About this apartment rental
This is a very unique property in a unique fishing village. Three balconies, rooftop deck, and beach side Palapas all add to the ambiance of this Mexican Get Away. Floors and finishings are all marble and granite. The complex is very private with a beautiful beach directly in front of the property. It is modern and very well maintained. Pool and Whirlpool are located directly in front of the property. The village of Puerto Morelos is very small and features many unique and excellent restaurants and shopping opportunities where you can relax and enjoy the culture & climate all within walking distance from the condo..

The property was clean and location safe, very quiet and just steps away from the beach.
Anne was great in responding when we needed assistance. It was a lovely and pleasant stay. I would recommend this condo as it was very spacious for myself and mother.

Great location, right on the sand. The Caribbean was warmer than the pool. That cool pool really takes the edge off sitting around in the warm sun.

We spent 3 weeks here. Condo was very spacious, kitchen was fairly well stocked with bowls, pots and pans etc ( fell short when it came to things like dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods, paper towels, coffee filters, garbage bags :for what we paid all those things should be supplied) Beds and bedding were good, towels could use replacing ( stained) . Pictures were deceiving : there are 3 tiny decks, none big enough to have an outside dining table so that was disappointing. Plus side was it was nice to have a front deck facing the street to escape the wind. Oh the wind....the wind blew all day and night for 3 weeks straight, at night we had to sleep with earplugs because the patio doors and hurricane shutters banged incessantly. Truly...if wind isn't your thing, this is NOT the place for you.
Pool area was good, altho the pool didn't get cleaned as often as we would have liked, lots of days we swam in debris that should have been skimmed off. No BBQ grill, guess I missed that in the description sadly. The code we were given did not get us into the gate, others had issues too. Make sure you have Ramon's contact info so you can message him to rescue you at the gate. Ramon was very responsive and we were very grateful for him. Thank you ! The very best thing about this place was the location. It was a lovely 4 block walk to the center of town,we felt very safe walking day or night. No such thing as a 5 star in Mexico, so I only gave 4.

Gorgeous condo perfect location. Kitchen well equipped. Beautiful views pool and beach at your doorstep. Very spacious much bigger than expected. Nice 10 min walk to town by Street or beach to anything in town. Several beach bars just down the beach. Snorkeling off the beach a plus in front of Don Ernesto's - under water cenote about 50 yds out. Even got to meet Diana Nyad there doing screening for her new film! Would go back here in a heartbeat!

Apartment and location was great. It was only a 10-15 min walk to the centre of Puerto Morelos while also having the benefit of the beach and pool right on your doorstep.
Also a great beach club next door for food and drinks and another one only 250m away.

This property location is perfect. We walked practically everywhere. It's about a quarter mile from the plaza. Manager very responsive. I'm very glad we booked this condo and hope to do it again for hopefully a longer stay. Thank you so much!

Our stay was wonderful. The property has plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance on either the street or the beach. It’s about a 1/4 to 1/2 mile to the center of town. There is a large grocery store there as well.
The property was clean with amenities. There were two bedrooms with a lot of closet space/drawer space. Both bedrooms had a bathroom attached and there was a third common bathroom. There were three decks/patio, two facing the ocean. The pool was extremely spacious with plenty of lounge chairs at both the pool and near the ocean.
Overall, the stay was great and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Our short stay was pleasant. Lots of space and a well stocked kitchen. The whole extended property is well kept. (Hard to do for rentals in Mexico.) The pool was big and clean. Other people on the property were mostly extended stay grandparents. Communication at all stages was easy.

The property is just as described. The town of Puerto Morelos is a short 15 minute walk. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling with family, small children and friends or just by themselves. It is a lovely condo with all the amenities. Comfortable beds and nice table for eating and large couch and tv for your relaxing moments. We will be back :-)

We had glorious family Christmas Vacation ( a dream of mine come true) in our favourite place in Mexico - Puerto Morelos! This condo has spectacular view, great balconies, well-stocked kitchen amenities and great bathrooms. The pools were a hit with our grandkids and it is a hop, skip and a jump to the beach. Our only complaints would be the bed in the 2nd bedroom is too firm for our liking (the master bedroom bed is fine) and the curtains are too difficult to open & close. We would suggest a "deep clean" in the storage/laundry room and defrost of the freezer. These are likely just cleaning company issues. And we are being picky lol! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks to Anne for being very accommodating.

Our stay at this condo was wonderful. The condo has a spacious layout with two large bedrooms with ensuites. The beds, pillows, and bedding were all very comfortable. The living area including the kitchen is well laid out, and very open with a spacious feel. There was a futon-style couch that provided extra sleeping space. AC worked great in all areas. The ocean-side balconies provide beautiful views and are nicely shaded in the afternoons. We appreciated having amenities such as the washer and dryer, dishwasher, and coffee maker.
The condo grounds are beautiful! The pool is larger than it appeared in the pictures. The private beach area was a lovely space to spend the day at. The location is the perfect distance from town, a quick 10 min walk but far enough away that it is quieter.
The owners and on-site manager were both very responsive and attentive to our needs during our stay.
I would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much, Anne and Ramone for a beautiful stay.

We were a family of 4, our kids are 4 and 18 months old.
This condo was perfect - way more spacious than we realized. Each large bedroom has a private bathroom and private balcony. The kitchen was large and well stocked, and the back laundry room had a full washer and dryer. There was air conditioning in each room, including the kitchen/dining/living room area, and it was very powerful. Being on the 3rd floor of the property also gave us a nice ocean breeze and great views. We had a stroller, so the elevator was a nice touch to get to and from the condo.
The location of this complex is ideal - right on the beach, next door to an excellent 'club' (beach bar and restaurant). It's about a 6-7 block walk to the main square, which we enjoyed strolling to for breakfasts and dinners.
The owner and manager were both delightful to communicate with, and provided us with a high chair and pack 'n play!
We would stay in this condo, at this complex, again in a heartbeat!

The ocean views from this unit are exceptional from two large balconies. The elevator worked well, and super fast. Unit was large - plenty of space for 6 of us with the futon. Kitchen was a little dated but had everything we needed. Water refills were easy to get as needed. Rest of unit felt modern- and so close to beach (and 10 minutes walk from town) Floors were beautiful and spacious feel and views made for a great vacation. Overall I would recommend this property and return

Fabulous condo overlooking the beach of Puerto Morellos. Short 10 min walk to the center of town. The condo is nicely appointed with top of the line appliances and furniture. Bedding is very comfortable. Large bathroom and showers. Only complaint was the guest bedroom airconditioner was not fuctioning and the room was to hot for sleeping. The AC unit itself probably did work but there was no way to turn it on because the remote was not fuctional. I presume that issue has been resolved. I highly recommend this rental and we will definitely use again..

We've been to Puerto Morelos many times. This is the first time we've stayed at 'Ocean Homes. We decided to stay here because we are considering buying in the area and had always walked past these condos. From the moment we arrived, we felt safe and pampered. The grounds were beautifully kept. The unit was much larger than expected and we felt immediately at home. The unit has high end finishes. Everything we needed for our stay was available. The view was amazing! The pool was lovely and a great way to meet other guests. There are several palapas in a private beach area which leads to the open beach - what a great way to spend the day. With Unico beach bar next door, we had live music during the day. It's just a few minutes walk to the center of town. Thanks so much!

Stayed in Anne’s place from October 6th to 20th. We were 2 couples sharing the condo and had a great time.Puerto Morelos is a great little town. We love it there and are definitely going back.The condo is perfectly divided and very spacious. The entire complex needs some tlc, but that did not take anything away from our wonderful vacation.The beach in front of the condo is beautiful. There was a little seaweed issue for a couple of days, but it was being cleaned up.Anne was wonderful to deal with and quickly replied to any inquiries. Ramon who manages the place and his employees were always helpful and gave us great service and were always friendly and took the time to answer any questions. Looking forward to our next visit !
