This incredible condo that has everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. Centrally located in Orange Beach, walking distance to Publix, Starbucks, and the new Coastal restaurant and bar located on the beach. Summerchase 303 was recently renovated. Beautiful views of the sandy white beaches and the Gulf of Mexico await you. You'll love watching the dolphins from the balcony. Free Wifi throughout. There are lots of little touches to make your stay more enjoyable like board games, throw blankets, books, puzzles, a pack and play, and a booster seat for little ones.

The spacious and well-stocked kitchen offers everything you'll need to cook an exceptional meal for you and your guests! Appliances include a stainless fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop, and all the small appliances and utensils. The dining area seats six in addition to four additional seats at the breakfast bar.

All bedrooms include flat screen tvs, extra pillows, and throw blankets. Master bedroom is beautifully furnished offering great beach views, balcony access, and a private master bath with walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two full beds with a bright and fun decor. The third bedroom has a queen bed and walk-in closet.

Nice condo, ocean front view is great. Beach is wonderful and very large. No high rises on either side of property which made so much room for the beach goers. We were able to bring a canopy and an extra umbrella which some places do not allow. This is very important to us. Also no steps to beach is a plus. However, the walkway is a little steep.

First time in Orange Beach. We booked thru VRBO but then was told it rented with the owner. We had several issues with air conditioner, washing machine and just overall cleanliness. I will have to say once contact was made with the owner about the issues and we worked to get things resolved but for a vacation to be restful and relaxing, I don’t want to have to be on the phone getting things lined up to be fixed. Unfortunately this condo needs some major maintenance and upkeep changes. When someone else cleans and owners aren’t around, things get broken over time and not repaired and a deep cleaning never happens. It was a nice location and would be a great place but it really needs some attention. We had a fun trip with family but would like for it to have not been so much taking care of business and more just sitting back and relaxing.

My daughters and I had the perfect girls’ trip to celebrate Mother’s Day! The condo was wonderful, thoughtfully and beautifully decorated! So convenient to the beach and to nearby restaurants. We loved it and definitely hope to return!!!

I would definitely stay here again. The location was great! The condo was very nice. The beds were comfortable It was very convenient to have an umbrella and beach chair included. A few utensils needed to be rewashed which was not a big deal, otherwise would give all 5 stars. The host was very responsive to questions.

We were very thrilled with our stay. You cannot beat the ocean view. The rooms very beautiful decorated and was clean and comfortable. The condo has easy access to the beach and the pools were great for the kids. There is a 1ft deep kiddie outdoor pool, as well as a standard outdoor and indoor pool. Our host was super quick to respond! There are several great restaurants close by including Coastal, Moe’s original barbecue, and Zeke’s landing restaurant. We definitely can’t wait for our return trip to Orange Beach!

Some basic maintenance issues are holding the ratings down. Moldy shower curtain in main, bath towels smelled like smoke, living room area rug needs to be tossed. Lights out in master closet and vanity. Kitchen was clean and all appliances worked. Location was nice. Views of ocean very nice.

Andree", the host was very prompt at answering questions and resetting the lock code a few times when my 6- and 8-year-old grandsons somehow locked us out. Balcony overlooking the ocean was really nice. After a day at the beach, we would look out on the ocean and watch the sun going down We went to several of the local restaurants. They were very good but pricey! Well that what happens in tourist towns. Brought a bunch of shrimp home with us. Boys did the Pirate Ship and it was fun but once is enough. Saw dolphins every day from the balcony and just the beach. Pretty cool! I'll be back!

The condo was exactly as described. Well stocked and incredibly clean. Location was fantastic! The building was away from large condos so beach wasn't crowded. Loved having chairs and umbrella provided. Being on 3rd floor there was a great view. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the early mornings and evenings. Thank you for a great vacation!

Great location!! Beach chairs with umbrella, heated indoor pool for the kids, hot tub for adults - pluses!! Gulf view was amazing - we even saw dolphins one evening. Elevators were timely! Thank you!!!

Our stay at this condo was wonderful! Our family had 4 condos at this facility for Thanksgiving and ours was the best by far! I chose it for the kitchen but it was the most comfortable and became the place to be for nighttime card games! Would love to come back for a summer vacation!

We’ve stayed in several VRBO properties and none compare to this one The unit is beautifully renovated and the decor is perfect The owner also provides several “little” things that added up The chairs on the balcony made watching the ocean enjoyable and the fact that it came with two beach chairs and umbrella rental was perfect Details on what was included within the unit (coffee makers, towels etc) helped as well This is by far the best condo we’ve stayed in and I would give a 10 !

303 Summerchase is by far the best place to stay when vacationing in Orange Beach. First off, the owner is awesome! The communication from start to finish is great. The condo is beautiful and has everything one could want and need. Everything is well thought out and organized so that you have all the information you need. The beach area is incredible and with your rental you receive a Beach umbrella and two chairs everyday you are there. I am ready to book again for next year!!!!

Great condo at a great location

Condo is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Location is great because there are currently no condos on either side of it so the beach was not crowded at all. Two beach chairs and an umbrella come with the condo and that was honestly a selling point for me because we don’t have room to bring our own. The master shower needs some scrubbing on the grout and around the door to get rid of mold. Shower curtain liner in other bathroom needs changed out. No complaints other than that. Great, updated appliances. Would stay in this condo again.

This condo exceeded our expectations. Great location and proximity to multiple grocery stores and restaurants. Beach was not crowded. The beach service included was great (Dalton is first class). The condo itself was stocked lots of extras. Great communication with the owner. Our family enjoyed our week here and would stay here again.

We loved the condo and the beach!! Everyone was very nice and helpful. The only complaint we have is that my kids got woken up at 4;30 or 5 in the morning every day by the garbage men. It was very loud. Maybe that can be addressed

The condo was great. It was in a fantastic location and had all the necessary tools we needed to stay in the condo and on the beach without hitting the tourist locations. The balcony view was awesome. We were able to eat all our meals at the condo and not spend unnecessary money at local tourist restaurants. We enjoyed an Easter egg hunt and scavenger hunt for Easter baskets in the condo. Everyone had a great few days and were very happy. It was a welcomed break from the crazy busy life of a traveling nurse with 6 kids.
