About this villa rental

Enjoy the Muskoka cottage experience in comfort and luxury! Located just 2 hours north of Toronto, this beautifully appointed, fully furnished waterfront villa has been professionally decorated. It is a four season residence offering forced air heat and central air. Villa 4 is designated as a "pet friendly" villa so if you want, bring the dog too!

This prime Muskoka location offers swimming, boating, fishing and other outdoor activities right on premises or if you prefer you can just relax at the beautiful pool and hot tub facility. Our pool is heated and generally stays open from mid June to the beginning of Oct. weather permitting. The hot tub is open all year long. And if you're so inclined the fitness room has free weights and cardio equipment. for your use.

The spectacular boathouse is the focal point for waterfront activity along the shores of beautiful Lake of Bays. Relax indoors by the fireplace and marvel at the view from the open lounge area, enjoy a refreshment or sun tan on the deck and catch a friendly wave from a passing boater. Nearby are two sandy beaches as well as 3 swim platforms and a slide. We also have canoes, kayaks, paddle-boats, and paddle boards available at no charge.

If you want to explore the entire lake you can bring your own boat or rent want at Baysville Marina just a few blocks away. Either way you are welcome to keep your boat at our docks during your stay at The Landscapes.

The Landscapes also has a spacious club house with a pool table, kitchen, huge fireplace, plenty of seating and game tables all on the first floor. There is a library on the second floor that's great place to just relax.

Nearby Activities include golf, shopping, restaurants, breweries, hiking, Algonquin Prov. Park, galleries, artisans and many more summer or winter activities.

The Clubhouse
In this large, beautifully decorated facility there's a big-screen TV for your enjoyment and even a billiards table for impromptu competitions. Relax in the comfortable game area and enjoy a game of cards, checkers, chess or scrabble with your family and friends. Or take the open stairway to the Library Loft and enjoy a good book, an interesting magazine article or the newspaper.

The Spa & Fitness Centre
You'll be able to relax in our natural looking heated outdoor pool and socialize in the outdoor hot tub year-round. Afterwards laze on one of two rooftop patios or around the pool or two-sided outdoor fireplace and enjoy all the fresh air that Muskoka has to offer. Try a treadmill and enjoy a natural form of exercise recommended for all people or put a few kilometres on an exercise bike.

What a beautiful vacation we spent at your villa. Candy and Steve were a pleasure to deal with at time of booking all the way to the week of our trip. The villa was stunning and it had everything you quoted in your listing and so much more!! The grounds were spectacular and the crew at The Landscapes went above and beyond - so friendly and so kind. The pictures don’t do it justice. This is literally a piece of paradise not that far away from home. We are hoping to be able to book it again next year. Thank you again Candy and Steve your villa allowed us to reconnect with our family and enjoying our time together.

This property was perfect for a family getaway! There were activities for all ages (lake, kayaking, canoeing, pool, hot tub, pool tables, volleyball court, basketball, etc.) and a short drive away from Huntsville and Bracebridge. The property manager was great to deal with and always available if you had any questions.

The Villa and entire property were excellent. Many things to do such as skating, hockey, snowshoeing and walking trails. The location is Great and within very close proximity of Huntsville, Bracebridge and Dorset. We could not have asked for better hosts in Candy & Steven and look forward to our return visit in April.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were in a two bedroom villa with 3 full bathrooms. The villa was very well stocked with every kitchen utensil and appliance you could wish for. The furnishings were immaculate and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We loved the amenities and used both the clubhouse and the boathouse. We also enjoyed unlimited access to the water crafts. The resort was very attuned to COVID precautions. We hope to return next summer!!

Truly enjoyed this Villa with so many on property activities. Close to Algonquin and enjoyed 2 day trips as well as visiting many other local hotspots. Hope to return again soon.

For a week during each of the past two summers, we have rented a unit in the Landscapes â?? a cottage one year and a villa the next. The architecture and decorating all beautifully reflect the Muskoka look and feel. The Landscapes amenities are perfect for our family. We all, and especially our young grandson, love the heated pool and hot tub as well as the extensive beach, water craft, trampoline, and slide. The boathouse provides perfect viewing of the lake and sunsets and the club house is a comfortable and well-provisioned retreat for reading, playing games or meeting with other guests. The units we have rented are also beautifully designed and well-provisioned. In order to maintain the high standards and function of the units, I would suggest a review and replacement of some of the most frequently used items, such as the Teflon-coated cookware, dish cloths, coffee mugs and throw pillows. On the other hand, the bath linens were all pristine white and looked new. Overall, we have thoroughly enjoyed our holidays at the Landscapes and enthusiastically recommend it to anyone. It could only be better if the unit was available for two consecutive weeks!
