Stay was excellent and it was great to be advised for us to get in a little early. Made it much easy to arrange our trav

location is outstanding. Large rooms with comfortable beds. kitchen well appointed

Curtains in main bedroom need attention before they are further damaged. Simple to fix but need attention now to save down the track. Two lights over kitchen bench blown plus main light in second room also blown. Cracked wine glass put away in cupboard, we left out on bench.

We enjoyed our stay in Binalong Bay walked straight out front door to explore.

Place of stay was fantastic, perfect for our walk to Bay of Fires and surrounding walks. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and warm.

Great stay at Binalong Bay!

Great location to relax and enjoy the Bay of Fires. Also a great location to just chill and soak up the views. Easy walking to beach, rock pools and watching the waves.

There wasn't anything negative.

I would recommend this property to others for its position and amenities.

The location was beach front and close to all the activities.

There was the remnants of broken glass on the deck. The curtain in the bedroom has a broken hook and bent slider. Little holes in the fly wire.

Perfect location, great view and the facilities in the apartment were above what we expected.

The property was in a perfect location in Binalong Bay. The kitchen had everything you would need in a self contained apartment. The views were fantastic from the balcony. We didn't use BBQ facility but that's great if you want to do that for a meal. Right across from the beach and close to hikes.

Beautiful location in a well set up house

Great location, well fitted out with everything you need. amazing views and enough room for a family.

The bed could have been more comfortable and some general maintenance, e.g bedroom door didn’t close and the shower door.

Overall good, lovely location and easy check in.

The place was clean and had good kitchen equipment and appliances. The rooms were a good size. Open plan upstairs very nice. Location was great. The heaters were adequate however on timers so quickly got cold when they reset. Parking was easy.

One of the bedroom doors would not close due to the wrong screws someone has fitted to the top hinge and several of the light globes were blown. Some of the fittings were loose and didn’t work (such as a hook on the back of the bathroom door. None of the bedrooms had privacy locks. There was no kitchen cloth and the expectation was to take the rubbish away off-site even though there was a rubbish bin outside. The mattress in the smallest bedroom was very unpleasant, all springs and no softness scenario. The lounge was turned the wrong way for watching tv or movies, moving it would have been an onerous task. The stairs were steep and not good for anyone elderly or having mobility problems.

Superb

Wonderful living space. Very spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Great location. Lovely balcony overlooking beautiful beach.

Was advertised as a two bathroom property but in reality was only one bathroom and the other just a toilet. This was an important facility that we had been looking for to accommodate two families. Was disappointing. We contacted staff on arrival with queries and never heard from them, so had to ring again in the evening to get answers to our queries. Wifi not available.
