This house is spectacular! The use of space is wonderful, the bedrooms and bathrooms were wonderfully appointed, modern and clean.
The hosts were communicative, easy and informative.
We had a group of 10 both adults and teens and the place worked perfectly. The location is up and coming with nice coffee shops and eateries close by. Parking was not a problem in our experience with a 15-passenger van and big suburban.
I would recommend this location and the hosts to anyone enthusiastically!

This was the perfect location for a group of college friends to explore Philadelphia. The kitchen and first floor space was perfect for gathering and the roof top with views of the Philly skyline was perfect for afternoon drinks. Ubers would be at the corner within 5 minutes or you could choose to walk to many locations. If anyone has trouble walking up stairs, this probably isn't the place for you. Otherwise, this is a fabulous place to call home while you are visiting Philly.

We had nine family members stay to attend a wedding and were very comfortable.

Enjoyed three days in Philadelphia. Roof top was a favorite place to unwind at the end of each day! Location was great, walked to some breakfast places, rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make dishes and ample seating for eating. Hosts were responsive to any inquiries.

We had a fantastic time in Point Breeze. The house is decorated beautifully and is well appointed, and is in a central location with fun restaurants and bars close by. Check-in was smooth and we enjoyed our stay!

HUGE space with nice sized rooms and beautifully appointed. Had plenty of space for my extended family including several small kids. Nest thermostat on the main floor and by the master. Easy check in with a key code. Free street parking was generally easy to find, even with 4 different vehicles. Would definitely stay again. Only cons were mold in the dishwasher- needs to be deep cleaned and noise travels easily between floors. Loved the beautiful roof top view!

Residential area with not much to do around but short drive from center city, house is very spacious, comfortable, modern, and very convenient for visiting families with kids.

I stayed here with 4 colleagues for a team retreat. We enjoyed the wonderful place. Beautifully designed, VERY clean, many small luxuries within, nice restaurants within walking distance. Wifi had recurring issues - so that was the only downside.

We booked the home for our party of 4 women after a busy conference, as a chance to relax and debrief. The neighborhood was nice, with coffee just a few blocks away. Our beds were comfortable, and the home was beautifully decorated. We could not get the garbage disposal to work so we called for help and a repairman was there within minutes! That night, we decided we wanted to watch a movie but the remote didn't work (I think it just needs new batteries).

A very well decorated and appointed home that worked well for our out of town wedding guests. The big kitchen was particularly appreciated and the master suite bed and shower were sumptuous. Host was easy to communicate with. The only issue we had was the wifi--it was too slow/unreliable, even after the host performed a reset. We had several people needing to work remotely so this was not ideal. Also the gas fireplace wa not operational/was only decorative. Otherwise would highly recommend.

Lots of room and amazing rooftop deck
The rooftop deck was amazing for hanging out! What a view of the city! Two of the nights there were fireworks in the area so we really enjoyed watching from up too! This property is so big - lots of bedroom and baths! And with the extra family room/tv room with a bed in the basement our teen boys had a place to hang out. Communication with owner was easy - very responsive. As noted by others, parking was available when we arrived during the daytime. We walked most of the time since it was summer and light into the evening hours. Not sure I would be as comfortable walking that much in the neighborhood if it were dark outside. Kitchen is well stocked - we cooked many of our meals in - nice to have the large kitchen table with more seating st the kitchen island. So much space for multiple families to stay.

Wedding weekend
Exactly as advertised! And even nicer than expected. A truly lovely spot for my son and new daughter in law and for some wedding guests from out of town. Would highly recommend this place.

Great Place!
We spent a short three days, exploring Philly and enjoying the weather. The house perfectly fit all five in our group, giving each of us plenty to space to hang out as a group and separately. Everything was a quick Uber drive, or short walk, away. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Plenty of space and stairs
We enjoyed are stay over all. Kitchen and dining worked for all our needs. The floors are extremely squeaky, my mom said they could hear every time we walked. Over all it was clean and worked for our group. Parking was a nightmare. We were always at least five blocks away from the home.

Nice Place, Difficult Host
I booked this house for myself and a group of friends from college for a quick getaway weekend in the city. The place was nice and really served the 8 of us well. We spent most of our time in the city and the house was a good spot to reconvene. The reason for my poor rating is primarily due to the host communication. Before our stay, I received 2-3 messages which outlined strict rules for our stay, including curfew hours, cameras at the door, and notices that the neighbors would call the police to report noise complaints. To be fair, we were offered a full refund no questions asked if this would be a problem for us. This ended up being a non-issue and we decided to move forward. My real issue here is that we left a Northface jacket in the main coat closet. I notified George and Carmen within 30 minutes of us leaving and we were told that the cleaning crew would check it out. Then two more days passed and we were told that there was another group in the house all week and no one could check for us (somehow the cleaning crew was not in there in between visitors). Now a week later we’re still awaiting a response. Nice enough place, but be very careful of your belongings.

Nice getaway a short ride from downtown
A large and thoughtfully laid out property. We had a great time and everyone said that they were very comfortable during the stay. Save for a little wear and tear throughout the place, the property is well kept and has everything we needed.
The owners have some strict rules about noise at night (understandable), which despite not having any problems with, did make us feel a little bit uncomfortable about staying up late. There's a decibel meter in the kitchen and a camera on the roof deck which raised some eyebrows and we did not see disclosed on VRBO at the time.

Very spacious!
This house was great for a holiday get together for my large family. 4 floors, 2 outdoor areas and and an open floor plan made it easy to be all together, but in our own spaces when we needed it. Street parking was easier than we thought it would be and it was an easy Uber / walk to restaurants in Center City.

Beautiful house in Point Breezeway
This was such a beautiful house and perfect location for our reunion in Philadelphia. The modern contemporary design, the sun filled lit rooms, high ceilings and amount of space for our 12 person group was PERFECT! The renovations were awesome. The neighborhood was clearly deep into gentrification and parking was very difficult. So we left the cars and took uber every where. The property owners were very quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. Check in was a breeze. The only downside was that the weather was too cold for us to enjoy the AMAZING roof deck. I'd love to see a TV in the living room as opposed to just the basement space. Otherwise, I definitely recommend this place and would return.

Perfect setting
Wanted a house we could call “home” while in the area for a delayed life celebration months after losing our family’s patriarch. This house was perfect for all of our needs. Beautifully finished, comfortable and quiet. Great space to accommodate all of us. Highly recommend.

Perfect location and space!
The house was exactly as advertised. Modern, clean and spacious. The location was easy to get to many other Philly sites. The hosts where quick with communication. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely home
The home itself is lovely and great for a large group. There were 9 family members and we had lots of bedroom and living space. The neighborhood is good and we felt 100% safe there. There were some cleanliness issues and parking is EXTREMELY difficult. We left our car and Ubered everywhere. Our greatest disappointment was there were no cushions on the rooftop sofa so we were unable to sit and enjoy the views as we had looked forward to. While communications prior to staying were excellent with the home owners, it was very disappointing that they do not respond to any communication while staying at the house.

The place was awesome! It’s big, up to date and decorated perfectly! I wish I could live there everyday! And the roof top being able to see the skyline was beautiful at night!

Excellent house that has been beautifully renovated with ample space for a large group!

The house was beautiful and in a great location for the bus line. Loved the rooftop.
Good experience overall. We didn’t have the right keyless entry code to get in and the basement sleeping area was very cold. Otherwise great house and location. Would recommend.

Outstanding Philadelphia Experience
Unbelievable space in South Philly. The photos of this property do not do it justice. We had a group of 8 and had room to spare!
The neighborhood is going through a renaissance and this is obvious upon arrival. Our recommendation: don't let the overall appearance of the surrounding areas impact your stay. Our group felt 100% comfortable walking to get coffee or tacos (right up the street). Awesome experience, hope to visit again!

Beautiful home for a family gathering!
I LOVED how sunny it was and all the rooms and space was perfect. Thank you for the small details like having coffee in the house! Would recommend to any larger groups. :)

Good Value compared to a hotel stay
We found the home to be exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious, beautifully decorated. Management responded immediately to emails. It's about a 30 minute Uber ride to downtown during high traffic times. We were 7 ladies in Philly for a conference and we really enjoyed our stay in this home.

Cousin's Weekend 2019!!
FABULOUS property!! Very clean, beautifully decorated, very well equipped. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Philly. The only draw back was parking. However, we found parking spaces and stayed put. Took Uber whenever we needed transportation. That too worked out really well. My only suggestion is for the owner to lay down a strip of something to mark where the steps end coming from upstairs and going downstairs so you know there's a step down.

pictures completely do it justice
Everything was great and as it sounded. Very clean and orderly and reaching the location was easy. Only nitpick is the neighborhood itself doesn't have much going on, but it is close enough of a drive and a bus nearby.

Fantastic House!!
This is a huge, brand new and gorgeous home! We were a large group and every room had its own bathroom which was very convenient while getting ready to go out. It has two living rooms and a great fully equipped kitchen. The ROOFTOP is to die for. It's huge, with ample furniture and an amazing view of center city. The house even has a gym! Location wise, parking was no issue at all and it's only a ten minute uber ride to anywhere you want to be. Very convenient check in and communication was seamless. Overall, one of the best places we've stayed at. Highly recommend!!!!!

Spacious and Beautiful!!!
This is an incredibly beautiful house. Very SPACIOUS, CLEAN and with a huge ROOF DECK with views to die for. The house is brand new and the owner has clearly gone out of his way to equip it with everything you need. It even has a GYM! Our experience was superb from check in to the end. What is particularly great is the number of bathrooms which makes both getting ready for the evening easy, but also gives each couple their privacy. Every space is exquisitely decorated and the living room has a fire place (which we didn't use because of summer months). LOCATION is a 7 minute uber drive to the center so it's very convenient! Overall, a GREAT experience, fantastic value for money and highly recommended to all Philly visitors!!!!

Best place in Philly for large group!
The pictures of this place are very good, but they still don't do it justice. It is sparkling clean, very roomy and ultra modern! The roof top view of downtown Philly is spectacular!
Only downside is the street parking can be a bit challenging and the neighborhood is in transition..
Would definitely rent again.
