Neat and clean condo at the base of Warm Springs Ski Lifts on Bald Mountain in Ketchum.
This condo has a nice sized bedroom with a King Bed with comfy sheets and pillows, a 40' smart TV so you can watch Netflix or surf the web. There is plenty of closet space and a chest of drawers to put all your clothes and ski gear.
The Living Room offers a pull out couch, sitting chair, New Gas Fireplace insert that is toasty warm, 55' smart TV, DVD player and Bluetooth Speaker. Nice Dining Room Table and chairs accompany the room. Fun Sun Valley Valley artwork and some beautiful paintings.
The Bathroom has 2 separate sink rooms and a shower/tub and toilet room.
The condo has been remodeled and freshly painted and refurbished with new furniture. It is very clean and cozy!
The Kitchen is great with everything you need to cook a meal.
The condo is located at the base of Warm Springs where you can walk to ski and the local ski shops and restaurants. It is a short walk to the bus stop that can take you to town and the bus runs until midnight.
The condo offers many board games, DVD's and books.
Easy ground floor access to park and hop to your front door.
Ski and snowboard storage closet outside the front door.

Loved the unit itself- spacious with lots of amenities! It was ~10min walk to the slopes. Reduced stars for cleanliness as we had water in the kettle and old coffee in the maker within the unit; the hot-tub for the condo complex was visibly growing a biohazard issue on the inside- it was visibly coating the walls of the hot-tub. Who ever maintains it needs to drain it more often.

This condo was very comfortable and well equipped (including a full size washer & dryer). Great location at the bottom of Warm Springs. The owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. Surely hope to have the opportunity to come to Sun Valley again and will look for this condo to be available.

Nice location, fully stocked with things needed for our stay. No air conditioning made for unpleasant night sleep. I did not see on the listing that there was no air. Thankfully there were two small fans. The tub is very slick and needs a tub mat. I could see someone slipping and falling.

We liked the location for restaurants, shopping and skiing, loved watching the wildlife and skiers on the slopes, enjoyed the fireplace and parking right outside the unit. The kitchen had all we needed plus a supply of oil, pasta and teas!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this roomy condo, especially with its first floor level. The fireplace was delightful and the bed was very comfortable. It could be in walking distance (about 4 blocks) to the Warm Springs lift but we chose to drive. The outdoor hot tub (with lots of towels from the condo) and a warm sauna dressing area were nice at the end of ski days!

Nice, large condo with all you need. Close walk to chairlift and lodge, not too long at all. Chairlifts were never very busy. Warm Springs lodge was a opulent place to eat and drink. When can get back I’ll stay at this place again.
PS Try Grumpy’s bar in town for great food beer at a cheap price. It’s a blast

My sister and I came to Sun Valley for a girls ski trip and we wanted to find a place that had a kitchen and was walking distance to the lifts. This place could not have been more perfect! The kitchen was small but well equipped and perfect for our needs. We had excellent communication with our host. We walked to the lifts and were able to walk home for lunch most days and to Apples for Apres. It was a 7 minute drive to town. We did rent a car but if you don’t want to, there is a free bus that goes to town. The hot tub was so nice and basically right outside our door. We really liked having the washer and dryer in the unit. If I come back to Sun Valley again I will definitely look to see if this place is available.

This property was in a great location. Just as described, quiet area and very close to town and activities. It had everything we needed for our week long stay. Check in and directions were very easy and helpful. It was warm at night but the 2 small fans helped. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Fall Colors
Excellent location off of Warm Springs Road. Quiet, yet only minutes from downtown Ketchum. Close to some great hikes with beautiful fall colors. Aspen, cottonwoods , and willows were all gorgeous.

Appreciate the owner
This is a great little place for a couple to stay at if you don't mind being a couple of miles from downtown Ketchum. The owner was attentive and came and fixed a heating situation and actually took the time to drive us to the downtown area that night for a rehearsal dinner which was very impressive to us!

Cozy place to stay
Very comfortable king size bed. The carpets thru out really need to be cleaned. Not sure when the bathroom rugs or kitchen rug was washed but they were dirty/stained. There was a funky smell every time we came back, we ended up buying air fresheners.
Plenty of towels, bedding, kitchen utensils, hand soap. Great location. Was sad we didn’t get to use the hot tub, it was dirty inside and slimy. We enjoyed our stay, just needs a little more TLC.

Sun Valley Getaway
We arrived at the property in the middle of a 100 year heat wave. The unit was not equipped with AC and in a normal year would not be a problem. We contacted the owner and requested a fan to help move the air. Barrett was there with not one but two fans to help us with our comfort level. Thanks again Barrett.
The unit was cozy and quiet! The setting was awesome with a view of Warm Springs ski runs. We enjoyed being able to walk around the area with magnificent surroundings. The sounds of the Warm Springs River were very relaxing.
This property hit all of our expectations and we would visit there again!

Great little spot.
I’m giving this a five star rating because it was a great value and just as advertised. The location was quiet, beautiful and fabulous. It was just what we needed for my husband and I and our twin 7 year olds to hike and bike for a week.
There are just a few simple additions that could make for a much more enjoyable stay. A usable frying pan as the two provided were in very bad condition and barely usable. Regular drinking glasses as there were a few coffee mugs and wine glasses and a couple tall glasses but no regular sized drinking glasses. More decent towels and washcloths as we were only provided two good bath towels and one wash cloth for four of us staying 5 nights. There were extra bath towels in the bathroom closet but they were very worn and old and what I would use as rags to clean my house or car. We were hiking and biking and wearing lots of sunscreen every day and it was a downer not to have more washcloths to scrub my kiddos off. 2 ply toilet paper- nothing worse than 1 ply. These things aren’t a deal breaker but wouldn’t cost much to make a big difference in the stay. All in all we were very happy.

The place was nice and clean. It was also close to Bald Mountain and in a convenient location. We really enjoyed it. The only complaint was lack of bath soap. We recommend renting this place.

Warm Springs Area - Sun Valley
My friend Allen and I really enjoyed the condo in the warm springs area. It has a comfortable pull out couch for sleeping and nice bedroom that my friend slept in. The condo is walking distance to the Challenger and Greyhawk lifts. Just make sure when you walk to the lifts to follow the direction of the sign above the door. The condo is priced nicely for the area. I would make one suggestion to owner, please purchase a cheese grater. Other then that, it was a five star experience. Thank you Barrett for the great place!

Sun Valley Gem!
This is a great property for two. It is is very comfortable and cozy and is located very near the Warm Springs lodge of Mt. Baldy. It was close to downtown Ketchum, which has a great variety of shops and dining.

Family members from all over assembled in Ketchum to bury my son here in the area he loved. They stayed in other similar accommodations where we could all get together. Sad occasion but great that we could all be together again.

Warm Springs Condo
My wife and I stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. We love Sun Valley and try to come every year. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We have never stayed in the Warm Springs área and I’m sure if you were here during the winter months for skiing it would be amazing being so close to the ski lodge and lift. We always come in the summer for golfing and biking and prefer the areas of Sun Valley and Elkhorn. That’s just personal preference. However, the condo was just as described and we loved our stay. Our only suggestion would be to keep a fan or 2 in the closet. The condo was very hot in the evenings in August.

Sun Valley Condo
This is a great place to stay in the Sun Valley area. It is just a short walk to the ski lifts in winter and a short bike ride to bike trails in summer. Bring your lawn chairs and sit on the rear balcony facing a small shaded grassy area. The king bed is very comfortable and the bathroom area has 2 large sinks. The kitchen is decent size with adequate utensils. We enjoyed our stay!
