wrong code for key box, water on floor in kitchen due to blocked condensation line from air conditioner, broken umbrella for table, old folding doors left on deck for the whole week, big bag full of scraps of wood left in outdoor shower and an unreliable dishwasher that sometimes did not dispense soap.

Pictures listed on your website are not accurate. The condo is outdated and worn out. The kitchen was not supplied with silverware (we needed to go out and buy plastic utensils), the oven was filthy, coffee pot dirty. In general, the condo was not clean. For the money we spent (over priced) we were very disappointed in the accommodations.

Good week in Ocean City. The accommodations fit our group. Disappointed top floor bedrooms one was open floor plan. First floor room had no door. Sliding door to first floor deck was not the easiest to open. Bathrooms were pleasant. All and all a good place.

this is an outstanding property. The location is amazing with the deck opening onto the sand just 30 seconds away from the shoreline. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with great air conditioning throughout. The owner, Greg Stecker, was attentive and extremely helpful. I would certainly come back again.

Great place for family beach vacation!

This condo was great for a family beach vacation. We were there with two 3.5 yr olds, a baby and 5 adults. Being able to walk out the back onto the beach and the multiple decks over looking the beach was special. The unit was clean and well stocked. The owner provided boogie boards, beach chairs, charcoal grill, corn hole, and a lot of kids beach toys. Parking for 3 cars took a little juggling with 2 spots and other on the street parking. The actual living area was a bit tight for this age kids with toys but not really a problem. The owner was responsive to our issue of not having a key to the storage area under the unit (must have been lost by previous tenant) with his calling a locksmith to come over and open it. The only issues were finding some of the switches for the ceiling fans and figuring out the remotes for the TV's. A 'manual' for the unit would be helpful. Overall, the unit offers a great week at the beach!!

I booked this vacation for May of 2020, obviously our conference was cancelled and Evolve was happy to move my rental to the next year. We were so happy to find this place and the views were amazing. We had nine women in our group and plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities we might need. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of towels for us to use. The home owner was awesome and called me before I went down to let me know where to find everything. He also checked in when we got there to let us know to call if we needed anything. I have stayed at many places and never has the owner made it a point to make sure our stay was great and was there if we needed anything. I will definitely be renting again, not only was the house beautiful but the views at every level were incredible. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable long weekend, not to forget the service we received. I cannot recommend this place enough!! AWESOME!!! Carrie M.

Awesome location! Easy access to the beach! We had 8 adults and 3 kids under 2. The deck off the living room extended our space nicely!! The owner was very nice and accommodating. Checked on us when we got settled to make sure everything was okay! My son and his wife loved the comforter on the bed so much they are going to try and order one!! :)

It was our first time at this property for our annual summer family vacation in OCMD. The location was perfect! Close to everything. The view was simply amazing from every room. We were able to walk on or off the beach anytime of the day or night, or simply sit on the deck and watch the waves. There was ample room for my 3 adult children and their significant others. The house decor is exactly as pictured. It is a lovely home. We cook large family meals and the kitchen was fairly well stocked with needed pots/pans. Would definately rent again!

we are very experienced beach front house renters and travelers. this house has a wonder view and best beach access in OC. beds are fantastic and sheet are very nice too. bathroom are beautiful. we plan to make OC beach front a must every year.

I will start by saying I tried to compromise with the owner before I wrote this but he didn't want to work with me. Upon arrival I was told the top portion of the fridge was not holding its temperature. Someone came out to look at it and told us we would have to unplug for 24 hrs so the ice can melt off. Where was I supposed to put all the food? They put a dorm size fridge in the other room. That fridge held hardly nothing. There was 12 of us and we brought food with us to save on going out for every meal. Lots of our food spoiled due to lack of space and coldness. We ended up having to order food in or eat out. The owner should have rented a fridge until the other one got fixed properly. There was also no BBQ, When I inquired about it with the contractor who works with the owner , she told me she was not aware there should be one. They brought us over a very small BBQ. There were also no bean bags for the corn hole, when I text the owner he replied "I hope it didn't grow legs, lol." Stains on the rugs in many places. Umbrella on Patio had one stick sticking out because the cover was ripped. When two people took showers at the same time there is absolutely NO PRESSURE!!! It trickled. Also the shower in the loft (the third floor) bathroom looked like it was moldy. GROSS!! Top and inside of stove was filthy. Kitchen wall near ceiling where the table is looks like there was ketchup splattered. After my vacation I called Evolve and told them what happened. They wanted me to tell them what I figured the owner should give back but I didn't want to put a price on what he should reimburse us , as a homeowner he should care and do the right thing and he didn't. He offered me an extremely low amount back for 12 people that is such a slap in the face. That wouldn't have even paid for one tip for one meal out for 12 people. I figured with three families total of 12 people renting his house he would have been more reasonable and caring but he didn't offer anything that showed he gave a damn. Shame on you for being so uncaring. I hope something like this happens to you. DISGUSTING HOMEOWNER.
