Tranquility and wonderful memories await you! The property at this private tropical villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 spacious bathrooms and sleeps from 2 -12. The main house sleeps 8 and the newly remodeled guest house on the property has an additional bedroom, pullout sofa bed and bathroom and sleeps 2 -4 more. Located a 5-10 minute walk to the top rated Aruba Palm Beach, shopping, restaurants, casinos, bowling alley, cinemas, outdoor entertainment, water sports and attractions and a 5-10 minute drive to many of Aruba’s turquoise crystal clear waters and pristine beaches. Nearby beaches include Eagle Beach, Arashi, Malmok and Boca Catalina. House includes a private CONCIERGE service. Our lovely concierge specialist will come out and schedule many different activities including fishing, land excursions, private beach visits, home chef, grocery shopping drop offs, poolside yoga, aerobics and pilates, by the pool manicures and pedicures and more! We also have an amazing massage therapist who will set up private massages under the palapa. Nothing compares to an outdoor massage with the wind on your back and the sound of the pool waterfalls in the background. ( Bring out the Bose music player and listen to spa music too!)

Palm Beach Paradise Villa is a spacious home with an open concept layout and a bedroom layout that provides the utmost privacy. The living area has a large screen TV and looks out at the pool through double sliders. The kitchen is well equipped and roomy. The large square dining table seats 8+. The master and 2nd bedroom both have king size beds. The very large upstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds and a very large bathroom.

To complete your days at the beach she provides beach towels, snorkel gear, cooler, beach chairs and of course noodles to float on. Fill up the cooler with your favorite beverage and snacks and bring the sunscreen. There is even an extra cooler in the laundry room for ice and beers. Need a break from the beach? Relax in her private pool surrounded by gorgeous tropical landscape and listen to the waterfalls. Whether you choose to bathe in the sun, float on a pool lounger or relax under the Palapa, there are no crowds here as you unwind in your private paradise. You can also choose to put your feet up on the chairs with stools in the reading nook and enjoy a good book! A new game table was recently added for those days or nights where a good old fashioned board game or game of cards is just what the doctor ordered.

Palm Beach Paradise Villa is a close drive to many of Aruba’s finest restaurants including Madam Janette’s, Gasparito, Chalet Suisse, Wacky Wahoo…really there are too many to name. Want to create your own fine dining or home cooked meal? SuperFoods, one of the finest groceries on the island is a 5 minute drive and the Palm Beach Paradise Villa kitchen is equipped and ready to assist as you prepare home cooked feasts!

Oh and she loves outdoor games after the sun goes down. Cards are available and one of her favorite “lawn games referred to as “cornhole” , “bean bag toss” or “baggo” sets up perfectly in the private front courtyard. After dark, the courtyard wall illuminates for this fun game that can withstand even the Aruba breeze. Corn hole not your thing - how about lawn Yahtzee or Giant Jenga? The Palapa also lights up after dark for cards and drinks or just lively conversation. Not up for a party? Float around on a lounger in the pool gazing at the stars. Slip your phone into the Ihome docking station and your favorite music brings it all to life.
