Our vacation was amazing and a big part of the reason was the fact that this home was everything we could ask for! Great location, awesome views, plenty of space, comfortable beds and furniture, and CLEAN! We did not have any issues so no reason to bother our host but he was very informative and communicated all instructions from check in to check out. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

This house was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed having lots of room to spread out. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the decks in the rockers. The short walk to the beach was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Wow we can not say enough about this property. Dan was a wonderful host and was quick to respond with any questions which makes the vacation that much more enjoyable. The property is just as described in the listing. It was perfect for a larger group offering individual bedrooms and bathrooms for each couple. We had a short walk to the beach. The location of the home is on an area of the beach that is less crowded then other areas of OIB. Even on Labor Day we found a large open are for our group on the beach. The property was clean, lots of open space for our group to play games and enjoy fellowship. The porch is a perfect place to wake up have coffee and enjoy some great conversations. The home had extra amenities that were available for our group to use which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you Dan for the flexibility and taking such good care of us!

Very nice property which met our needs very well. A bit of a walk to beach access but not really bad. Kitchen was a bit short of bowls and pots and pans since we cook a good bit with our family but we made do. Thank you!

We’ve been coming to OIB for 33+ years and this was one of the best weeks we’ve ever had! Dan was super available for any questions I had leading up to our trip, the home was VERY clean and comfortable, and the check in/out process was so simple. My favorite part of the house was the extra large deck and kitchen! Plenty of space to congregate with family at the end of a Long Beach day. We will definitely be booking this home again!

This property was perfect for our family vacation of 12 adults and 2 grandchildren. It was clean, well stocked and maintained and had everything (both inside and outside),we needed to enjoy our fantastic family vacation! The view of the beach was spectacular from the house! Dan was immediate with responding to our questions. The 1-2 minute walk to the beach and being on a more quiet side of the island was a plus! We would definitely stay here again.

The house and location could not have been any better. Absolutely beautiful house and extra clean! Everything you need is there. If you stay here, you won’t be disappointed!! Directions for the TV’s were in every room and the check in and out process was clear. I would most definitely stay here again!!

Our family always takes a quick beach trip every Thanksgiving to different beaches along the NC coast. This was our 6th year and by far my FAVORITE! We loved the house and Ocean Isle. This home had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I hope to return again!

Our group consisted of 10 adults, 55 and older. We found the walk to the quiet beach convenient. The beach itself was clean and quiet. We found the property to be exactly as pictured and described accurately. Our property manager answered our questions promptly. We would definately visit this property again.

We stayed for an extended weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location , 2 min. walk from beach access. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Every bedroom has a bathroom. The Host Dan is super helpful and very quick to reply to any request . We definitely recommend this beautiful home and would stay again .

This home had more than enough room for our family, which included grandkids ranging from small children to teens. It has a well stocked kitchen, large decks to accommodate everyone and to enjoy the ocean views. It's a very short walk to the beach, and Dan, the owner is very accommodating and quick to reply back to you if you have questions about anything. An added plus for us was the fact that all the bedrooms have their own bathrooms! Our family really enjoyed our week in this home!

We had the best time!!!

We were a group of 10 with 3 little ones. Having 2 living rooms was the best- how many times can you watch Encanto? The kids could watch it downstairs while we gathered upstairs preparing dinner or hoping they would fall asleep in the evening. Nice TVs too. There was a large grill for cooking out, plenty of table and chair space, a well stocked kitchen, and we LOVED this side of the island- it’s not crowded. The beach is wide and wonderful. Dan is great at responding- he would get back almost immediately- I had lots of questions and he had all the answers. If you are looking for an entire house in a great location this is it!

The home is lovely in a quiet location just steps from the beach. Wonderful views. We had a bedroom with a bathroom for each family. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with cooking utensils and pans to prepare for our large family. Everyone was thrilled with the accommodations. The only suggestion would make would be to add an outdoor dining table option or a little more comfortable seating. We all loved being out there but it wasn't conducive to much relaxation or conversation time.

Property was just as presented and perfect configuration for two families with middle schoolers. Lots of bathrooms and bedrooms. Non one ever had to wait or compete for a spot. And, all could comfortably meet on the top floor where the kitchen & dining room accompany another large living room and deck. We had a very enjoyable visit. Dan was a great host. Thank you, Dan!

I love this property and this is the second year I've brought a group here. This property is clean and new! Also, one thing that sets this property apart is there are all Queen size beds, except the bunk bed. Many other properties have full-size beds but this isn't ideal if adults are sharing a bed. Dan is wonderful and very responsive. Hope to stay here again!

We have been coming to OIB for more than 20 years and we love the east end of the island. Our usual house was booked for this year, so we decided to stay at Dan's place. The home was very clean and spacious. We had 6 adults and 6 kids and we had plenty of space. Dan was very easy to communicate with and the check in process was seamless. This is a great house and the view of the ocean is awesome! The kitchen and one living room is on the top floor, so you get the best view from there! It is a little difficult hauling groceries up 2 flights of steps, though! The house is only a couple of years old, so it is in great shape! We had a great time at this property for our family beach week!

This ocean oasis never disappoints. We adored the location which was further down the island, making it easier to navigate away from the crowds. Awesome space for everyone with each having their own independent bathroom. Must have perk. Dan was phenomenal to work with. He communicates well and is more than fair everything flawless. We had a great time here. This home is well laid out. Color scheme is beautiful and the space was perfect for 12 adults. The location on the island is perfect. Island access almost directly across the street. We played games at the kitchen table for hours, access to a great selection of streaming options as well for the non-game players. The owner is extremely responsive to questions at all times. Truly would suggest this rental to everyone! It's well worth every penny.

Booked this house to celebrate my daughter turning 16. Dan, the owner was so accommodating with all my requests and questions. When we got there, we were so pleasantly surprised... the photos don’t do the house justice! It’s beautiful, clean and spacious. Just steps to the beach too! We had so much fun, we ate out, ate in. The house had everything we needed! Now they are building around the house, but we are all either heavy sleepers or early risers! So it didn’t bother us at all! Thanks for providing the backdrop to an amazing weekend!!

Everything about this house is designed for maximum guest satisfaction. We loved that the bedrooms have multiple beds, and each has its own bathroom. It was great having a 1/2 bath off the main living area, especially for those staying downstairs. There is a LOT of bar seating which was perfect for putting the kids at the bar and having an adults table. Every room has a tv with its own roku! We were concerned about being able to watch The Masters, but it turns out that they subscribe to youtube for your live tv needs. The walls facing the ocean are covered with windows, so you have TONS of great ocean views. We loved the light, airy feel of this house and the cool, calm paint colors. Don't go barefoot on the deck. Several in our group got some doozy splinters! We did a lot of cooking over Easter/spring break, and the kitchen mostly had everything we needed. Could use twice as much silverware and an electric hand mixer. Also more large serving/mixing bowls and platters. Every single thing in this house is in perfect, working order. We did not have to spend any of our vacation calling to have someone else's house fixed, like so many times in the past. Thanks for sharing your beautiful house with us!
