The living room has a wall mounted television and a new leather sofa bed. Twin decorative fireplaces flank the dining area, which seats 4 to 6 people comfortably. The remodeled kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. A door from the kitchen leads to a private paved courtyard perfect to enjoy coffee, refreshments, or grill your evening meal.
On the main floor, the bright and sunny primary bedroom has a queen bed, a TV, dresser and a spacious closet. Adjacent is a full bathroom with a pedestal sink and a tub/shower combination. The upstairs loft bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, a full bath, and full sized washer and dryer.

Our stay at Molly was everything we needed! This was our first visit to Savannah and Molly kept us comfortable while we explored the amazing area!
Thanks!

Great location. House was super clean and well organized. I would highly recommend this place. The back court yard was awesome. Also the house on the street with free off street parking.

We loved our stay. The property was as described. The second floor bedroom is a loft. The courtyard was very nice. The location was perfect for us. I liked that there was a driveway specifically for this property. The dryer didn't work which was a little bit of a bummer just because we were on a long vacation and needed to do some laundry but definitely not a deal breaker. I loved there was a binder with the history of the home and the town. I would definitely stay at this property again if we came back to visit Savannah.

Our stay was great. The property is in a great location—a very quiet area. It was our first time traveling with our pet, and it's a great area to walk your pet. The property was very comfortable and clean, and everything worked. It has a bedroom downstairs, which worked great for us. We felt very comfortable out at night. It was easy to walk to our lunch and dinner reservations. It has excellent parking and a cute courtyard. We had a great visit and a relaxing time with our son!

We always enjoy our stay in Savannah. This particular house was comfortable and quiet. My husband and I were so relaxed and our JRT loved the park that was only two blocks away. The property had its own parking space which is a plus if you know that parking on the street is not that convenient. House was well appointed with exception of some of the kitchen utensils , some were dull ; I usually bring my own but forgot. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience.

Overall, the home was a perfect rental for us only one thing I Would suggest the first step down on the front porch is made 3two by fours. The problem being the other steps down, only have two boards. It is very deceiving for older people you have to Be very careful taking the first step down. A suggestion would be to paint the third 2 x 4 a different color than the rest of the steps going down so you can see that there is a separation between the landing and the first step down.

This rental property was fantastic! It was clean, had plenty of room, and had a phenomenal location! It was so nice to have an outdoor area that was fenced and gated as well. We cannot say enough great things, and we will definitely be back!

I cannot say enough about this wonderful property in Savannah. It was the perfect location - we walked to almost everything! The two bedrooms and two baths were great for two couples! And the backyard oasis was a lovely respite after a fun-filled day.

This home is on a lovely, quiet street and the home is charming. It was great to have coffee to brew, but there were no coffee filters to brew it with. There was one bathmat for 2 bathrooms and only one hand towel as well. We had a few chilly evenings, but there were no throw blankets. The kitchen had absolutely nothing to cook with. The furniture in the living room was VERY uncomfortable and the cushions were broken down.

The perfect place to stay in Savannah. Within walk-ing distance to the beautiful parks and Broughton Street. Well stocked kitchen, very clean and cozy. The backyard is even prettier than the pictures - it’s a quiet little oasis, and I loved sitting there after a long day with a glass of wine and a book. Great communication with the property managers. Everything was very easy and we enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

We had a great visit! The patio out back is nice and shady. It was in a great neighborhood, quiet and easy walking distance to Forsyth Park. Lots of fun games to entertain while just chilling. We love staying in these historic homes, thanks for the history book provided on property.

We spent 3 nights at this charming property in a quiet neighborhood. It is in a good location, within walking distance to all the sites. Private parking spaces were a bonus. The beds were comfortable, the space was clean. The kitchen was well stocked, although we ate all of our meals out. There are so many wonderful restaurants in the area. Bring coffee filters to brew your coffee. I highly recommend a visit to Savannah and a stay at Mollys cottage.

We stayed at Molly's Cottage M-F in mid-June of 2023. We really enjoyed our time there. The cottage is adorable, & we appreciated that interior historic features haven't been completely gutted to meet the current design aesthetic trends. It was nice that one of the two comfy bedrooms was downstairs for easy access. The very private back yard space was absolutely charming! The location just a couple of blocks from Forsyth Park was fantastic, and the dedicated driveway parking was super convenient. The Kroger is a few blocks away for groceries, and several great restaurants are within fairly easy walking distance. (Crystal Beer Parlor, & Mrs. Wilkes Dining room, to name a couple of "Must Try" places.) The street & neighborhood were very quiet in the evenings & the other residences all appeared well kept & lovely. The only negative aspect we encountered was that the refrigerator in the kitchen didn't get too terribly cold inside & the freezer seemed to put out only about 5-10 ice cubes per day. We would definitely recommend this quaint little cottage for anyone who likes to be near the action, but not necessarily right in the heart of it the entire time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Molly's Cottage. Staying in a historic home added to the charm of our trip. Off-street parking was a treat since parallel parking was common and not our strong suit.
Granted, we were able to walk most places and only used our car to visit Tybee Island, Bonaventure Cemetery, the welcome center, and City Market.
One note for seniors, the stairs leading to the second bedroom and washer and dryer are a bit steep with narrow steps - just a historic house thing. However, there is a bedroom and sleeper sofa on the main.
The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe the entire time. I highly recommend this property.

Molly’s cottage exceeded our expectations! It is a beautiful, historic, well-decorated home that was perfect for us. We had been to Savannah (a magical city) before and new we wanted to stay near Forsyth Park. The cottage is two blocks from the park, in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. Be careful on the stairs to the loft, as others have said. Highly recommend!

In the middle of the Historic District , this fabulous quaint and dog friendly historic home is the perfect location to walk to amazing Forsyth park, restaurants or every variety, smaller parks, ghost tours, history tours and bars with the best craft cocktails. Can’t beat it.

Our stay was for 60+ days. The location of this property in the Historic District is the best - a couple of blocks from the top of Forsyth Park! Having your own dedicated parking on this street is also a huge plus. Management company was very helpful although we did have to request a deep cleaning on arrival. We still had some outstanding issues when we vacated including one of only two living room lamps that was unusable and broken dresser drawer slides in both bedrooms. We were told that the owner had to ok it. The TV in living room needs updating and washing machine is 25 years old. We expected much more considering the price and the length of our stay.

The cottage is a cute and cozy place to stay in Savannah with everything within walking distance. We did have a slight issue with the HVAC system, but Lucky Savannah responded quickly, got the issue fixed, and kept me informed through the whole process. I am very satisfied with the rental.

Good location for visiting Savannah. Very nice that is has private parking. Property needed a good deep cleaning and we reported this to management company who was very nice and receptive to feedback. Beds are very comfortable. It's an older property so very little or no insulation, so hard to keep temperature comfortable during extra cold days. We imagined it would also be hard to maintain cool temps during summer as well. Host has some nice books about Savannah at house which we really enjoyed looking through. Easy to communicate with property managers. (Lucky Savannah)

We love coming to Savannah in the days before Christmas. The weather is cool...sometimes...and the town is very walkable. Annie loves to explore the city and especially Forsyth Park. The off street parking is a bonus. We have already booked for next year.

Excellent place! Easy to everything in Savannah. Everything we needed.

Lucky Savannah, 511 Tattnall, is in a quiet neighborhood in the historic district. It is comfortable with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. We found it perfectly situated as we enjoy walking. The beginning of the River St. is just over a mile away which we were quite comfortable with. We enjoyed shopping, many numerous restaurants, name dropping: Treylor Double Wide, Quinn’s for breakfast, Burrito Pantano for Mexican (latter two on Drayton St) and Leopolds for ice cream. The historical district is beautiful to walk through with a dozen small parks, old oak trees and Spanish moss everywhere. We drove to Bonadventure Cemetery (recognized as one of the prettiest cemeteries in the world) and walked for hours, beautiful.
We had zero issues at Lucky Savannah or our host who made sure the house was clean and stocked enough for doing laundry twice. We would definitely feel comfortable staying there again.

Location was excellent. Within walking distance of most restaurants and tourist sites. Quiet neighborhood. Bathroom on main level did not have vanity top, or shelves close to sink as a home for your necessities, which made it annoying getting ready for the day in the AM. Shower was good. Stairs to upper level were very steep and a little on the dangerous side. Not good for seniors! Assett to have two parking spots included in the rental. Overall rating 4 out of 5. Good value.

We had a small early Thanksgiving dinner with my son who lives in Savannah. This house was a beautiful back drop for our memories!! Kitchen was stocked well with pots/pans!! Loved the accessibility to parks was fabulous for the dogs. Great stay!!
3.0
Convenient location, free onsite parking is a huge plus. House needs a good cleaning. The upstairs bedroom is not a real bedroom but rather a bed in the attic. Thermostat not working; the first night I needed heating but it seems to be locked at 70f so a had a sleepless night because it’s too cold and there’s no extra blanket. Next day I called management, someone come out to fix the thermostat but only made it worse; it will either heat to 84f or cool to 68f. You cannot set your own temperature. Luckily the weather was nice so I just turned it off. No extra blanket on site, but after I complained the management company sent two blankets so that’s nice. It’s pet friendly so if you have a dog it’ll be worth it, otherwise it’s too expensive for the price.
