This place had it all 4 us(teen/parent friends)-we had a blast. 10 min to drop kids skiing Attatch- priceless. Property manager let us in hours early- very quick to respond to text(thank you!!) What made it extra special was having areas to be together or apart. Open 1st floor living w/ kitchen well equipted to cook (traditonal coffee maker and large refrigerator and dishwasher), eat (two round tables + 6 counter seats), vaulted living room (couch is so ridiculously huge and comfy- literally fit us all). Loft with ladder had 3 real twin beds- 6 ft tall boys were comfortable. Large TV- boys brought switch and could access our streaming. We loved all the board games and one table doubled as bumper pool. The lower level was a nice private space w/lots of beds. Bathrooms were small/outdated but worked very well- bath towels provided. House has 70's chalet vibe- embrace the aqua and harvest yellow and you will feel at home. Some reviews had concerning neg cleanliness comms- but we found the wall2wall carpet clean (lower level seemed new) and the couch was re-upholstered- felt fresh, linens fresh. We were fine with the older style and normal wear and tear - the important stuff was fresh. The house brought us together (large front and back decks!) and we were very comfortable and cozy and close to the mountains and nature and the cute little towns. Good time.

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re trying to spend sometime up in the mountains. You can even see Mt. Washington from the back deck! The hosts are accommodating and have everything you’d need for a comfortable and fun place to stay.

This was our second time staying here and we love it! Cozy fire place, amazing couch. Can’t praise it enough

Comfortable with fantastic greatroom with great sofa, fireplace, eating/game table, dining counter. Lots of very comfortable, private sleeping. View is nice but it was foggy and rainy when we were there. :( Great location near to everything. It is just a bit worn but perfect for our active family.

Really enjoyed our stay beds were very comfortable and we were close to Maine and Vermont.
Down side they do not supply towels that is added weight in our suitcase so we had to purchase some there . Also, this is the first Vrbo that they asked us to strip beds start laundry

The property was as advertised, there was plenty of space, even for a two year to run around. Good location for families with young kids. Super easy to get to story lane d and other near by attractions. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay with a family of 7. Property description was spot-on. House was clean and comfortable; conveniently located in an upscale and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for our big group (all adults). Would have certainly preferred that linens were supplied, but not a big issue for us since we drove to location (would not have felt the same if we needed to bring extra bag on flight).

did this review into 2 parts.
us: 3 families/ 6 adults, 5 kids 8-12.
pluses:
*timely, helpful communication with local “guest coordinator” Linda who allowed us to check in early at 2 if needed and out at 10:30 which was so helpful managing 5 kids and 6 adults getting out on time.
*good amount of common space and comfortable bedding. it’s a split, go in front door to entry way, up 5 stairs to living room/kitchen areas/access to deck or down 5 stairs to 3 bedrooms.
*nice size kitchen/prep area with everything you needed !
*2 full baths kept waiting to a minimal
*rear deck for hanging out
*toiletries in bathroom if needed
*a/c (upper common space only) was great during warner days.
minuses:
*property itself needs some major cosmetic updating to make this 5* and worth the money paid.
*lower level has a musty smell as rugs are older throughout. (didn’t walk barefoot on lower level)
*queen front bedroom had no screen so wasn’t able to get fresh air espec at night. this was overall opinion of all 6 adults, 2 with asthma. one had to buy allergy meds to help. other used inhaler frequently. so point is, if you have asthma/sensitive to smell, consider it.
*light fixture is outdated in lower bathroom and hangs to low in front of mirror.
*oversized couch: kids did use however awkward for adults in such tight quarters for feet to not touch/overlap, not trip over someone’s feet. narrow for sitting facing each other. it also is very old, musty smelling as well. should really be replaced with something more functional for comfortable sitting.
*above the island sitting area is some metal ductwork. it is covered in dust. should be cleaned frequently.
*a/c vent is up high build into wall and also covered in dust. needs to be cleaned.
*one family brought house fan for bedroom however other two fans (box fan and regular table fan) are also caked with dust and we didn’t want to use them as lower level was already musty.
had other reviewers been as in-depth in these details we probably would have chose someplace else.
now most people/guest service coordinators would say why didn’t you contact us? when you are only there for 2 days and you want to make the best out of the situation, you just deal. and that’s what we did. we did have a great time as we are all best friends but the general consensus was it was not worth the $$$$ we spent for 2 nights and we would not stay again.

We went up for a quick getaway with our kids and my in-laws for a Story Land trip. Checking in was super easy and the open living space was perfect! Definitely not anything fancy, but did the trick for having a space to hangout between outings and to sleep. The AC was also key during the hot summer heat. You do have to bring your own linens which is a bummer just because it’s an added thing to have to pack (and with kids there is already enough), but not a deal-braker. Overall a pretty average place to stay

Gem of a house!!
We are reoccurring guests in the Summer. We come up each year with a group of friends and stay at this house. Check in is easy. The house has plenty of space to accommodate a group of ten easily. Love the décor to give that authentic NH feel. Great location, close to downtown and other towns nearby. The owner is very nice and quick to reply. I give her kudos for putting so much time and effort in to making our stay feel like a second home. Would recommend this house to anyone; a group of friends or family!

Cute Rustic Chalet
Really enjoyed our stay. Was able to check in early and out late which is a huge help with little kids. Really nice set up. A little dated and worn. The loft is definitely not for young kids. Perfect location. Had some communication issues with Evolve but once I called it was all set. Only downside was the cleaning. There was some “adult trash” left under one of the beds and some dishes were pretty nasty. But all in all it was a nice place to stay. Just a few hiccups. We would consider staying here again.

Great location, Perfect!
A few friends and I wanted to get away for the weekend. We couldn’t have been more happy with the chalet! When we needed help, any questions were quickly answered. We got an early check-in and a late check-out with any issue. Had a blast and plan on going every year!!!

Great Ski Chalet
Great for a group. Fireplace, darts, bumper pool, large couch, cable tv, open kitchen. What's not to like? Bedrooms are all a good size with queen beds and the loft has 3 additional singles. Would absolutely visit again. Great bang for your buck.

Perfect place for friends and family. Excellent location, right near the shops of North Conway and grocery store close by. Hopefully will get the opportunity to come again in the summer!

Perfect
This Chalet was perfect for my girlfriend's weekend getaway. The house looks exactly like the post. Each room has a thermostat which was nice. The house comes with a fully loaded kitchen. We went skiing at Cranmore Mountain, 10-15 min drive away. Walmart and other attractions are about 15 min away. Liquor store is about 5 min away. Overall great home and would rent this home again. The only knock on the house is the garbage is located off site but other than that I enjoyed the home and appreciate the host for answering all questions within a timely fashion.

Cozy comfort
This is our first time renting an entire house, and we weren't disappointed. This was a weekend getaway to have our growing family meet our new grandson, 2 months old! The house was warm and inviting, family friendly and close to so many wonderful local attractions. We will definitely recommend.

Excellent
The location of this house is perfect... close to everything!
It's much larger than it appears in pictures, and the kitchen and living room are the perfect gathering area.
I had a simple issue and the Owner replied instantly....
Thanks, The Pickleball Crew

Thank you.

Good time
House was great, lots of space, big couch is great for games which there were plenty on shelves.
The only thing missing was no WiFi so i had no service and no way of getting in touch with family or to check instructions for the check out. Also, there are no trash barrels and we had to take all trash elsewhere.
Other than that our stay was enjoyable, we had everything we needed.

Great location to Story Land
Location is great, but the house is quite dated. Very dark inside. Could definitely use some new towels and bedding. Bathrooms were very clean. Check in process was very easy. Would rent in this neighborhood again , just not this house.

Great stay in the mountains
Rented this property with my brothers and a bunch of buddies. The house is located in a great neighborhood in the mountains in Bartlett just outside of North Conway. We were big a group and comfortable in the house. Main floor is open concept between living area and kitchen. The house has a retro feel to it with a cool bison mount on the wall. House and bathrooms were clean. Would recommend renting if you’re looking to stay jn the Bartlett/Conway area.

Glen Chalet
We stayed in the summer and it was beautiful ,I can only imagine how warm and cozy it must be in the winter. Perfect for a family or multiple family's. Great location for any season. Very close to Storyland and Red fox grill, the location is the perfect starting point to go anywhere in the white mountains really. Sitting on the back deck you feel your in a tree house its gorgeous.we loved going back there after long vacation days to chill in the pit couch and relax watch some TV or play darts with the kids or hear giggles coming from the loft.Linda was very helpful ,reliable and easy to get in touch with, it was a pleasure doing business with her. We had an amazing vacation staying in the chalet.

Perfect getaway
This house was everything my group of 9 adults needed for a fun and relaxing weekend in the mountains. We go up to the area every year for a tubing trip and the location was great for getting to and from the Saco River. Lots to do in the area. The house had plenty of beds and lots of open area and tables to hang out, as well as two really nice decks. Oh and the couch - I wish I had room for that couch in my own house! Linda was incredibly helpful and we were in contact ahead of time and throughout. She was quick to answer any questions and very nice. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful Chalet in a great location
This chalet is a great place to stay. It has a beautiful fireplace and all the amenities are provided. It was very clean. It is close to the ski resorts, sleigh rides, ice skating and many other winter activities. Convenient to downtown North Conway and many restaurants.

Convenient and welcoming accomodations
We have stayed at this property many times over the years for our yearly trip to NH. Any given year our group can consist of up to 8 children under 18 and up to 4 adults including "1 Grammy".
The accommodations are very comfortable and inviting. Anything you need is right there for your convenience. All you need to bring is your clothes and personal items!
This condo is conveniently located. Over the years we have visited: Storyland, Echo Lake, Diana's Bath, Shopping in North Conway, Cranmore, Tubing the Saco, Attitash, Cathedral Ledge, and all are within 20-30 minutes of the condo.
Shopping to stock the fridge is right down the street and there are more delicious/family friendly restaraunts in the area than I could even list!
I highly recommend renting this property if you are looking for a clean, spacious, inviting, convenient place to stay!

Relaxing retreat in the mountains
We love coming to this part of NH each fall -- and have been renting this chalet for years as we love the location, comfort of the property and ease of rental. We spend the days at Story Land or Santa's Village or downtown North Conway and the nights on the comfy "pit" with a roaring fire! Awesome restaurants nearby, too- for kids and adults! Thanks for the great memories- look forward to coming back this Fall!

Great getaway for a week or weekend
The chalet was impeccably kept, and the owners were great to work with. Close to so many activities so we could do whatever we wanted or nothing at all and had a blast just staying in.
Can't wait to take the whole family.
