"Perfectly SeaSunned" is just what you'll be when your stay here! Wide and spacious front decks offer amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico - the beach is just steps across the quiet street. Watch the waves from the house! Enjoy the the large, pool (heated on request) and game area.

The house is completely remodeled, with beautiful tile, stone, wood, and stainless - expanded to 3 bedrooms & 3 1/2 baths, with an open-concept kitchen, dining, living room - allowing everyone room to spread out and enjoy each other and the beach. Enjoy the new gourmet kitchen, spa-like bathrooms, spacious rooms, and the large pool! See the remodeling results in the photos.

The 2 King and 1 Queen bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. An additional half bath is accessible from the kitchen, and the living room couch has a pullout queen bed. All of the luxurious mattresses are new, and all bedrooms feature double french doors that open onto the decks.

The front decks look out on the aqua waters of the Gulf. The back deck takes you down to the private pool and outdoor living area, featuring an outdoor shower and half bath (4 1/2 bathrooms total, counting the outdoor facilities), very large outdoor picnic table, gas grill, fish cleaning station, game area, and bar!

*We understand "life happens" and that sometimes plan changes are beyond your control. For these reasons, please consider purchasing travel insurance. If you have to cancel within the 60 day time period before arriving, please let us know quickly so that we can re-book your time to someone else. If the house re-books for the same rate, we can refund your deposit. We will of course work with you and rescheduling to a later week or season is possible.

Unconditional refunds are issued in the case of a storm evacuation. Please contact us with any questions.

**Fees and taxes - Cleaning fee is $250, Pet fee is $85 per each dog, number of dogs limited to two per stay; heat the pool for $350. VRBO service charge and taxes are added at booking. Please ask for clarification, if needed, when booking.

Perfectly Sea-sunned had everything we needed for a memorable family beach vacation. The wide covered front porch with a view of the gulf is perfect for lazy mornings and coffee. The owners have thought about everything you need to feel at home, a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, a great grilling area with an outdoor table, beach towels, dvds, games and books. The floor plan is great with all the bedrooms off a large gathering area and kitchen. It’s just a short walk to the beach so everyone can come and go as they please or lounge around the pool. The owners could not have been more attentive and responsive. We didn’t want to leave!

We stayed at Perfectly SeaSunned again because we loved it so much! Pam was great to work with again. We sure enjoyed the private pool and being so close to the beach. I especially love the 2 sinks in the kitchen and the private baths in each bedroom. The outdoor shower was also a hit with the guests.

I have nothing but great things to stay for this house. We would absolutely stay here again. The communication from the owners before checkin and with all the items in the home was fantastic. We could not ask for better hosts. Perhaps we were just lucky, but the beach this visit was the best it has been in our 4 visits to St. George Island.

We had a good time at this house. It is across the street to the beach with a path directly to the beach. The pool was excellent with plenty of chairs around the pool. The kids had a great time and enjoy staying there. We have been to this home a couple of years now. The owners are very helpful with any issues you may have!

Perfectly Seasunned is perfect. The house is in a great spot only a row back from beach front with a fantastic view of the ocean from a very large front porch (which is partially covered if you want shade or sun). Beach access is right across the street and public beach access is only a house down the street. The house is very well renovated and taken care of and you can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into every little detail to make it as good of an experience as possible for renters. Be it all the little notes on where things are in the house, suggestions on local spots to eat/drink, an extensive collection of games and movies, or beach chairs/towels/a wagon to move it all -- it's clear the hosts made sure everything was taken care of so we could relax and enjoy our time there. The pool in the back is fantastic (especially at night with the in pool lights) and there is a shower and bathroom downstairs which are great. The house was clean as can be when we arrived and we had no problems checking in or with any of the appliances/house features. Truly a fantastic place to stay with family or friends. I will definitely be going back!

This house had the perfect layout for a family of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids) and 2 dogs. The owners provide everything necessary to enjoy your vacation, plus much more. The house has perfect ocean views and is on a quiet street. It's less than 1.5 miles from all of the restaurants, shops and the lighthouse. I will definitely book again in the future!

This was our 4th year in a row staying at Perfectly Seasunned. We love the location. The house is fully equipped with everything we need. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The pool is so nice. There is always quick and helpful response from the owners. We’ve been coming to SGI FOR THE PAST twelve years and this is our favorite place.

We had a wonderful week staying at Pam and Dave’s property! The house is equipped with everything you need (especially in the kitchen!), for a fantastic week at the beach. We arrived the same week as Hurricane Ian was forming in the Gulf, and Pam kept us very well informed. We would definitely stay here again.

Just what we were looking for! Beautiful home with all the amenities that's been recently renovated! Location is perfect, just across from the beach. Spectacular views from the large front deck. Rooms are spacious and updated. Love the open kitchen and living room. The downstairs pool area along with the pool itself are wonderful and just what we were looking for. Mr. Dave and Mrs. Pam are wonderful host - extremely friendly, and very easy and quick to communicate with. Our first stay here but we'll certainly be back for many more, highly recommend!

First time in SGI, drove from NJ with 2 kids (8 & 11) and a pup. We weren’t disappointed - it was worth the drive! Pam and David were wonderful hosts. The house has a great layout and full of amenities. Bedrooms are nice and spacious with plenty of bathrooms. Everything is labeled with some witty humor that we very much appreciated. You can’t beat the proximity to the beach and the amazing views from the deck - made for a glorious morning coffee. We walked into the village each morning to get our steps in. Highly recommend Half Shell Dockside in Apalachicola for a bite.

There is always a risk traveling in mid March, and sure enough, we had a cold front for much of our stay. But the house is laid out beautifully for groups to each have their privacy but to also come together. We spent much of our time cooking and talking on the porch. We also plaid games - big Jenga was a hoot! This was our second visit to this house and it was honestly the perfect getaway. Getting the pool heated is well worth the extra cost! Missing island life already.

We loved our week in SGI. The house was wonderful and a great location in SGI. The front porch was wonderful w/great views and wonderful breeze. The house had every amenity that we could ever want and everything was clearly labeled, so you did not need to hunt for anything. Having a full bathroom for each bedroom was really nice. The pool was lovely. Extremely dog friendly, too. Property owners were responsive and gave a lot of great information. SGI is a very family friendly place. Highly recommend this house and SGI. You will not be disappointed.
