חוץ מהחדר כושר שבאמת מושקע והספא שהצוות נחמד ומקצועי לא ממליצה על כלום

חדר כושר מושקע ובריכה מהממת

המלון עצמו אחלה רק באסה שיש מלא חתולים גם באיזור של הבריכה וגם בתוך המלון השירות של רוב הצוות על הפנים (חוץ משני עובדי קבלה) לא היה קפה קר בטענה שהבר של הבריכה נפתח ב10 בזמן שהארוחות בוקר נגמרת ב10:30 לא כל הצוות מבין אנגלית , למחרת ביקשתי שוקו אמרו שאין להם הארוחת בוקר בלי קשר סבירה מינוס אין מבחר לא אחזור למלון הזה!!!

Very professional manager (Mr najati) and the staff was very friendly and great. Breakfast was fantastic.

The room service food, especially the burger, could be better.

Beware: Terribly noisy, disappointing and bad management and poor service for a 5 star hotel!

I stayed at this hotel previously in 2020 and really enjoyed my stay there. I decided to remain loyal and book another 5 nights this time. Except it felt the standards have dropped, management and staff service levels are really poor. Breakfast quality was not great! I supposed to say what I like here - the property is a good and interesting property but is let down by poor service and being located next to noisy beach club. Close to Yalikavak marina

Everything! Breakfast was terrible and dry. Constantly running out of food options. No oranage juices, dry meats, no baked goods. Really bad Noise and Sleep: Forget it - this hotel is right next to a noisy beach club. When it is a wedding party - you have no chance of sleeping because they love to turn up the music so loud it can be heard a few kilometers away. Its not a 5 star hotel, there is bad service and poor management. Management do not anticipate the needs or issues that might arise in order to resolve problems. Instead they wait for you to complain and offer no solutions or compensation. We complained a few times only to get blank stares and empty "sorrys" and excuses for all that is wrong. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels - this hotel is NOT 5 star at all. its a 3 or at best a 4 star hotel. Beware to book here if you value your sleep. Not worth the money if you can't have some peace and quiet!

Amazing place and facilities but unhelpful receptionists!

The hotel facilities (gym, spa, pool, sun beds etc) were amazing, as were the rooms. The location was lovely for days lounging by the ocean and swimming, and not far from the Yalikavak Marina where all the restaurants are (about a 10 minute drive or 30 minute walk). The waiters were all friendly, as was the one female manager.

Taxis to the marina (or anywhere) were very very hard to come by and we usually had to walk. The reception staff were very unhelpful and could not answer even the most basic of questions regarding laundry services or restaurant recommendations or anything at all. None of the staff (except for the female manager mentioned above) spoke English so we mostly had to communicate using Google translate. This wasn’t a huge problem, but it would have helped a lot if the receptionists had been friendlier. That said, none of this detracted from our wonderful holiday in this beautiful place!

I really loved the hotel a-lot, very cozy in terms of size and interior design. Clean bathroom Nice Breakfast Nice gym reasonable Spa amazing beach area amazing pool area one of the best hair salons located there close to the marina

Its not the hotel's fault if there is a beach club next door. taxies were hard to find

Excellent location. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back for sure. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Breakfast was okay, not many options. Hair salon was good too, the boys did a great job with my hair.

The hotel charged us for the mini bar which we never used. Also I didn’t like the spa. They overcharged us for the Turkish hamam which was okay and not that great. The lady at the spa reception was using translation app to communicate with us but didn’t understand our requirement hence overcharged us. I don’t think I’ll ever go to the spa again.

We had a great stay at the hotel - the room, the facilities, the service - everything was great! The hotel is modern, clean and has a lovely artistic touch. The staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful whenever we needed anything. Definity our "go to" hotel when in Bodrum

Perfect location, clean rooms, nice hotel, 8 minutes away from Yalikavak marina, we reserved our private yacht from the hotel itself .

Absolutely beautiful hotel with a great location. I loved that it was so peaceful and the staff went above and beyond to make you feel special and cared for. The cocktails and food at the hotel are delicious. Both the pool area and the beach area were stunning, usually it’s one or the other at other hotels but you have the luxury of both at Arts. Will definitely be going back.

I didn’t like how much I didn’t want to leave at the end of my holiday!
