This is a lovely house with it's own screened in area with a pool and nice sitting area. The kids loved the pool! We also enjoyed the community pools as well. Beds were super comfortable too! Not a far walk to the beach either!

We always rent Ocean Reef every time we come to Palm Coast, we love the home and location and the private pool area. The only suggestion this time would be to replace the 3rd floor mattress, it was uncomfortable and has a lot of dips and lumps but other than that it was Perfect.

This is our 2nd time renting this house. Great location and the 3 levels gives everyone space to relax. The 3rd floor had a Reno and the wet br area was replaced with a closet. The thermostat that was on the wall was located in the dresser drawer so the temperature on this floor is controlled by the 2nd floor thermostat. After the first night of being too hot or too cold, we figured out that keeping the thermostat at a a reasonable temperature and setting the central fan to stay on overnight kept the room comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen items could use a few upgrades. We planned to cook every night so we brought our own cookie sheets and our own frying pan. There are plenty of dinner and serving dishes. The property management team is very easy to work with and housekeeping responded immodestly to our lack of kitchen towels. We hope to rent this property again.

My family has stayed with cinnamon beach properties on a few separate occasions. This was our favorite so far. Beautiful house, that was well maintained. We did run into some issues with the air conditioning the first 2 days but they were ultimately able to get it corrected. We will most certainly be staying there again.

The house looks just like the pictures. The private pool and spa were amazing. The property management company was awesome, very responsive, professional, and friendly. There is a short walk to the beach in either direction from the house. The Beach on property is a little rocky but there are drive on beaches all over the place so you can load up the car and try others. There are beach towels and beach chairs ad umbrella for you to use. Highly recommend.

This time we noticed our ocean view is gone since a home has been built on the lot across the street. we love the pool, but could not enjoy the hot tub since it wasn’t working, I was told a repair man was coming but no one came.

We did have an issue with the stove - a couple dials were off for the burners. We called maintenance and someone was out very quickly to take a look at it.

All of our family gave the rental 5 stars. The house was in a great location, near the beach and the clubhouse. The property was very clean when we arrived. The guest book easily defined all of the requirements. The pool and spa were a hit with kids and adults. A lot of our time was spent enjoying the pool. Several things to be aware of:1. On several doors a louver is loose or broken. Top bedroom and pool access bedroom.2. Icemaker was not dispensing ice3. No washcloths in Master bathroom4. gas grill igniter is not working on burners 1& 3 Grill needs clean up on grease collection and underneath.Our family had a wonderful time in a beautiful neighborhood. We love Cinnamon Beach
This is our fourth vacation at Cinnamon beach. Years ago we stayed in a condo (two separate years). Then in 2017, we rented a house and my married daughter and her family joined us. Now, our family has grown even more and our house was perfect. Beautiful, peaceful, plenty of room to bake, cook, eat, play games, and enjoy each other's company. We love the clubhouse and pools, but this time we had our own salt water pool in the house and we really enjoyed it! We lived in our bathing suit going from pool to pool to beach. We loved reading our Bibles on the peaceful balcony and watching the sunrise. It was a perfect week. :) :) :)

Outstanding property and location! The whole family was able to enjoy privacy, with bedrooms on 3 different floors. Everybody gathered on the wide-open second level, which has a huge kitchen island, bar area, and massive balcony overlooking the ocean. This is a great house, that could be fantastic with some attention to detail. Since it was recently sold, I think some house needs were a victim of being in between two owners. The front porch was a super place to have morning coffee and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. Great pool and lots of space on the second floor living area for get togethers. We were disappointed that some "house keeping" issues weren't addressed prior to our arrival (i.e. TV's didn't work, lights in elevator didn't work, some light bulbs needed changing, the front porch floor very dirty, kitchen items were lacking, outdoor fireplace didn't work, grill ignitor didn't work). A lot of these issues remain unaddressed. With some more attention to detail, by the management company, this great house could have been fantastic. Once attention is given to house details I would highly recommend this property.

Great Decor and Location - Needs Some TLC
Property‘s decor is great, very pretty. Great location, a short walk to the beach. Great community amenities (gym, pools, etc). Private pool perfect for young kids.
House is spacious, there is plenty of room for everyone. House has everything you might need. Publix is close by, Community is secure and very private. Beach is also private and hence very few people around; which was great.
On to the bad. Bathroom and kitchen towels were very old and smelled horrible. Blankets also smelled bad. Bathroom sinks were clogged. Door’s were dirty. A/C vents were dirty and rusting. The A/C unit stopped cooling, we called maintenance and they were very attentive and sent the AC repair company right away. He said the AC unit was bad and needed to be replaced. He put more free-on and the AC held up the rest of the stay. He also mentioned AC filters were disgusting and had not been replaced in a long time. The downstairs sofa-bed still had sheets from the last stay and they were dirty and smelled bad.
TLDR: Place is great but for the price, it should not have that many issues.

We have stayed at Ocean Reef for 3 yrs. now. The only thing we would suggest is that the kitchen have some serving bowls, muffin pan, and cereal bowls and the blender doesn't work good. We have noticed that the stairs need to be refinished and the upstairs furniture is showing wear. Other than that we love the house, pool and location.

Enjoyed the week!
Our first stay at Cinnamon Beach - we will be back! The house is beautiful, great size and filled with all the amenities you need. The pool and hot tub were great with a large adjacent seating area to listen to music or watch the TV. The beach is just a quick walk across the road. We tried a couple of area restaurants for delivery and carry-out - JT's Seafood Shack and Mezzaluna Pizza were excellent. And a nearby Publix grocery just 5 minutes away. We had from 2 year olds to grandparents this week and all were happy. This couldn't have been any better.

Our family could do all five things at once as one's mood dictated. The home was spotless and well maintained. It was as advertised in pictures and the narratives in the advertisements. The screened in pool with a tv undercover was a welcoming place after having been at the beach. Access to the beach was a few steps from the home. John was a delight to work with. Called maintenance and they came to the house within 15 minutes but unfortunately they were not able to fix it before we got to leave the property but the owner and property management were very kind and gave us a compensation for the inconvenience.

Amazing! Perfect for Girls Weekend
This lovely house was perfectly situated to get the most out of our Girls Weekend getaway! We were able to rent a shade with chairs and the cafe at the clubhouse has some great food options for when we didn't feel like cooking! We didn't mind the 45 min drive to St Augustine. We even saw dolphin swimming off of the shore!
