About this house rental
2, bed, 2 1/2 bath townhouse, one in a block of five, recently built, tiled throughout, fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast patio ideal for your morning coffee, Master bedroom has Queen bed, 2nd. Bedroom has Double bed, both air-conditioned. Living/Dining looks onto large patio and high walled courtyard containing barbeque and ideal for sunbathing. The main patio faces east affording cool early morning temperatures yet is also cool in the evenings. On site parking, minutes (really) from beaches, bars restaurants, banks, supermarket, luxury shopping at Limegrove Center, 24 hr. Service station and Clinic nearby. All water Sports, golf, tennis and polo available. Car hire also within Jamestown Park at holetownmotors.com. Maid service, linen change available if required.(Extra charges). This is a wonderful property to relax and unwind at. There are many attractions to explore and the Jamestown Park area is a wonderful central location .

We had a great time. Very comfortable house for two couples. Easy walk to the beach and next door to Limegrove and several great restaurants. The owner Paul is responsive and helpful.

There was no detail left untouched. The host Paul, made our stay very comfortable. The location was ideal, 5 minute walk to Limegrove and Masseys Superstore. 5 minute walk to the beach!
Large area for kitchen with plenty of utensils, bar ware, and porcelain dishes.
Large walled in area in the back with a gazebo with plenty of shade for eating or reading.
Enjoyed seeing the monkeys who visited daily.

Paul was always responsive whenever I had a question. When we arrived a little later than anticipated, Paul greeted us like old friends at the property to show us around. We left alone to get on with our holiday with no fuss whatsoever. Highly recommend this property. Great location in Holetown and easy to find. Went above and beyond on our last day. Perfect.

Very quiet location. Close proximity to nice beaches and stores. Loved the layout of the backyard. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

Communication was excellent with the owner, Including him arranging for a Taxi to the airport and dinner reservations.
The pictures don't do this place justice - the outdoor back patio is very large with comfortable furniture, loungers, gazebo with table & chairs. The interior rooms are large and well appointed. We had everything we needed and we ate 2 meals a day in the Villa.
Location is great - 15-20 minute walk to the Grocery, about 5 minutes to a nice beach and 10-15 minute walk to great restaurants . Very safe area, with a totally walled Patio. The downstairs is not air conditioned, but that wasn't a problem - a breeze flows through and ceiling fans kept us comfortable. A washing machine is a big plus and an outdoor line for drying towels , swimsuits and any laundry. Truly everything we needed.
I would certainly stay here again and also recommend it to our friends.
Outdoor space is extremely important when we travel and this space is exceptional. We didn't see the Monkeys until the last day, and saw many birds everyday.

5 stars all round - highly recommended!
Paul's property was exactly as described and provides excellent accomodation on 2 floors with large en-suite bedrooms on the top floor with large comfortable beds, ceiling fans and aircon. There is a large patio to the rear, accessed from the lounge, with chairs, sun loungers and dining table. The kitchen is fully equiped for creating family meals.
The property is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac but only 10 mins walk to excellent beaches, a large supermarket and a wide range of bars and restaurants.
Paul is an excellent host, easy to contact, fast to respond and very friendly. Thank you Paul.
We wouldn't hesitate to go back to Paul's place and highly recommend to others.

Loved the location
The property was within 10 minutes walking distance from the beaches, supermarket, restaurants, and shops. The landlord was very responsive to any issues that we had. We would definitely rebook at this property.

Awesome Location and
Accommodations were great. The location was also in central area . Mr. Rapson was around everyday but not intrusive. Came as soon as you needed him. Well stocked. Very polite. I'm definitely going to stay here again.
