Apartment "Vista do Mar" in Praia da Luz has a large terrace with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the shoreline only 80 meters away. On the 2nd floor you will find this newly furnished apartment for a lovely holiday in front of the ocean! The charming two bedroom apartment is located in the center of the old part of Praia da Luz close to the fortress Fortaleza and the small beautiful church. From the front door you can take a two minute walk down to the well-kept sandy beach, as well as many cafes, restaurants, bars, a car rental and supermarkets.
There is a large sliding glass door from the living room out to the large terrace with a lounge set and beautiful sea view.
Fully equipped kitchen with kitchen bar, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine and dishwasher.
Modern bathroom with shower.
Two bedrooms with large glass doors out to the balcony. Beds for 4/5 people (two queen size beds 160 x 200 and an extra single bed 80 x 180). Open the doors in the morning and wake up to the sound of the waves!
TV with 150 channels and free Wi-Fi.
Air conditioning gives a nice climate.
No car needed but if you have one or choose to rent one there is free parking on the streets around the house, walking distance to everything.
No pets or smoking is allowed, and no partying!

We chose this lovely apartment for it's proximity to the town, beach, bars and restaurants. Being in the town you'd expect noise but not singing, shouting and antisocial behaviour until 3am every night. It was too hot to close the French windows at night so suffered the caterwauling until the pub's closure. We returned to the UK exhausted. The apartment itself is very clean, has amazing views and is excellently equipped. If you're looking for a quiet holiday in a bustling town...avoid.

It was great! Everything was as the host described. The view is amazing. Location is good to go to either beaches. Big windows that provide some soundproof from the outside noise from the street. We look forward to return in a nearby future :)

Super zentral und direkt am Meer

Die Wohnung ist tatsächlich genau so, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Sehr geschmackvoll und hell eingerichtet. Ein riesiger Balkon mit einer Relax-Ecke, Esstisch und viel Platz für Yoga oder den Wäscheständer. Die Küche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Für einen Hobbykoch nicht das Beste, aber ausreichend ;-). Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler vorhanden. Wir hatten nur ein Schlafzimmer in Gebrauch, das Bett ist sehr bequem, es ist genug Stauraum für alle Kleidung vorhanden. Dies als kurze Beschreibung zur Wohnung. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt, die Küche nur einmal genutzt, und uns dann dazu entschieden nur noch Essen zu gehen, da alles um die Ecke ist. Was auch ein Nachteil war. Die Bar direkt gegenüber ist bis in die Nacht hinein sehr laut. Auch bei kühleren Temperaturen (wir hatten nur ca. 20Grad C). Da das Schlafzimmer sehr klein ist, mussten wir mit offenem Fenster schlafen - ist möglicherweise aber auch eine Gewohnheitssache. Manchmal war es sehr lange noch sehr geräuschvoll, das kann störend sein, manch einen stört es aber nicht. An unserem Abreisetag hat eine weitere Bar direkt unterhalb eröffnet - wie laut es hier wird, können wir nicht sagen, aber da in unserer Urlaubswoche dort schon einiges los war, kann das auch laut werden. Wem eine gewisse Geräuschkulisse nichts ausmacht, dem sei diese Wohnung unbedingt zu empfehlen! Wir fanden Sie perfekt! Wer Ruhe sucht, sollte es vielleicht außerhalb der Saison probieren ;-) Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war auch immer sehr gut und schnell.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in der Wohnung verbracht: Große Terrasse mit traumhafter Sicht auf den Atlantik im 2. Stock des Gebäudes. Küche gut ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Das einzig etwas Störende war der Lärm des direkt sich davor befindlichen Pubs bis teilweise kurz vor 3 Uhr morgens, wenn man bei offener Tür schlafen möchte. Leider keine Klimaanlage vorhanden.

L’appartement est très bien agencé, les deux chambres ainsi que le salon donnent sur une très grande terrasse avec une superbe vue sur l’océan, nous avons adoré notre séjour de 15 jours en famille. Tout est à proximité, un centre médical, pharmacie, supermarché et la plage à 50 mètres. Nous garderons un séjour Mémorable dans cette petite ville tellement agréable.

Dentro das condições atuais em que vivemos, pandemia do covid, é um excelente alojamento para apreciar umas boas férias. Vista sem igual para o mar, o luar, o pôr do sol... A varanda foi indispensável para fugirmos à multidão característica do Algarve e aproveitar as férias sem perder bons momentos! A praia era excelente, bons acessos e muito perto de casa. Muito perto de supermercados e cafés! Vontade de voltar não falta...

The apartment's views are amazing! It was probably the most relaxing time I have ever had! The location was perfect, close to everything (restaurants, bars, supermarket, parking, beach, etc), clean and safe. Communication with the owner was just perfect.
