Headlands House is situated as the name suggests right on the headland at Mullaway Beach with spectacular, north facing views over the beach and ocean!

Mullaway is beautiful seaside town with an amazing surf beach, an easy 20-minute drive north of Coffs Harbour Airport.
Set on a staggering 6000sqm and surrounded by national park with no neighbours, its unrivalled position is the envy of the north coast! Only 5 mins to Woolgoolga where you'll find major supermarkets, bottle shops, petrol stations, restaurants, great shopping, and more beautiful beaches!

Headlands House is a two-storey modern house with 6 large bedrooms – 3 upstairs and 3 downstairs – all fully airconditioned. A huge lounge area and adjoining TV room are wrapped in balconies and floor to ceiling glass with magnificent ocean and beach views. Enjoy watching the waves roll in from your balcony, your bed and living rooms. Be lulled to sleep by the blissful sounds of the ocean.

The ground floor open plan, modern kitchen, and dining room (table seats 12) open out to a beautiful, landscaped garden oasis and outdoor dining area, containing a bbq, Outdoor Shower and Surfboard Storage, all enjoying the magnificent ocean views – you'll never want to leave!

The enormous, grassed areas avail themselves to the prefect family sporting competition that you can watch from the row of sun beds and the generous outdoor lounge area.

When the sun beings to set, the fire pit surrounded by Adirondack Chairs is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine in hand!
Headlands House is tastefully decorated so you'll feel right at home! Its is the perfect choice for two families, extended family or a group of friends wanting to spend time together in a glorious location. Go for long walks along the beach and the fabulous boardwalks that follow the coast north and south from the property. These are also perfect for mountain bikes! Or Dolphin and Whale Watch from the property – the waters off the coast are a marine park so turtles and other sea life abound! Surfing and fishing are a must!

Linen is supplied for your stay at Beachfront Mullaway. An external camera is at this property.

You are required to pay a $1000 refundable bond for your stay at Beachfront Headland House. We will need your bank details to refund your monies once you depart.

This was a magnificent location and allowed our family to spend time together while not having to be on top of each other with the wonderful space available at this property

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice location with a great view of the ocean and the house was clean and tidy but we were expecting more from the amenities, particularly for the price paid.Highchair listed was found in the back of the garage caked with dirt and dust which made it hard to feed our 10 month old.Garage is used as storage and access from the road is almost non existent. If you are planning on keeping your vehicle under cover this is not an option.No playstation as listed. Very unhappy 12 year old.Tap in the downstairs toilet was so loose it could not be used and shower drain was overflowing at times. Showers need to be staggered as hot water did not last long.

Such a nice house, with a nice view in a quiet area. Happily noticed from downstairs you can’t hear noise from upstairs. Lovely coffee shop 5 minute walk down the road. Sliding doors in rooms are abit rough to open but doesn’t really matter. Lovely outdoor seating area and huge lounge room. Rooms were perfect size. Only issue we had was the hot water doesn’t last for 5 people and only appears to reheat over night
