Чудовий чистий тихий готель

Абсолютно все чудово. В готелі є все до дрібничок. Дуже чисто. Дуже тихе місце. Є парковка. Прекрасна кухня. Обов’язково повернемось і будемо радити друзям. Побували наче вдома.

Немає такого.

Люди створюють сервіс, тож враження виявилися вищі від моїх очікувань💛Дякую)

Чудовий персонал, бездоганна чистота, дуже гарний гігієнічний набір у ванній, тихо вночі. Я приїхала на 2 години раніше і мене без проблем зареєстрували, принесли додаткові капсули для кавомашини, викликали таксі для подруги пізно ввечері. Я скористалася додатковою послугою сніданку, і там також був класний працівник, який був радий допомогти з кавою і створив легкий настрій. Смачна різноманітна їжа і затишна атмосфера🫶🏼

для мене особисто не склало дискомфорту, але небезпечні вікна з виходом можуть бути ризикованими, якщо є тваринки, діти, або якщо людина страждає лунатизмом

Nice and friendly place

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean room. Spa was also nice, although it has to be booked in advance. Location is not too far away from the city center and easily reachable by car. Overall recommended.

Un hotel la care am sa revin

Hotelul este foarte curat, parcare, bine amplasat. Este o zona linistita, micul dejun foarte bun. Personalul amabil, camera mare, curatenie, tot ce ai nevoie. Minibar, TV cu cablu de HDMI sa conectezi calculatorul, totul este ok

Great place to stay

The hotel looks great, it's cozy and the staff from the reception is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and spotless. The breakfast was great. Enough products to choose from. The hotel is pretty close to the center, and the street it's situated on is quiet and safe.

Lovely stay in a good location

Great location. Everything about the hotel was really well made. The room was comfortable and had everything you would need. We paid to spend a few hours at the spa and really enjoyed it. The staff at the reception were very helpful.

Hotel de incredere

Un loc unde pot reveni, hotelul arata bine si ofera servicii bune si un breakfast excelent. Nu am testat partea de spa, dar parea interesanta. Si localizarea este ok, am facut cateva plimbari placute pana in centru.

Salteaua de la pat poate fi mai buna, materialul care imbraca podeaua in camera unde am stat trebuie inlocuit (era vizibil consumat pe alocuri), cabina de dus era partial deschisa si apa avea tendinta sa iasa spre baie.

Quite and comfortable

The fact that it was located in a nice quite area was a wonderful. In 15 mins we arere in the heart of the town. The staff (reception and others) were all so wonderful and accomodating, they made our stay worth it. They arranged for our airport pickup which went very well. We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights total.

We were not able to use the SPA!

Das Frühstück war gut, aber nicht überragend. Die Lage war ca. 15 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt.

Der Fernseher war über die beiden Fernbedienungen (warum zwei?) fast nicht zu bedienen. Man konnte nicht zwischen den Programmen hin und her schalten. Deutsche Sender Fehlanzeige

Nice hotel.

We traveled with 2 kids, the beds are large and comfortable, the rooms was nice and big. Very clean and nice apartament. The stuff is nice. Location is close to the center. There is a parking in front of hotel. Will stay at this property again.

В цілому все сподобалося. Але як на мене, то це трошки дорого.

Комфортні умови, привітні люди , смачна їжа в ресторані на другому поверсі.

Температура води. В номері гаряча вода є, але вона скоріше просто тепла, ближче до кімнатної температури. Для мене це було не дуже комфортно.

Рекомендую!

Рекомендую, дуже хороший готель недалеко від центра, дружелюбний персонал і нам зробили чудовий абгрейд. Вулична парковка, але були вільні місця. recommend it, a very good hotel near the center, friendly staff and we were given a great upgrade.

Lipsa apei calde(nu a depasit 24 de grade C), mic dejun saracacios si pregatit cu 48 h inainte, lipsa locurilor de parcare(parcarea hotelului este practic inexistenta ),incalzirea camerelor doar pe sistem de ventilatie

Average, facilities need to be included in the price and without reservation

The room was alright

Buffet breakfast was quite basic and not worth the price paid. Tv are flat screens but old with no Netflix or amazon prime. The sauna and swim needs to be booked days before you use it and it costs extra, Kind of defeats the purpose of booking an expensive hotel

Чудовий готель неподалік від центру

Просторний та затишний стандартний номер, зручний матрас на ліжку, уважний та чуйний персонал. Дещо віддалений від центру, однак пішки можно легко дійти.

В номері було чутно шум від автомобілів, які переїжджали чи то ями, чи то лежачі поліцейські. Сніданок смачний але не для вибагливого мандрівника

Не хватает: салфеток в номере. С тв постоянно какие-то проблемы: от не включается до работает один канал.

A fantastic hotel in a really safe, quiet area. Brilliant!

Just awesome. Upgraded me to full luxury suite. Very central. Super clean. Real luxury. The receptionist is brilliant. One of the best hotels I've stayed in.

Fantastic Experience for a Great Price

Great rooms - clean, comfortable, with all the extras provided (robe, slippers, toiletries). Very friendly and helpful staff, assisted with all our queries and were a pleasure to deal with. Good location, a short walk to the centre of Chisinau and close to lots of quality cafes and restaurants. Excellent value for money, will definitely be staying there again!

Exceptional

My stay was perfect. Hotel Management worked everything out in a perfect manner as per all my requests and even more than I expected. Location of the hotel is good - I could walk to any places I needed around, at the same time it was very quiet, no noise from highways and crowds. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and I'll stay there again next time when I visit.

Nothing, all was good. I am glad I did not stay at Radisson but picked out Bernadazzi hotel. It was a good choice.
