful.

We enjoyed our time in the cottage and we appreciated the coffee and small touches provided. We took the paddle boat out for a spin (nice to have a few water toys to experiment with!). The walk down to the water was pretty steep (so beware if you are older). It was a nice getaway with lovely views!
5.0
Enjoyed the house and the extras very much, such as the pool table, canoe and kayak. The upstairs rooms with separate sink/toilet areas but shared shower area was great for our daughter and friend. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable - my wife now wants one of those mattresses. The paddle boats both had issues (one didn't move at all and the other didn't move well compared to others we've been on). The house was for the most part clean, though we found 3 beer cans under one of the upstairs beds, so more thorough inspection following a stay might be in order. Overall we absolutely loved this property and would not hesitate to stay again!

Nice home on lake keowee with gorgeous view of lake with mountains in background. Bit of a steep drive

The four of us had a fantastic time at Keowee Cottage. The house was clean, comfortable, restful and inviting. Our favorite spot was on the screened porch watching the sun set or early morning with a cup of coffee. The guys enjoyed the pool table in the game room as well.
During our stay we had lunch at The Lighthouse and all enjoyed the meal. We also rented a pontoon boat at Keowee Marina. It is a beautiful, clean lake and we enjoyed being on the water.
We hope to rent Keowee Cottage again! Wonderful place to unwind and catch up with friends!

We absolutely loved our time here! The place is incredible and perfect for a lake getaway. You will not be disappointed!
