Four of the five bedrooms are on the first floor. There are a total of three master suites with King beds, ensuite bathrooms, and each has impeccable marsh views and access to the expansive deck. Two of these master suites are located on the first level of the home, while the third master suite is on the second floor and has a private balcony with lounge chairs. Also on the first floor, the fourth bedroom has two twin beds and shares a bathroom with the final fifth bedroom, which has two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds.

When you take a walk outside, the back deck has teak furniture to enjoy the endless nature views. There is a 4-burner Weber grill for your grilling needs. The marsh views are so special and you will want to spend your vacation taking in the coastal air and enjoying the outdoors. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long beach day. The owners have just installed a putting green under the house to enjoy anytime of the day or night!

Make memories on Seabrook with all that there is to do! This home includes 2 kayaks for guest use, and there is a great area for crabbing and kayaking just a short 5 minute walk away! You can launch kayaks here or enjoy the dock for fishing or crabbing. The dock is right off of Captain Sam's Road behind the fire station on the Kiawah River.

For first-timers, or if you are new to kayaking in the Kiawah River, we recommend first taking a guided tour at Mingo Point, just one mile away. Learn about the tide cycles and currents, and how to navigate in the marshes. The naturalists will give you a fascinating understanding of all that is going on in the marsh! You can also rent kayaks locally on the island.

The home comes with an access to an amenity card to the Lake House and Beach Club pools (daily or weekly fees will apply). The beach is just a 8-10 minute bike ride or easy drive, and the Island House and Beach Club are about a 12-14 minute bike ride. The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has access for an additional fee of $50/per day per family, or $300/week. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2024. If you are booking early, please note that club access could potentially change for future years.

To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.
