We've stayed at Breakers several times. These one-bedroom units are perfectly located. They're right on the beach and across the street from Coligny Plaza. This particular unit is oceanfront with a fantastic view. We'd definitely stay here again.

Location couldn't get any better. Restaurants and shoppes are all within walking distance. Everything was convenient. This is my third time at The Breakers, however, the second time in this condo. My only suggestion would be is there is only one bathroom and literally only one mirror. It made getting ready in shifts to go out. Also, new mattress would be helpful too. Other then that it really is a nice place to stay. Also Seashore is really easy to work with

It Started out a little rocky as the oven caught on fire, but the staff was quick to come and check and take care of issue. This location is great close to everything and perfect for a couple. Condo was clean and well maintained with an easy walk to beach and on site pool. Coligny Plaza is just steps away so no need for car if you don't have one.

No information sent for arrival. Info was sent to a land line when u had my email address. We arrived and there was no guard or info building. After several t/ p calls we were directed to drive to another building which was also closed. There was a box which directed us to the code to enter the condo. The condo itself was barely adequate for two adults. There was a small bar of hand soap and that was it besides dishwasher detergent- inadequate. No shower soap or shampoo . We had to buy everything. The mattress needs to be replaced as well as the bedspread and definitely the blankets. The couch in the tv room was very dirty and the rug under the table in front of it is an accident waiting to happen.

The property was in a great location to shopping and restaurants! Everything was in walking distance. The pull out sofa and bed mattresses could use replacing. The sliding door and screen door needs some work. We had two items that we called the property manager about. One was never taken care of. The oven seems to be stuck on a low setting but the controls showed it off. It could be a fire hazard. All and all it was a very pleasant stay. Thanks for caring.

We had a fun time. Mostly covered parking spots, beds and sofa were comfy, sheets and blankets nice, was clean and able to cook in kitchen, kids played vr in living area, we could walk barefoot to beach. Was convenient to restaurants and grocery, we would do it again.

It was very easy to check in and get into the condo. The key pad made it easier. The place was very clean inside and out. Washer and dryer were small but very good and held a lot more than you would think. The bathroom was tiny but he shower was wonderful. It had 2 TVs which included streaming snd cable. The security guard was wonderful!! He helped us carry out luggage up and was always helpful and polite. The downsides of the unit was no closet, the refrigerator leaked inside, the bathroom sink was pretty much stopped up. The bed really needs to be updated.

The condo was really nice and super convenient not only to the pool and beach, but to the plaza across the street. We never had to drive anywhere the entire week! We couldn't get the cable to work on the main TV, but then who really wants to watch TV while your at the beach! It was perfect for two people and we would definitely look to rent this unit again in the future.

I had an amazing vacation in Hilton Head. This condo was perfect for me. Clean, cozy, and close to the beach. I would definitely recommend this for couples or singles. It provided all the comforts needed and then some. The rental agency was amazing - providing recommendations and a great guest intro package with hardback Hilton Head guide book - very cool. They were even able to supply bikes and other equipment. The security people were great too.
They were social and helpful! It was perfect for a relaxed, laid-back, beach vacation.

We spent 12 days in Breakers Unit 139 this past March. The property is a oceanfront condo with the most spectacular view. This is what sold the rental for us. The unit itself is very small. The kitchen was stocked well enough to get by and the washer dryer unit was a godsend. There is only a couch and dining table with 4 chairs inside along with end tables. I really missed not having a comfy chair to sit in. The balcony was furnished with 2 bar height chairs but a shorter table which was not very convenient. A few items that are inexpensive but helpful would be coat racks/hooks on wall to hang items and a full length mirror. There is not much storage in the bedroom, we lived out of suitcases. The unit was clean and very manageable for the time we were there.

It was ruined by the conditions of both pullout and the bed mattresses. Would have been More comfortable sleeping on the hard floor . Extreme back pain for both me and my wife. Considered trying to find something else about three nights in to it but would have lost too much money by doing that. Other guest that we met at the pool are staying at the breakers voiced the same problem. Would love to stay there this winter again since coming down again because of location but just not worth being that uncomfortable again...

This was the second time we rented at The Breakers and we liked this unit even better. Super clean, updated furnishings and great view of the ocean. Last year the condo we stayed in was very humid but this one was not...it was just perfect. The weather was pristine and made the stay that much better! Amazing location!
The location of this property is hands down the best part- it’s in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops and is directly on the beach. Only downside to the property is there isn’t a lot of seating in the living room and the dishwasher wasn’t working. I would definitely recommend this property & stay here again!

You cannot deny the amazing location that the breakers resort has but condo 139 was absolutely disappointing. we had booked a different room on VRBO but it got cancelled just 3 weeks before our arrival so it was on a whim we even got this room—this room was found for us by a broker so it wasn’t anything I found on my own. Pictures are outdated on website so you’re not seeing the true room. The bedroom has carpet with years worth of stains and no attempt of professional cleaning. The bathroom had one outlet and it did not work so we had to use hair dryer in the living room for access to a mirror. We found a massive cockroach in the bathroom (I have pictures). All of the electrical outlets barely hold appliances because they are so worn out. The ceiling in the living room/kitchen has concerning stress fractures/cracks. All of the walls need repainted to hide scuffs and stains. The dryer sits on a broken/uneven particle board ledge—looks as if it could fall at any time. I used the vacuum in the closet and i emptied the chamber and filter—I’m confident this vacuum had never been emptied or cleaned since placed in the unit. I believe condo 139 needs to be taken off of the listing until proper repairs can be made. I will 100% be booking breakers resort again but I will be sure to choose a different room. Management company was very easy to deal with and I love the use of their app to manage the stay.

The condo was ok but need a little tlc. The location was good. The walk to the beach was hard on us because the sand was so soft, it could have been better with a rug of some type to help get to the better walking sand. The pool was nice. Check in was excellent. We had one little problem but the repair man was there quickly and he was very nice.

Entire unit dirty, especially bathroom, paint chipping off, towel rack loose barely on, shower stall 2ft x 2ft, ceiling fans never been cleaned (black soot), floor filthy; patio screen door keeps falling off track, plug next to kitchen sink didn't work, leak under kitchen sink, pull out sofa (forget it). That's not the worse of it, refrigerator leaked inside, water all over food, even in crisper drawers; repair man came one day, did something, never fixed problem. Would not recommend this unit to anyone. Seashore did give us a days credit but I told them take this place off your rentals!!

Nice size, private deck to sit and watch the ocean and the shrimp boats come and go. The only reason for the 4 stars is there was only one chair on the balcony. It would have been nice to have 2 Charis and a table. The ice maker wasn't working and neither was the toaster, but not a problem for us. We had a beach chair in the car for the balcony and we could walk to get ice and the oven worked Vey clean and quiet condo We would definitely stay here again

Good location terrible unit
Breakers 139 has a good view of the ocean and good location within walking distance to stores in Coligny Plaza. Unfortunately the unit itself is a dump. No elevevator, close to stinky dumpster. Dirty unit, very small and filthy shower. The plumbing was installed incorrectly where you have to turn the water to cold to get hot water. No room for suitcases or to hang towels. Hard bed and lacking of pillows. There are no seatings in balcony, only one short plastic chair. We basically decided to check out a day earlier because we couldnt stand the place and the smell. My kids didnt want to shower because they were grossed out by the bathroom. Online it states that the office opens until 5 pm, we got there at 4 and no one was there. We had to call the emergency number to solve some issues. Do not stay in this unit, not worth the $ at all!

Perfect location.
We were upgraded to a newly remodeled condo due to a dryer issue. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything. The condo was beautiful and perfect for the two of us. The only complaint is the size of the bed, but the room itself wouldn’t accommodate anything larger. I would highly recommend the breaker condos! Specifically 114.
