Ideal for a couples' getaway, this property is meticulously maintained and provides a peaceful retreat. It s conveniently close to the waterfront and local shops. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas enhance the sense of space, while the additional rumpus room offers versatility.
The property also includes two separate, privately tenanted studio units that have exclusive access to the rear courtyard. A shared laundry facility is conveniently located downstairs for daytime use.

Parking strictly for 2 CARS (only) is off street on the lawn area for tenants convenience and ease of access. Any additional vehicles including any boats and trailers to be parked on the street. Moreton Council prohibits parking all vehicles on footpaths.

Nothing like the advertised photos.
This property was pretty average and definitely not what the images portrayed. The yard was overgrown, wasn’t very clean and the internal stairs were dangerous and definitely not suitable for young kids or elderly. Great location and spacious living area although we were surprised to be sharing the property with a permanent resident that lived downstairs.

Great House, Great location
Great house within walking distance to the RSL club, easy drive to shops and water/beach. Very tricky spiral staircase inside to get up to the kitchen, bedroom living area.
