Perfect place when visiting with family & friends! Please note that pets are not allowed in this home.

Two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and comfy queen pullout sofa sleeper in the great room. A double-bed downstairs studio is also available upon request. Kitchen has all amenities and spices to makes meals a breeze. Barbecue on front porch near kitchen allows for easy grilling. Large living room with wall to wall windows showcases the incredible view from this remarkable property. Ample seating in living and dining room, and roomy wrap-around deck provides many opportunities to enjoy the view. Hot tub on the deck seats six at a time. Large driveway accommodates up to three cars. Pretty downstairs studio with combined or separate entrance features double bed, kitchenette, full bathroom with standup shower, and office desk.

Only a few minutes away from the Dry Creek Vista trailhead with it's incredible views and one-mile hike to stunning Devil's Bridge and the largest natural sandstone arch in the area, a hikers favorite!

Entire home, garage and downstairs extra bedroom if you wish to also rent the studio with its double bed and kitchenette.

We are always available to you via phone, text, or email and live only minutes away if you need anything.

In addition to the beautiful view, you'll enjoy the incredible peace and quiet of this private home. Nestled atop a hillside, it sits above the hustle and bustle of the city's traffic and is the perfect place to enjoy a sunrise or a soak in the hot tub.

Easy to access, and close to everything you'll want to see and do! The bus stop is withing walking distance and Enterprise Car Rental is only five minutes away.

We had a great stay at this property! It was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect and the owners had park pass for us to use as well as lots of suggestions of how to fill our time in Sedona. The view is incredible! We had 3 couples for our stay and were all very comfortable. We will stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Sedona trip in this gorgeous home with stunning views. We found it perfectly situated away from the overcrowded areas. We had great communication throughout from the hosts. The house was exactly as pictured - more beautiful actually. We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing !!! Location, accommodations, host communication , the deck, the view, the hot tub….. all simply incredible…we were there for 9 days and enjoyed every minute. The four of us hiked every day and all hikes within 20 minute drive. Drove to the south rim one day (about 2 hours ) but well worth it! Thanks so much Annie!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view, quiet neighborhood and having the garage available was a plus. Reminder that the studio is extra if needing an extra room it includes a bathroom, refrigerator and little kitchenette ( got cold down there but little heater was included if needed).

We were here for a girls trip (5 total) and everything about this place is amazing. It is cozy, clean, functional and relaxing. The kitchen was the most well stocked I have ever experienced! And the view. The view from the deck (and hot tub) is nothing short of magical. Location was perfect as well- easy to pop on the main drag and get to all the hot spots. We couldn’t recommend this place enough. We will be back!!

Our first time visit to Sedona and we found this property to be a perfect location. Not only did it have a great view, but was within 12 - 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do (which was hiking and dining). Communication with the owners was excellent, including making sure we were careful upon entry due to recent snow and ice. We enjoyed the hot tub, and again, the location. Instead of needing to plan our whole day to limit travel time we found that we could take a quick drive and explore a new trail and return, especially handy since not everyone in our family wanted to participate in all the hikes. It really helped us pack in a variety of activities in our short stay. House had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

We shared the house with our son and teenage grandchildren who said this was the best house ever for our family reunions. The location was very near to all our excursions. The view was spectacular! We definitely will be returning!

Truly beautiful views and I enjoyed waking up to them. The spaces are nicely thought out for people to congregate and interact, but also spaces as well to enjoy some quieter moments. The kitchen was nicely stocked with different kitchen tools for preparing meals, and even serving platters. The hot tub was wonderful for preventing sore muscles from the awesome hikes close by.

As a group of friends, we were out and about during the day but every afternoon and evening we loved the view from the back deck and spent hours looking at the red rocks. We didn’t use the hot tub but I’m sure that was great too. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was a nice size and the owners were very responsive and helpful. The house worked out great for us.

The house itself has such a comfortable energy and the views are incredible (which we thoroughly enjoyed from the jacuzzi). We are a family of 6, Grandma, Mom, Dad and 3 children 6 yrs, 7 yrs and 11 yrs. This home was very welcoming. We absolutely loved the view and Hot Tub. The home is set up so perfectly with separate seating areas but in the same area. It was nice that some of us were playing games in one area and TV in another plus eating with the kitchen right there. Every room had everything: Full kitchen with perks of spices, other condiments in the fridge, ketchup, Mayo, mustard etc. Bedrooms had the most comfortable beds and bedding that snuggled with you. TVs and walk-in closets in the rooms with King beds. Master King had an en-suite. Convenient shared bathroom. Everything you need is there, towels, soaps, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, paper towel, tissues, laundry soap. We brought nothing, but our food. I’m grandma and if I never left the house in the 4 nights we were there, it too would have been also perfect. The kids totally loved the house, they didn’t want to leave. Should we return to Sedona, I will stay here again. Thank you Annie and Carone for sharing your home with us.

First of all just wanted to say that this house was absolutely amazing, clean, cowzy, very home like filling. Wow what a amazing view from the living room windows. Imagine waking up in the morning going out side in the balcony with a cup of hot coffee and watching the view… absolutely gorgeous I highly recommend staying there… the owners were so friendly, no problems at all, fast communication. It was 7 of us plus we had 5 other girls who came with us but stayed few min away from us, they said that the house was so beautiful, and they will definitely book next time there. Thank you

This is a lovely property with awe inspiring views from every window (and there are so many windows). The beds and linens were super comfortable and our group enjoyed stargazing from the hot tub. The location is great in a secluded yet easy access neighborhood. Hostess provided nice amenities with a well supplied cabinets, lots of paper products and linens. The house features two book libraries with a variety of titles too.

Our stay at Annie's home was awesome! We had 6 in our party and everyone was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, appliances, spices, etc. The living room, porch and hot tub had amazing views. The dining table was plenty big for a large group, and there was an additional small table in the living area if needed. Plenty of seating in the living area facing the walls of windows. Beds were very comfortable with extra pillows, blankets, whatever you may need. Bathrooms had eco and allergy friendly shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap. Easy access to the washer and dryer just outside of the master bedroom in the hall. We appreciated the Red Rock Parking Pass and all the information about the area was helpful to plan our hikes. Communication was easy for booking and entry into the house. We had no issues at all! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
