This was a wonderful place to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Beautiful beach and coral reef right out in front of the villa. We will definitely return with the whole family.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful location and the view from the veranda was fantastic. Staff and welcome were great. Would definitely rent again

Great location

We had a wonderful relaxing week staying at this property. It has an amazing view and porch area. Condo had everything we needed.
4.7
Fantastic view! Long relaxing mornings on the balcony set the tone every day. Jerome took great care of us each day at the beach. The location is great! Steps away from Somewhere Cafe for a casual meal, and a short drive to restaurants for upscale amazing dinners.
The staff at Coral Gardens are very friendly and efficient. We can’t wait to return next spring!!

While the location and views can't be beat, this condo needs some updating. The wine fridge seemed be be non-working for a long time based on the condition. The dishwasher also didn't clean dishes well, they basically needed to be fully washed before running. Kitchen supplies were OK for our family of three, but we had to do dishes (with the terrible dishwasher) daily. The ceiling fans sounded like they were about to fall apart, and the AC was like a jet taking off. At one point the slider simply wouldn't close, but that got fixed the next day. Housekeeping was great! The entire on-property staff is amazing and welcoming. If the unit gets some much needed upkeep we will rent again.

Great stay! So user friendly. Property Manager Verne was spot on, ready to address anything and help w questions. Condo was very nice. Just like the pictures. Time to update the kitchen. Glasses, knives etc. Wine fridge needs to work. Jerome in the beach lol s a legend. Enjoy

Perfect location, helpful staff (Tyler, Jerome, Heidi, Leeanne and Jaya), very clean. Somewhere Cafe next door was a plus. Highly recommend!

This rental is phenomenal for the location if you are snorkeling. The reef offered a large array of coral, fish and rays. The view from the veranda is stellar.
The condo itself needs maintenance, but you won’t spend much time inside. Beware of the safe! We locked our wallets, passports and jewelry when at the beach. Sunday evening the code repeatedly said error and it would not reset. We called the manager and no call back. We had to cancel our dinner plans and eat fruit and granola that we had on hand!
4.7
The property was first class and everything we needed as a travel group. Bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms were very nice. The outdoor patio is the highlight along with the sliding accordion doors that make you feel like you are outside when open. Pool was clean and the beach was right on your doorstep.
4.7
My overall impression of this property was excellent. The location, the view, the space, the beach, the water, the snorkeling; all fantastic. I would go back. The only disappointment was the fact that the on-site restaurant and bar called "Somewhere" was closed for "low season." The property listing does not inform you that this on-site restaurant/bar is closed during "low season." One of the main reasons I chose this location was because it had an on-site restaurant/bar. Luckily for us, the Windsong Resort right next door had an excellent restaurant/bar that was open and beachside.
4.7
We highly recommend this property. Beautiful unit, gorgeous setting, perfect location, friendliest people!
The only issue we had was that non-motorized water sports were not included, contrary with what was in the property listing.

Loved everything about our stay! Nice cold AC, comfy bed, functional kitchen, but really it was all about that incredible view. Spectacular!!

The condo is beautifully furnished and very spacious. It’s right on the beach with a great view! Huge balcony where we spent our evenings playing games. Somewhere Restraunt is next door with great drinks and TexMex food. Prince and Van in the office helped with making reservations and suggestions of things to do. Our favorite restaurants were Magnolia and Bay Bistro. The food was delicious and the view spectacular. We will definitely be back to Turks and Caicos.
4.7
I think we stayed at the best place on the island! The condo was spacious and very clean. Our view of the ocean was amazing. We were only steps to the beach where the beach attendant took great care of us every day. And we were located next to the Somewhere beach bar which appeared to be the only one on our part of the island.
4.7
We rented the Penthouse (myself, wife and daughter) and friends rented the one below us. The location was really nice, away from the hustle and bustle, not that there's a lot on the island at all. Great beach and swimming, snorkeling etc. The unit could use some updating and TLC but the location and view from our balcony can't be beat. The complex my be older than others but the staff were great! Jerome was so attentive for all our beach needs and Prince helped us book some great boat trips and a wonderful sunset cruise. The Somewhere Cafe was okay, mainly basic bar food and make sure you order your burger well done or it will be extremely rare unless that's what you like. Overall a great stay.

Everything was easy and streamline ..we had a wonderful time!

First time in TCI and couldn’t have picked a better place to get to know the island. Condo is right on Grace Bay Beach (literally almost right “on” it) so there is no better view you could ask for. Spotless, well-equipped, responsive owner via email and responsive property manager on-site made for a worry-free week. Unit is roomy, nicely-furnished and beds were soft and comfy. Would happily stay here again. Quick special mention of beach attendant Jerome - super nice, thoughtful guy who helped make a great week even better!
A handful of TCI tips:
-a rental car is not a must, but we were glad to have one.
-there’s no real “downtown” Provo. There is a kind-of central business district but no real reason for tourists to go there.
-there is a shopping area towards the eastern end of Grace Bay with the usual stores selling shirts, trinkets, gems, frozen yogurt. This is also where several good restaurants are located.
-this area is also where a dog-rescue place called “Potcakes” is found. If you love puppies, Potcakes is for you. They allow people to volunteer to walk puppies on weekday mornings, which turned out to be the highlight my daughter will always remember.
-condo complex is within beach-walking distance of several good places to eat (and the bar/restaurant “Somewhere” on-site is one of them). You can even walk to Fish Fry Thursday, which is a Provo thing-to-do, attracting as it does a mix of tourists and locals. Not many other places where you can put toes in the sand to go to dinner as often as you choose!

Very satisfied across the board with our stay

Overall the property was just as described in the website. We loved opening up the sliders and enjoying the amazing views of Grace Bay! This was an empty nest celebration trip with two couples and it was wonderful! We didn’t want to leave!
4.7
The Coral Gardens condo was a great place to stay. Everything was pretty much what the description and pictures indicate. Jamy was a big help getting settled and showing us around the condo. One caution - the condo directly overlooks the reef and the beach can get very crowded. It is great having Somewhere bar and restaurant on the property to be able to grab a quick bite or a beer without having to drive.
4.7
Great place! The location is hard to beat, right on Grace Bay, with a large terrace and a great view of the ocean (although the water was not quite as turquoise as in the picture). You have a great snorkeling spot right in front of the complex. The space is clean and spacious. Beds are very comfortable. Very large master bathroom and big shower with great water pressure. Having 2.5 bathrooms works great with a family. The terrace is fantastic, with very comfortable lounge chairs to chill and a nice table for breakfast. Bugs can be an issue, so bug spray is recommended. You do have to walk up 3 flight of stairs to the 3rd floor, which was easy, but could be an issue if you have a mobility impairment. Jamy and the staff were very nice and super helpful. The 2 swimming pools were slightly sub-par compared to similar properties, hence the 4 stars. Overall, we loved the place!
4.7
Absolutely beautiful condo with breathtaking views and the onsite property manager, Jamy, took care of every thing we needed.
Definitely coming back.
4.7
PICTURESQUE VIEW OF GRACE BAY FROM ROOM. WELL MAINTAINED. TRAVELED WITH 14YO AND 16YO WHO SNORKELED EVERYDAY AND NEVER ONCE COMPLAINED OF BEING BORED. WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN. THANKS AGAIN TO LEANNE AND JAMY FOR ALL OF THEIR HELP.

We went with our two boys 9 and 11 and they had a great time from start to finish. The unit, we had 1301/1302 was wonderful with the two sided sliding glass doors to the patio and sunset views looking over Somewhere Cafe. We spent our evenings on the patio or in the living room with the sliding doors completely open. Wed through Fri Somewhere had live music from 6:30 to 9:30 you could listen to from your patio which was very nice.
Being on the top floor provided great views of the ocean and beach and nice breezes. The portion of protected reef at your beach front was wonderful. There were sea turtles in the grasses and a myriad of fish in the coral. The beach chairs and umbrellas were getting a little older but were fine. The patio chaise lounges could be more comfortable but I used a pillow which helped.
Jesse was very helpful on site with any needs but we had very few. IGA for groceries was very close and well stocked. Prices are about 50% higher than at home but everything has to be boated in.
Dinners are not cheap but I recommend Mango Reef very good see Travis as your waiter, Magnolia very good, Baci very good, I reviewed each on trip advisor. The Thursday fish fry was a little disappointing food wise. Many choices maybe we made bad ones. Local vendors selling souvenirs at the fish fry were pretty good. Half day snorkel trip worth it with Caicos Dreams or Island Vibe saw sharks (non man eating), lots of fish and iguana's.
There are slightly nicer or newer units at resorts close by but these Units Have great patios and are a much better value.

Wow!! What a beautiful and wonderful place! Leanne & Jaya were awesome with booking and helpful information, definitely the best way to book your stay! We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed every second of it. Upon arrival we couldn’t wait to see the beach, and at last once we opened the door to unit 1312, straight through the large dining & living area, as wide as the eye could see, “Pow” the most beautiful view! All we could do was gaze out and say wow, over & over. The sliding glass door walls, whether open or closed, absolutely extends your room right out into Grace Bay. This suite puts you at the tops of the palms with high, long, wide views of Grace Bay. My wife and daughter quickly unpacked their stuff so that they could get down to the beach right away. The two bedrooms are large and spacious. My daughter loved that she had her own private small garden balcony, bathroom, T.V., dresser, microwave, toaster...very nice 2nd bedroom. The main bedroom was great with a huge bathroom, my wife loved the large bathtub. The bedroom has its own glass door with direct access to the far side of the large wrap around patio, that was nice. The kitchen was very nice & had all you needed to make yourself comfortably at home during the stay. Impressive unit! Nuwan & Jaime as onsite concierge were very friendly & helpful if anything was needed while there. We had a rental car & went to the nearby IGA to get what we needed for our initial food & supplies. We ended up liking Graceway in the Village the best and did our remaining grocery shopping there. We took the car out for a few excursions but for the most part just stayed right there at Coral Gardens…it was the best place to be. We snorkeled every day at our leisurely will, it was so nice having the reef right at your toes. We saw our own special things on our underwater adventures and had our little stories to tell one another every time. Great reef life to explore and beautiful water with most days crystal clear. The beach staff was great too. They were friendly and would make sure you were well situated with your chairs, umbrella, beach towels and/or activities. Jerome especially was a real pleasure. Somewhere Cafe & Bar was great to have right there. We didn’t get the breakfast but the lunches & dinners were good and the convenience was great. We did hit the Thursday fish fry which was a fun experience. Overall, awesome! Love this place & we thank everyone for an absolutely wonderful stay, can’t wait to come back!!

Just as pictured! From the moment we walked into unit 1312 we were blown away by the absolutely stunning views of Grace Bay from this penthouse! This was a quick three night Spring Break get-a-way for us and our teenage boys...and we all agreed it was the perfect vacation. The beauty of this trip is that we were literally on the beach within an hour after we landed. The airport is only 10 minutes away, we used a shuttle service from the airport to the condo and then Jayme gave us a local cell phone to call for cabs as needed to run to the nearby IGA. This section of the beach is quiet, mostly young families and couples. The beach staff were very friendly and helped set up lounge chairs and umbrellas as needed. The water is beautiful! We brought our own snorkeling sets and being able to snorkel on the reef at anytime was THE best part about this location. It is like having your own private aquarium...we saw so many varieties of fish, sea turtles, star fish, lobster and the coral is pretty too. Very clear water. There is a section of red coral that is roped off by buoys that you have to avoid but we just swam around the perimeter. The condo is nicely decorated, clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The nearby IGA is convenient but pricier than we expected. The Somewhere Cafe is perfect for all three meals...great laid back restaurant! We did not use the dive shop but did see people renting paddle boards and doing snuba. We walked down to another beachfront restaurant one night and went to the Thursday night fish fry...the teens enjoyed that...lots of local food and a DJ for dancing. All in all this is a wonderful vacation spot...so much so that we are returning again this summer!

The condo itself is beautiful and the view unbelievable. Leanne and Jaya are great to work with and very responsive to requests and questions, including making dinner reservations. When we arrived Jamy was wonderful to work with and he made sure we had everything we needed, including taking us to get lobster tails and making sure we got a good deal. The condo was very clean, something Jamy takes pride in. We cooked in 3 nights using the grill. We enjoyed some of the restaurants for dinner and lunch and also enjoyed the Fish Fry, do get there by 5:30 for seats. Being right in front of the reef is wonderful and we enjoyed swimming around it everyday when the water was calm. Please do respect the red flags, enough said. That brings me to the beach. The chairs are comfortable and in great shape. The beach attendants are a pleasure and must be commended for the work they do keeping people from swimming inside the reef. Believe me they have a difficult job and they do it well. We had beautiful days and most people were on the beach, I hardly saw anyone in the pools. We also enjoyed being so close to Somewhere, we got drinks from there a few times and enjoyed the music at night from the condo, it was never late.
I do have to say a few negatives. While the furniture is beautiful and well maintained, much of it is not comfortable. The deck lounges and living room furniture are not comfortable at all to sit in. The loungers need something, and the couch cushions are too thin it feels like you are sitting with a bar along your bottom. We were there at the same time as woodland gardner and we all had the same feelings. It really was a shame because the living room and the deck are so beautiful and relaxing and all you really want to do is enjoy them. We spent most of our time sitting in the chairs at the deck table. I also think some of the kitchen utensils could be updated and our refrigerator leaked inside and we kept a bowl to collect the water. We did find the bed comfortable. We also loved the sliding doors open during the day hearing the ocean and feeling the breeze. The air conditioner cooled the condo at night, we were able to shut it off one cool evening and opening the doors.
Coral Gardens needs to add a few more water toys for people to use. I noticed some newer items at other resorts. The Developers Condos are beautiful and deserve a little more attention to make them as special as they can be.
Turks and Caicos and Grace Bay is a must visit place.
4.7
We were "wowed" from the first moment the door was opened, to see straight thru this condo to the turquoise waters of Grace Bay. The view from this condo is exquisite. The sliding doors open easily to the bay breezes that blow thru the condo by day, we turned the air on for the balmy evenings to sleep. Very very spacious for the 4 of us, 2 couples (we rented the adjoining bedroom as well). We cooked several simple meals and found the kitchen to be adequate. The rental was very clean, appliances all in good working order, both king beds very comfortable. The only thing I would change about the furniture is adding cushions to the patio lounges (too uncomfortable for me) and heavier cushions to the livingroom furniture, they were in great shape, just a little thin. My sister and I took advantage of the massages that were offered at the Reef Residences, and they were wonderful!
Jaya and Leanne were very responsive to booking questions and Jaime was an excellent resource upon arrival and thruout the week. Everything really went off without a hitch! We ate at several restaurants Bay Bistro, Bugaloos, Mango Reef, and Coco Bistro, they were all excellent. And of course having Somewhere right next door was perfect for a quick lunch or breakfast. (they also have some nice music a few evenings a week that shuts off about 10-10:30 at night)
We rented a car and enjoyed shopping at the IGA and driving to a few restaurants. The car rental process thru Grace Bay Car rentals also went very well, no hassles.
We highly recommend this condo. We celebrated my husbands 60th birthday and my sister and brother-in-laws 33rd wedding anniversary….we will never forget this Turks and Caicos getaway! Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us.

Coral Gardens! We discovered this hidden treasure on a web search almost 10 years ago and have been returning on a regular basis ever since. It is simply the best. After staying at over 2 dozen really nice resorts throughout the Caribbean, we have found Coral Gardens to be our favorite primarily because of its location on beautiful Grace Bay and the incomparable view that it offers from the huge balcony of this penthouse suite. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and internet access and cell phone are provided. The personnel who work the beach, in housekeeping, at the security gate, and the beach café "Somewhere" are all extremely personable and a joy to be around. They treat us like family. Of course, the close proximity to the snorkeling reef is an added feature that gives this resort the most perfect location of any hotel on Grace Bay. It is also within walking distance to several other hotel restaurants and public park which features a weekly fish fry that attracts many locals and tourists. The water, surf, and sandy beach are the best in the Caribbean and are seldom crowded in early May or August, the times we usually come. This particular penthouse offers a full kitchen, large screen TV in the living room, and additional flatscreen TVs in each bedroom, although we rarely turn them on. The wrap-around, plexiglass balcony and sliding glass doors can be opened completely to provide a totally open and unobstructed view of the beach that you won't find at any other resort on Grace Bay. Coral Gardens is beautifully landscaped, has 2 swimming pools (one is a lap pool), a waterfall on the building that is lit at night, and live music at "Somewhere" 2-3 evenings a week. The only "down" side is the lack of an elevator to access this 3rd floor penthouse. However, that actually forces us to get some badly needed exercise so it's not really an inconvenience. The owners are always a pleasure to deal with and offer excellent advice on things to do during your stay. We now consider this place our "vacation home" and always look forward to our future visits.

We rented the Penthouse because of our anniversary vacation. The view is ocean front. The pictures are accurate. The very large one bedroom 1.5 baths was aplenty of room for us. The Penthouse was very clean and fully functional. All kitchen utensils made it easy to cook but we loved the Somewhere cafe- it feeds my Tex-Mex addiction. Great reasonably priced food with wonderful staff- Travis, Larry and Tina were perfect servers. Don't drink too much and try to walk back to the Penthouse with 3 flights of stairs :-).
Check in was a bit confusing because there is two office because of the dual purpose (personal owned and facility operated rented) but once we got that sorted out quickly the concierge Jerome made us feel very welcome. He offered to help in any way, by giving us our own cell phone for island use and told us to call his cell if I ever needed anything - very nice guy!! Kevin was also one of the managers near the bar/restaurant and really made sure we were always happy.
Jaya and Leanne was very helpful during the booking to assure I knew what the differences were as they had different options for accommodations - we went for the best available and really appreciate their advise.
One of the best features of the property is the swim out coral reef. We rented the gear from the on site shop. The Snuba adventure uses the same reef and is a must!!!
We frequently rent from VRBO and this was a great find! Thank you
LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE PENTHOUSE WAS THE BEST!!!!
4.7
3rd floor condo, very light and spacious, beautiful view, food and music right on property or easy walk down beach, beautiful reef right at property. Helpful and sweet people at property. Perfect vacation spot.
4.7
I love my view of the condo. The View is the most amazing and the reef is the best on the island. I had some issues with property. All the patio and beach furniture were really old and needs to be replace. My daughter got stick between the beach chairs because the chairs have huge opening because they broken in half while sitting on them. The pool area is really old and furniture looks like it came from a yard sale. For example the wingsong resort next door everyone was using the pool because its update and has furniture that we can enjoy. Condo was beautiful but the property is old, not well up dated and needs new pool and beach furniture. You guys have an amazing property just need to up keep it and people will keep coming back. I probably would not rent it if these changes are not done for next year. If these changes are made please let me know and I would consider renting it again. I would prefer to pay a little a bit more to stay at the Windsong because the furniture was better and the pool area looks nicer. We didn't even touch the pool at Coral Garden because it look undesirable to use. Wish they would upkeep it better since the location is by far the best on the island.

Just returned from one of the most beautiful, best-located condos we have ever rented! When considering our trip to Turks, we considered the top hotels, but the Penthouse at Coral Gardens stood out as an interesting alternative worth investigating. Ultimately, we chose the space and location of this condo over a traditional hotel, and it was the smartest thing we ever did for my wife, myself, and our two adult kids, age 20 and 24.
Know up front that we have stayed at a lot of world class 5-Star properties, so our standards are not low. If you are willing to forego an army of wait staff in return for a real value and an amazing location, this is right up there!
As you can see in the photos, the unit, view, and location are pretty unique. A wrap-around huge balcony with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass walls than can be pushed out of the way to create a wide open experience that will take your breath away. In addition to the one or two King bedrooms, you will have a large kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and big screen TVs in the living room and (both) bedrooms. Most importantly, you have about a 20 yard walk to what is arguably the clearest water and nicest beach in the Caribbean, with what the New York Times and others call the very best snorkeling reef in the world RIGHT OUT YOUR DOOR. There is free wifi in the cabin and great TV channel variety….and they will either inexpensively rent you a cot/airbed in you need more than two Kings…or one of your kids might prefer to bunk in the large couch in front of the big screen in the living room.
The pool is small but clean and more than adequate to take a dip into rinse off the salt water on your way back into the unit each evening. There is a great beach bar that is recommended by most locals called SOMEWHERE right next store to the unit…but we usually ventured further out to great restaurants.
While rental cars are not inexpensive in Providenciales, you likely want one for evenings, despite driving on the left.
One key point about Coral Gardens—not all rooms are created equally, and there are TWO MANAGEMENT COMPANIES. Leanne controls the two PENTHOUSE units, and those are what you want. If you don’t call the 800 number and ask for Leanne specifically, you will likely get the other company, and they likely won’t advise you of your mistake! (Tell her that I sent you and give her our best! She provided personal attention to ensure we had a great time!)
