Welcome to Still Waters. A luxury property for those who desire the very best. Still Waters was built in 2019 and hosts a 4 bedroom main house w/extra queen bed in tower and a 2 bedroom guesthouse, complete with a private pool (heated in cooler months), kids play floor, and a quick walk to the beach walkover 2 houses away! The property is perfect for multiple families providing ample room to spread out featuring 2 Living Rooms, 2 Full Kitchens, 5 full baths, 2 half baths and Children's play floor!
Professionally decorated home with 10' ceilings on the main floor sets up the perfect backdrop to the upscale decor. 2 gourmet, fully stocked kitchens awaits the chef in you. A large double, front porch is the perfect place to enjoy coffee in the mornings, while greeting neighbors as they stroll by. The upscale guesthouse features a Living Room "window wall" overlooking the beautiful outdoor living space. 90% of our bookings are multi generational families creating fun memories that last a lifetime.

We loved our stay so much that we are already looking to book next year. We had 6 kids with us and everyone had plenty of space. The kid playroom was an extra bonus. The private pool is shallow enough that my 5 year old could touch in many areas, which was nice!
The house was very clean, perfectly stocked with cooking supplies, etc. and beds were comfortable.
We did not rent a golf cart and we were glad we didn’t, as beach access is so close! Bikes were on the property and access to pickleball, tennis, basketball and a playground was super easy. The house was likely our favorite rental over many many years of vacationing along 30a. Thank you for a wonderful time!

This is the second year we stayed at Still Waters. It is a beautiful home and is three houses down from the beach access. The community of Carillon is wonderful. I’d venture to say that Still Waters is the best house there. The thing that makes this house so special is the owner, Kim. She goes above and beyond to make you feel like you are welcome and at home. She has literally thought of everything. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, pots and pans, towels, and ample dishes etc…
There is a game room FULL of games. (Last year when it rained a lot of the week, she UPS us even more games.) Every bedroom is comfortable and beautiful. The guest house is amazing and it’s helpful to have an extra refrigerator. I think Kim wants her guests to feel like they do at home, comfortable and surrounded with so many extras. We’ve been coming to 30A for over 20 years. We’ve stayed at different beaches. I would pick Carillon over them all and that is mainly because of Still Waters and the extra mile Kim goes to make you feel like you’ve come home! (Not to mention the luxury of the beach chairs and bikes). Thank you Kim!!!!

This is our second year at Still Waters, and it is truly a home not a house. The owners have thought of everything! We appreciated the large rooms, well stocked kitchen and the easy beach access with plenty of chairs! The house pool is perfect for the grandkids, as are the bikes! We love the neighborhood- we have stayed in Carillon six times over the years, but BE- STill is the BEST! Thank you for an amazing stay again this year!

You cannot go wrong with Still Waters! This house has literally everything! The most wonderful accommodations, great common space in and out doors, 1 minute walk to the beach, and perfect location to walk to pickleball/tennis courts, cafe/shops, ect. We stayed here with two young children and our large family and everyone was comfortable and so happy! Kim was so attentive to our needs and the house was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. We can’t wait to rent Still Waters again for a future vacation!

Still Waters was an absolutely perfect rental for our family (9 adults + 4 kids ages 1-7). The home is so close to the beach, and the beach chair setup was such a nice luxury. As always, the Beach at Carillon is not crowded and beautiful. This home was very thoughtfully decorated and appointed, probably the best we've ever stayed at! Also, the cleaning crew does a very thorough job; it was spotless on arrival (even the floors had been thoroughly cleaned). The pool in the back was great for our kids, and the owner generously set up a very sturdy child gate around the pool for peace of mind (FYI - it restricts access for both the house and the guest house which was perfect). We had such a great time; I can't recommend this home enough!

Still Waters was the perfect house for our extended family vacation! The house was well stocked with all the essentials. There were so many thoughtful details throughout the house. The beach chair service that comes with the rental made going to the beach easy and hassle free. Communication with Kim was efficient and effective. Carillon Beach is one of our favorite places to visit, and we will definitely return to Still Waters again!

This house is beautiful, spacious and so well appointed -- both a coffee pot and keurig for your preference, and... get this -- a full spice rack -- like all the spices! We had 5 adults and 2 children in the main house and 2 adults and 2 children in the guest house -- it was perfect. The hosts were super responsive (we wanted the pool heated a bit more and they responded immediately. I had literally 0 problems during our stay and we walked to the beach so easily each day. Honestly the best place we have stayed on 30a.

This is a perfect house for a large family! There is space for everyone to spread out and enjoy! You’re steps from the beach which is great with little ones. It’s also beautiful decorated and very well equipped. We will be back!

The houses were amazing! The owner thought of everything! The kitchens are well stocked (even olive oil) and the space and additional amenities (games, bikes, coolers, to-go tumblers, and even garbage bags and paper towels) perfectly provided our family with accommodations like we have never had! The proximity to the beach walk over and the 12 beach chairs made our vacation nearly perfect! The pool at the house was the perfect size for the kids, and the provided beach towels and comfy outdoor furniture was the perfect post-beach hangout! Kim’s hospitality was unparalleled! We have been renting on the Emerald Coast for 20+ years, and this was by far the BEST experience yet! We have already booked for next year!

Why deal with all the people and traffic of 30a when you can get so much more at Carrilon. This is the second time we have stayed here and honestly it’s the best house on the best beach. The house is immaculate and is steps from the beach. The beach isn’t crowded and the house comes with chairs and umbrellas that are set up on the beach daily. This is the perfect vacation home. It’s got great amenities and the kids and go as they please without concern. Kim is always available and willing to do whatever is needed to make your stay perfect. This will be our only place to stay when we go to the gulf. Don’t delay and just book this house.

Beautiful home in storybook gated community; excellent beach access; fun pickle ball courts (2); cozy on-site pool (heated nicely due to the cooler weather) and access to community pools; the home was beautifully decorated and furnished and allowed our group to spend wonderful quality time together.

This home was perfect! It was beautifully decorated, comfortable and complete with everything you need for your stay. The beach was just a short walk away and having the pool at the house was a great addition. Communication with the host was exceptional. I would highly recommend staying here!

We have been vacationing on various beaches for too many years to count. Several years back we landed at Carillon Beach and it quickly became our favorite. This was our first year to stay in Still Waters and it was perfect for our family. It is a beautiful house that is nicely decorated and was impeccably clean on our arrival. Our host Kim called shortly after our arrival to make sure the house was acceptable and to review everything we needed to know about the property. She was very helpful.

Still Waters is now my all time favorite home in beautiful Carillon Beach, Fl. We’ve vacationed in Carillon since 2006 so that says a lot about this incredible home. The owner is awesome to work with. We opted to put a temporary fence around the pool after Kim reached out and offered us that option. With two very fast toddlers on the trip it made for more relaxed vaca for sure. Everything about Still Waters is absolutely stunning, the furniture, the decor, comfy high end mattresses plus the home was super clean which is a must for me. The pool area was large enough for the whole family to gather and swim. We enjoyed every second spent at Still Waters. We will be back.

Family Retreat
Excellent property for my daughter and her husband with their twin girls under 1 and their 2 year old son as well as my 5 and 8 year old grandsons. The cottage was home to the other set of grandparents who joined us. The pool was great for the kiddos! The soothing ocean breezes and lull of the ocean worked its magic again this year and Stillwaters was a wonderful home away from home!

Family Vacation
Perfect accommodations for our family of 13 ranging from 2 to 67. Everyone had their own room and bath. The extra cottage was great and 2 kitchens helpful for preparing meals. The kitchens are well stocked with everything you could need. Still Waters is so close to the beach - taking young ones back & forth was very easy. Management checked on us many times to insure our stay went well. I highly recommend Still Waters!

Family Vacation
The property was in excellent condition when we arrived. We loved everything about the house. We were able to rent baby beds and a high chair that was very helpful. The pool though small was such a great retreat for the grandchildren. We would definitely love to return some day. Thanks to Kim for all your help and quick responses to any issues.

Great stay! Gorgeous home with gorgeous with lots incredible amenities and access to the beach
The house is stunning, it feels brand new and we couldn’t not have had a better experience. The property manager was easy to reach and was always available. We have rented many beach homes on the gulf and Atlantic and this home was by far the best experience we have had! The location is incredible, the beaches were not crowded, there were chairs and umbrellas already set up on the beach everyday for us which was such a blessing. The location is convenient to Panama City and Rosemary. If you haven’t been to Carillon before it’s truly a gem and this house is the perfect landing spot for your vacation. Just book it!!!

Perfect vacation for 9!
We stayed here with family friends, 4 adults and 5 kids ages 5-12. We didn’t even use the guest house, the main house had more than enough space. Very clean. Loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen very functional. Pool in back was heated which was perfect when the beach got chilly. Loved sitting on the porch for coffee and wine. Rented a golf cart but really didn’t need it, everything is definitely walking distance. Beach is 3 houses away, SO close. Perfect accommodations and loved the neighborhood!

Great House for Extended Family Vacation
Our extended family made up of 3 families met at this property for our yearly reunion. It was perfect space for our 3 couples and 4 teens. The downstairs bedroom was great for the grandparents. Very clean. Short walk to beach. Great location. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to Covid, but the owner was great to work with. Highly recommend.

Superior Beach House Rental
This is - hands-down - the best beach house rental we have ever encountered (and we have rented many beach houses in this area over the years). The main house, and the back house, are well-designed and tastefully appointed for comfortable lounging, gracious dining for twelve to fourteen adults, and quiet sleeping. The Hosts have supplied just about every kitchen appliance and convenience you can imagine or require, including ample cutlery, glassware, cookware and tableware. These items were all clean and of the best quality. The Hosts also thoughtfully supplied ample rolls of paper towels, garbage bags, soaps and detergents, and coffee and coffee filters (the absence, or very limited supply, of which have been a source of irritation to me with other high-end rentals). The beds and linens are first rate, and the complementary Turkish beach towels an unexpected luxury. The private, heated pool in the rear courtyard is ideal for adults who merely want to soak, and for children who are just learning to swim. The pool door alarm - loud and insistent - was a comfort for us because we had a three-year-old in our party. The upstairs recreation room was well-stocked with games, and the Hosts have installed large, modern TVs with numerous streaming options in each bedroom and gathering area. The Hosts furnished us well in advance with copies of clear and sensible house and pool rules, instructions for check-in and check-out, and a box of cupcakes on our arrival. The Hosts also contacted us via phone and text during our stay, inquiring if we required anything. Finally, the location of the house was perfect; the beach walkover was less than fifty yards away. This beach house has the look and feel of a 5-star hotel; beach house rental accommodations do not get any better than this one.

Perfection!!!!
We have stayed in this neighborhood many times and Still Waters was our favorite place so far! The layout is perfect for a large family or multiple families. Super close to the beach and the small backyard pool was a hit with the kids. The property manager was wonderful to work with throughout the reservation process and during the stay.

Our New Standard for Vacation!
From the timely communications with Kim, to the warm welcome and accommodating our family - we had the best vacation stay at Still Waters. We have stayed at various Carillon properties every summer for 20+ years and this home is our new favorite. The homes is immaculate, the décor serene, with high end finishes throughout main and guest house. There are thoughtful touches everywhere (well stocked game room, beach chairs + pool toys, a chef's kitchen... I could go on) that make settling into paradise very easy. The guest house was perfect to accommodate our extended family with kids and and you simply cannot beat being less than a 2 minute walk from the beach. This is our new standard for family vacation - A sincere thank you, see you next year!

Great Beach house for family vacation
Still Waters was a great home close to the beach. Our group has several chefs and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed and we appreciated the pool alarm as we had an active 3 year old child. Kim called us shortly after our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed and communicated well before we got there. You will not be disappointed with Still Waters.

From the initial booking right through the entire stay, we had a wonderful experience. This is the 8th home we have stayed in at Carillon Beach and in every way it’s been the best. Still Waters is an excellent property
The property was exactly as described, and the pictures are accurate. We had two families comprised of four adults and five children between the ages of 7 and 11. We had plenty of room, everyone had their own space, and we never felt crowded. We used both the main house as well as the guest house, but could have easily done without the guest house if forced or more people. We prepare every meal at the house save one without any problems. The location, amenities, layout and furnishings were perfect for us. Truly, our only gripe was the selection of drinking glasses. Talk about first world problems.

The property was gorgeous, extremely spacious and fully stocked! The house was also just steps away from the beach which made it extremely convenient to tote all of our things and small children back and forth and even make short trips back to the house through the day. The guest house was also fantastic and something we wished we could have used more, but with a smaller group and young children, we didn’t get to take advantage of it much, but it definitely would have made it very comfortable to have another family or couple stay there (we had two couples and four young kids).
The community was also very nice and convenient for families with it being a gated community with various amenities.
Overall, this was a fantastic property and one we would be happy to stay at again in the future.

So much fun!
We had an amazing time at Still Waters. Not only was it beautiful it was a wonderful house that was able to hold 16 people, between the guest house and main house. We did have 4 children and it was great the kids having a loft to go play in. The pool is small, but cool on a hot day and the perfect size for cooling off after a long day at the beach. We will definitely look into coming back to Still Waters!
