About this house rental

Single-level, luxury home is situated in a quiet neighborhood, and features four beautifully updated bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, formal dining room, and a private screened pool with a large deck overlooking a conservation wildlife area. Relax to a beautiful view with lots of privacy! White privacy fence on two sides for even extra privacy.

The house is ideally located just 15 minutes away from Disney World and only minutes away from Highway 192 where you will find a wide variety of restaurants, entertainment, and shops. Shortcut to the Super Walmart (2 minutes), come in the back way so don't have to fight any traffic!

Sleeps up to ten guests, this home has one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, four twin beds, and one queen-size sleeper sofa in Great Room. All bedrooms are completely furnished and decorated Florida style and include ceiling fans and remote controlled color cable TVs. (one 55' HDTV, one 52' HDTV in each bunk beds, and one 13' TV for VHS tapes.) There are also 3 Blu-Ray Disc DVD Players, DVD player, VHS player, CD player, plus over 60 movies. Relax and enjoy music out by the pool. Very family oriented, so you will find toys, games, pool toys, and books for everyone's enjoyment. Enjoy free 'secure high speed, wireless internet connection' while staying at my home.

The living room is beautifully decorated and overlooks pool area, with comfortable seating that includes couch, love seat, and rocker/recliner chair. There is a 65”HDTV, Blu-Ray DVD player, and stereo system. Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ is available for our guests.

The master bedroom with king bed has direct access to the pool area and en suite bathroom with double sinks, extra large tub, and a separate shower area. It also has a large walk in closet with hangers for wardrobe and storage. Includes 55' HDTV with Blu-ray DVD player. Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ is available for our guests.

The Queen bedroom has 55”HDTV with built in Blu-Ray DVD player. Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ is available for our guests.

The other two bedrooms both have full and twin bunk beds, each with its own 55” HDTV. One includes a built-in DVD player and Roku equipped with Hulu suscription.

Your kitchen is complete with all appliances (toasters, coffee machine, Keuriq One, blender, and includes a breakfast area for informal dining. Your home includes a laundry room with full size washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Enjoy extra privacy and great view of trees and pond while you relax in your own private screened enclosed pool. Remember, this pool never closes! Covered lanai area so you can be outside even if it is raining. Patio furniture includes tables, chairs, chaise loungers, outside shower and pool towel rack.

You will have all the luxuries of home and more, as this is our vacation home too, and we wanted total comfort and enjoyment!. Our home is professionally cleaned and maintained. It is licensed with the State of Florida and Osceola County and is equipped with fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and emergency lighting. Please No Smoking or Pets Allowed.

Due to the coronavirus we are following all guidelines for extra cleaning and disinfecting before and after guests leave to make sure our guests are as safe as possible.

Pool heat is optional. The cost of pool heat is $30/nt + tax. I like guests to have the option to choose if they want to have the pool heated during their stay or not. VRBO does not have a place on there website where I can let guests add in pool heat if they want it and I don't want guests to be forced to pay for pool heat if they don't want it during their stay. So if you would like the pool heated just let me know and I can add the cost into your quote.

If you require baby furniture this is also available during your stay for an extra charge.
The cost of baby furniture (high chair, pack n play, umbrella stroller) is $40.00 for all three or $15/per item for your entire stay.

For your safety and others, there is a security camera in the front porch of the house.

We really our stay in the villa. Room were clean . Rest rooms were clean. Love the tv’s in all the rooms to have everybody private space. My grandbaby enjoyed the pool and we did also. Great location from the Parks like disney and Seaworld and universal studio. we enjoy our wonderful stay. See you next year !!!!!!

Fit our family of 6. Enough common and alone space for everyone. Teenagers didn't use pool due to insects on the water and around the pool. Without pool challenges, it would be 5 stars

The property had everything we needed and was close to the Disney attractions we visited. We had a child in a wheelchair and the layout afforded plenty of space for his chair so he could be included in what we were doing. Nice large dining table and kitchenette was perfect. Living room had lost of seating. Bedrooms were also comfortable. Stain on carpet in kids bedroom but what you do. Curb appeal and pool area were so so but we enjoyed our time swimming and would stay again.

The house was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Our boys loved the movies in the kid room. Pool was nice. We didn’t realize we’d needed to bring dishwasher soap. There wasn’t extra toilet paper or garbage bags at the house. Other than that everything was great! Pat was easy to communicate with. We would recommend this house! Thanks for a good stay!

The house was well-equipped and close to grocery stores, etc. We didn't have the pool heated, but it was fine on warm days (April). Quiet neighborhood. Lots of dishes and pots and pans if you are cooking. All non-stick, but we travel with a stainless steel frying pan. Had some problems with the keyless lock, but otherwise no problems.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean and everything was as expected. Very comfortable beds! The location is great, we were close to everything and a short drive to Disney. I specifically wanted to stay here because you can avoid I-4 and get to everywhere you want to go! House came stocked with the essentials and a few extras which we appreciated. Pat and Mindy are excellent hosts and respond very quickly. I highly recommend this property and hope to be back soon!

One of the bedroom had bed bugs. We were woken up by one of the guest at 2 am saying there bugs on her in the bed. We tried to find an alternate lodging for the remainder of the night but was unable to do so. We left that morning. We were reimbursed for 3/4 of our payment. The house appeared to be clean and had no other issues other than the bed bugs but that was enough. 🙄

Family of 6 from UK stayed for 14 nights. Lovely big airy home in a nice neighbourhood. Around 20 minute drive to Disney and slightly longer for Universal. Overall a great base for an Orlando holiday. Home is well stocked with everything you could need. The pool came in very useful for the hot afternoon. Communication with host was really quick and any issues were resolved very quickly. We would stay again and would recommend this home and host.

House was nice and very convenient to theme parks and other attractions. Check in and out process a little confusing as nothing posted on VRBO and book in the house gave conflicting info. Rule for thermostat to not be set below 76 made for warm days and nights. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We would definitely stay there again. With the yard being backed by the preserve the kids were kept busy by hunting lizards and the frogs and the neighbor had a bird feeder which brought beautiful birds to it. The pool was wonderful and we didn’t even turn on any TV’s as we just chilled by the pool in the pool area. The beds were comfy and the house was very well appointed. I really have no cons or complaints at all. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Plenty of towels but only two washcloths. We left the ones we purchased. There was a couple of issues that was addressed by owner in a timely manner. Lighting in the bedrooms could be better. It was clean, access was easy, Owner response was timely. I would likely rent again.

It has a lot of issues. They don’t have rails for the pool. There were cockroaches and in the twin bed rooms the ones who slept in those rooms were bitten by bedbugs.

We were very impressed with the house. Perfect location and close to stores, theme parks. Quiet neighbourhood. Bedrooms were nice sizes and beds were comfortable. Pool was good sized, although heater wasnt working during our stay. Weather was hot so helped heat up pool. Overall quite happy with house and will rent again.

Great place to use as a vacation home in the area. Quiet neighborhood with a busy street during the day but quiet at night. Home was very clean and had lots of space with a nice layout. Any issues were minor or questions were dealt with promptly by the homeowner. We were going to rebook for next but the dates were not available. Looking forward to going back at some time.

We stayed at this property as a retired couple for 5 weeks during February and March 2023. Yrs, technically this was a lot of house for 2 people, but during this time, we were joined for short stays by our adult children and 2 young grandchildren. The property provides everything needed as far as kitchen tools, and a starter amount of paper and plastic (trash bags) goods (typical for VRBO properties...we don't understand why folks complain about this...they are not expected to provide toilet paper, laundry and dish detergent etc for an entire stay. It's always written in the description) The only reason we didn't give full stars for "accuracy of online listing" is that there are things shown in the pictures that are not available anymore. The instructions in the house binder are also a bit outdated. All the TVs are now smart TVs and no longer on a cable system, yet the TV directions in the binder list how to connect to the cable service. Also, there is a pool cover in the property pictures, which I think would have helped hold in some of the pool warmth. There are also directions in the binder about replacing the pool cover before checking out. But there is no pool cover, just an empty roller. Some of the blinds could use repair or replacement, but they provided the privacy we required. These issues weren't a huge deal for us, the property is still great overall. A new stove was delivered during our stay! Communication with the owner was top notch! Response time to any inquiries was an hour or less. Pat also maintained communication with the local property manager to ensure any needed repairs were made. If all of our dates for next year's visit to Florida had been available, we would definitely be returning to this property.

The house has a wonderful layout. Four bedrooms in four corners.however, nothing worked for us. I don’t think it was the owners fault. The manager never came to fix things. First of all there were ants in the kitchen all seven days. The garage door wouldn’t open and you could not ever lock the front door from the outside, the light in laundry room finally started working the final day that we were there. The owners tried to get the manager to have things fixed but never happened. Only one burner on the stove worked the whole time. If they get fixed the problems this will be a great place to stay. Wonderful pool in the back. Would be a great place for large family get togethers. Owners were reLly good to work with.
