The place was nice and in a great location. Walking distance to beach

We enjoyed the location, very safe location… the pool was just the ticket since the weather turned cooler than normal. We will probably return and stay at the same place in a few months… I highly recommend this location. Five star rating from all of us!!! 😃😃😃

We had family come in from out of town and I was so disappointed with the standards of the house and the up keep.
I had 3 teenagers that had ant bites and mosquito bites when using the pool. Also the pool was not clean.
The back yard was awful.
There were multiple cockroaches that were found dead and alive. One came up the shower drain.
The grass was not up keep.
We had to take the garbage out and the garbage cans had ants all over and my husband had to spary before we could bring the garbage out.
I have rented through Vbro before and was so disappointed this time and disgusted.

The property itself is amazing, my grandkids enjoyed the swimming pool, I enjoy the kitchen and my grandkids too. The only thing I was very disappointed was not a coffee pot availability they were both broken, but anyways I have to say the beds were very comfortable. We had an amazing time in this home.

The photos posted online do not accurately represent the condition of the home as it looks much nicer online. Also in reading reviews I noticed there were multiple plumbing issues with previous guest, I was too hopeful in thinking I would escape this problem. The showers and toilets were a disaster! Showers weren’t draining and one of the toilets overflowed onto the floor. Luckily the owner responded quickly but the plumber came and went and the plumbing issue persisted. On the positive side the home was in a nice neighborhood and it’s very close to the beach.

Too many things to express, but mostly the host being very rude and unprofessional and adding fees and fees after I paid. Total scam. She called me a name--just don't rent! House not cleanest and just very difficult host.

Family Beach trip
Short drive to the beach with plenty of public parking if you go to Indian shores beach. New mattress , new TVs in everyone room, great floor plan, big pool ( no slide or diving board) and clean. I’d say bring your comfy pillows, bug spray, a couple of Big skillets/frying pans (only had little ones), salt and pepper, beach towels, and any or all beach items ( they didn’t have any)

Nice property
We stayed here for a week, and enjoyed it. The kids had a blast in the pool. The house is quite spacious and didn’t feel cramped with all 10 of us. The house was clean. A few things we noticed: there’s literally no storage (dressers or anything) in the 2 bedrooms. There’s a closet, but no hangers. The bedroom to the right of the bathroom has bad ladder placement for the top bunk, and my son hit his head on the ceiling fan while getting out of bed. There’s a ladder on the other side, so the bed could easily be flipped around to avoid that problem. There were plenty of towels for the bathrooms, but we never found any for the kitchen. Speaking of the kitchen, it’s relatively well stocked. There aren’t a lot of pans, cookie sheets, etc. We had plenty of silverware. There were about 6 coffee cups. The filter on the fridge needed to be replaced. The ice maker worked, but kept getting stuck on crushed. There also wasn’t a ton of ice in the machine. The back porch area was lovely, but hot: there’s no air unit in that room. There were a lot of mosquitoes, so that was kinda annoying. The faucet in the master bathroom needs some attention…it was spraying everywhere. Overall we enjoyed the house. These are just some things that we noticed and commented on.

One of the most beautiful houses I’ve ever been too in Florida, will definitely come back here again! Absolutely amazing, thank you so much, we had such an amazing time there

Winter break trip
Overall good place for our needs. The porch was used often and a great place to have that outdoor living. We had some plumbing issues… both bathrooms toilets clogged and backed up Into tubs but the plumbers came out quickly to resolve the problem. Great proximity to beach.

Great family gathering spot
We loved loved loved the pool. Absolutely ask for it to be heated ahead of your arrival. We actually cancelled some of our plans just to stay and enjoy it more! The house itself is in good, not great, shape, but it was clean and comfortable. It is very sparsely furnished/decorated. Our large group appreciated the big table in the screened in porch so we could all eat together. It is not an easy walk to Indian Rocks Beach, but possible. Would definitely recommend this house for family fun.

We quickly discovered that the master shower and toilet would not drain properly. Water was coming up as if a septic tank was full or if the main pipe was completely blocked. We contacted the number given to us but received no response. It continued to overflow and fill the bathtub as well as the toilet. We had turned off the water but the water continued to leak out through the closet wall, out through the doorway, and floorboards into the bedroom. We reached out to the property management firm and once again, no response from the phone number. Eventually, I got a call from Lee who said he'd try to get someone to fix it and to "place a towel on it". No one showed up until 30 minutes before I checked out. Suffice to say, we didn't sleep in the master bedroom. The response didn’t seem to reflect the sense of urgency we felt was necessary. And from what looks like previous damage to the floor, it seems that this has happened before.
As far as the house, it has a lot of potential, but it is very poorly equipped and upkeep is lacking. There were no light bulbs in the fans in 2 of the rooms (the only potential source of light). The kitchen only had one small pan for use, and given that this house can sleep 14, that's totally unacceptable. No garbage bags except for the one in the bin. The furniture was flimsy. The towels and sheets were worn out. The yard was not maintained. There was a lot of debris in the pool. Overall, average property with a horrible team managing it.

Heated pool nice
There is a $100 a day fee for the pool heat. I debated it at such a high cost but glad I did. It was 55 at night and the pool was 90. Made the cold enjoyable with warm pool.

Nice stay
The property was clean and the images online were exactly as pictured. Easy access. No problems. Only one problem/suggestion. Checkout is late and many things were planned for the weekend so we only needed the pool one day but you have to pay for all days or no days.

High expectations of the house but it was nothing
House needs maintenance, kitchen has old and incomplete stuff, the furniture is incomplete, towels and sheets are old, pictures show attractive house but it was not . ☹️ It could be better.

Enjoyed our stay.
We had a good time in Largo. The property is sized well for a family, and the owner was very responsive to our requests.
Only issue I have is that the title is a bit misleading. The title states a renovated house with heated pool. The pool is NOT heated. Was not a big deal for us as we were out of the house most of the day, but title should be fixed.
All in all, we had a good time.

Bachelorette weekend
This house is so perfect for a larger gathering and worked out awesome with all our guests having their own beds and lots of room. Everyone’s favorite part was having a pool to hang out and stay cool. Loved every minute of it!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful house!!❤️

Pretty But Superficial. Not Clean.
Booked this house for my May 1st Stetson Law graduation ceremony, brunch and dinner. Choose bc kitchen (entertaining purposes), split floor plan, pool, several rooms/open spaces for Covid spacing, W/D and large TV so they could watch me walk from the house. Stayed about 4 nights. Check in, house size and neighborhood were nice, but there’s a lot of issues with the “upgrades.” Namely, it looks good but isn’t functional. It’s like the joke abt “all the little things you’d do if you were a burglar but could only do things to annoy house occupants” came true: glass stovetop was cracked, Dryer is only show model (didn’t work/turn on), dishes were in dishwasher and still DIRTY (why’d I pay a cleaning fee when I washed everything myself by hand?), full trash bags by side door/outter trashcan were full (good thing I brought my own trash bags), bedroom ceiling fan lights had fake or no pulls (didn’t turn on), baskets were bottomless (huh?), kitchen cabinet handles weren’t tightened/came off (good thing we had screw driver), there’s wine but no wine opener (again, we had our own since we also brought wine), wooden chairs were flimsy (entire chair back comes off when you lift chair to sit down; apparently, they’re just press-in mdf construction), yard has basketball hoop/net but 2 flat b-balls, boyfriend cleaned pool (again, cleaning fee for what?), no comforters for both top and bottom bunk beds (i brought my own blanket, towels and pillow case and encouraged the others to do the same. The one who didn’t claimed she came home with bed bugs), guest bdrm closet is off track so you can open but not completely close them. Most of the issues were spotted when the others would say “Really?” and ask for my phone. I’d come over and check it out despite being busy as the JD grad so I didn’t appreciate having to deal with superficial upgrades meant to mask real problems. Granted, the agent sent someone to collect the garbage leftover from the previous guest and said he knew about the broken glass top (that the part was ordered and it was safe to cook on). He also offered to send cleaning crew back to clean kitchen but I had already hand washed each dish and urged others to use our disposable utensils from now on. Overall, we made it work but I don’t think it’s worth around $1500 - especially when it wasn’t even basic clean much less COVID clean. I’d prefer to be compensated for my cleaning fee and for those superficial upgrades to be substantially addressed.

Stayed for three nights and enjoyed the space of the home. Very clean and renovated. Backyard was also spacious with the pool patio. Plenty of towels, but no trash bags. A minor sprucing up of the backyard would make this very good stay into a great stay.

Great Stay
The house was very nice. You can tell it’s an older house that’s been remodeled, but they did a great job. The pool isn’t heated and the outside could use some attention, but overall would recommend.

Daughter birthday getaway
My family and I stayed here for my daughter's bday and we enjoyed the house. The backyard was lovely and had a lot of entertainment. The house is very spacious. The only con was the dryer not working and they came to fix it the day we were leaving. The owner was very quick to respond when I reached out to him. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. The house is close to shopping stores which was very convenient.

DO NOT RENT!!!When we arrived to the property I did a quick overview to check things out before everyone else arrived And at first, it seemed like just several small things but then it started to add up.Not enough towels for the number of guest allowed in the home. Washing machine and dryer were old and did not work well to even wash the towels we did have. No kitchen towels and very limited kitchen accessories for cooking. The TV in the master bedroom was broken. The back yard was messy and in need of cleaning. There were no chairs for the pool. Here is where is gets fun.... on the second day, the toliet and shower backed up with black sewage water. Thankfully we were home or the ENTIRE HOUSE WOULD HAVE FLOODED!! We reached out to management and they were quick to respond, but it was about 2 hours before someone came out to look at the problem, meanwhile we had used all of the clean towels in the home to dry up the water, and we did not use the bathrooms in fear that they would backup again… Maintenance came and advised they had fixed the problem… but no one ever offered to send out a cleaning crew to clean up the contaminated sewage water from all over the floor and in the tub. We had to cancel our plans for the day and clean up ourselves…. They had one cleaner in the entire home!! Maintenance did bring us new towels several hours later. On Saturday, this happened again but this time in the Master bathroom….. We were again without working bathrooms waiting on the plumber! They snaked the lines, and the bathrooms were working again, but yet again, we were left to deal with the mess of this and ended up missing several plans over the weekend. I reached out to the owner before leaving this review to see about some sort of compensation for our missed plans and complete inconvenience over most of our trip…and well you are reading my review!

Great base camp!
The home seems to be half way through renovations but it's clean and comfortable with no major issues. The pool and back yard area are great. Location-wise, it is well place to access the beaches and local shops but you would need to be a keen walker to leave the car behind. My wife and daughter did walk up to Clearwater along the beautiful beaches and we all enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

From the moment we booked this house we were in communication with the property management about any questions or concerns we had. Very responsive to all needs. The property was well maintained and cleaned. We were a big group of 14 with an infant and the property was perfect for all of us where we were not on top of each other. We enjoyed ourselves and will return.
