La atención es lo más especial, la limpieza, la ubicación, el personal está capacitado para guiarte y ayudarte en cosas más allá de tu alojamiento. Especialmente Kevin fue muy atento con lo que necesitaba. La piscina es muy agradable. La comida es deliciosa

Maravilloso

Atención increíble, instalaciones limpias y cómodas. La habitación es grande y muy cómoda. Cama amplia, tiene agua caliente, un lindo balcón. Hay una carta con diferentes opciones incluidas para el desayuno y otras que puedes pagar adicional. No es tipo buffet pero creo que es normal porque no hay demasiadas habitaciones y la ocupación era baja. Hay parqueadero privado disponible y fueron flexibles con nuestra hora de entrada y salida.

Recomiendo totalmente.

Gute Wahl, würde ich wieder so machen

Frühstück war sehr gut, auch gute Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

Der angekündigte Pool ist eigentlich ein Planschbecken und es gab keinen besonderen Getränkeservice am Pool.

Hermoso hotel y personal muy amable

Hermoso hotel, muy cerca a los lugares de interés. A dos cuadras exactamente. La habitación, súper bien equipada, cama cómoda y baño muy limpio y estético. Tuvimos que madrugar el día del check out y el personal muy amablemente nos colaboró con el desayuno a las 6am. Pero al muy atento y amable. Desayuno delicioso.

Worth staying here !

The best part of this hotel is the breakfast staff and the food in the garden. Everything is very modern and clean and parking inside the hotel is very convenient.

Floor was a bit dusty and my wife had to clean it with paper towels.

Considering the Price and Hotel in teh same Range, the location of the Hotel is not ideal. Though being a small town everything is only walking distance away.

The receptionist was friendly. The breakfast was above average.

The room is way overpriced. There is paint peeling off the walls. The towels are in poor condition. We found a chewed piece of gum in the middle of the floor and some hairs on the floor.

Fantastic hotel near the center of Mompox. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious swimming pool and great rooms with Balcon. Great breakfast. Affordable lunch and dinner. Recommended!

NICE HOTEL

Location is a 2 block walk to the river. Rooms are updated with comfy beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Gave us map of the area. Good breakfast made to order was included. Pool is small but refreshing. Outdoor seating area with adult beverages was perfect after long day. Has refrigerator in room and adjustable air conditioning.

The weather is very humid and hot. Go out exploring in the morning and at night. Pool in the afternoon

Beautiful stay with excellent attention

Beautiful hotel, impeccably clean with spacious, comfortable rooms and lovely staff. Rafael was super attentive and Adi and Yislami are excellent chefs and will prepare delicious meals for you. Mompóx is gorgeous all along the mighty Río Magdalena and worth visiting 100%.

You really can't go wrong at This hoTel.

The friendliness and eager to please attitude of the staff was by far the BEST PART OF the stay. The staff in The kitchen was very helpful, accommodating our somewhat different schedule, even making us food to go on our last day before the kitchen even opened in the morning. The location is very convenient, pretty much in the center of everything. You can be anywhere in the touristic zone with no more than a 20 minute walk.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like abut this place. I would have really enjoyed access to an ice machine, but I understand that isn't something usually seen at hotels in Colombia.
