From June: reservations are requested from SUNDAY to SUNDAY Villa Olivi is a house located 800 mts from the lake and at 1 km from the centre of the town of Lazise The house has 2 apartaments, both at disposal of the guests - aparment at the ground floor (90 sq): kitchen, living room with a sofa bed (for 1 person), 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, 1 bathroom - apartment at the 1st floor (80 sq): kitchen, terrace and balcony, large living room with a single sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom The house has a private garden of about 200 sq At disposal: * TV sat * wifi * safety box * air conditioning in the bedrooms * private garden * 3 parking places * barbecue Pets are welcome we do not accept group of young people (under 25) Final cleanings (to be paid at arrival): Euro 110 Bedlinens and towels (if requested): Euro 11 per person

The property is a wonderful and unique property a short walk from the beautiful walled town of Lazise. Anna and Luca are responsive and helpful owners and the whole rental process was straightforward and communication was quick and helpful. The property itself consists of two self contained apartments that are perfectly suited to large families or a couple of families travelling together. The property has all the amenities that you could want need to eat in (and there are a number of supermarkets close by) as well as eating out (and there is a launderette a short walk away if you want to travel light!). The house also has a large and secure garden area. The walk into town takes around 10 minutes. Overall, a fabulous property and a great place to stay as a base for exploring Garda and Verona.

We stayed for a week in September- two families with total of 9 persons (4 adults and 5 kids). The house was large enough and comfortable for all of us. We liked the fact that there are two separate floors with two separate apartments one above the other. It gave us an opportunity to be together but also have some bit of privacy at night and early morning. The house is in a great location just 10min walk to the beach, 15min to Lazise old town. The house has private parking and is fully fenced which made life much easier with the kids! The rooms are with A/C which made the sleep very comfortable! The yard is large and very nice. Communication with host was flawless and fast. The only points we recommend to improve are: The outside coal grill is not a real grill but a chimney with flat stone table to put coal on and a metal frame on top. This made our grilling experience somewhat challenging. We recommended to the host to upgrade it to a real gas or coal BBQ. All in all we recommend the place for an excellent summer vacation!

It has been a great holiday! The house is just as featured in the pics: spacious, clean and comfortable, with all facilities. A big garden surrounds it and we spent time chilling and had fun with the bbq. Convenient position. You can reach the town and the lake in few minutes by walk. Main attractions are also easily reachable by car or bike. Highly recommended!
