About this house rental
Our newly built house is located in a quiet secluded location, on a 5300 square meter plot, surrounded by nature. Flowering shrubs adorn the terrace and various fruit trees give the whole complex a Mediterranean atmosphere. Individual areas and terraces are natural.
You will enjoy a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean and the natural surroundings from all rooms.
The house was built from 3 contiguous units in typical Canarian style with high, open ceilings.
The bright living room with sofa bed, fireplace and built-in kitchen is equipped with large sliding glass doors and leaves nothing to be desired.
2 bedrooms also with sliding glass doors, one with a large built-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom and the other with a free-standing wardrobe and separate bathroom, each have an exit to the pool terrace.
Our infinity pool is normally heated (depending on the current water temperature) from October to the end of April. 2 large terraces with open views of the sea and the countryside belong to the house.
The one, "green" terrace can be reached from the terrace located directly on the house via a staircase.
For a comfortable and relaxing stay there are 4 sun loungers, parasols and a barbecue.
Just a few meters above the house, the island trail GR 130 passes.

Lovely view with spectacular sunsets. Nice pool which we paid extra to get it up to 28 degrees. It took two days to heat up but was worth it. Lighting is a bit dim and the lack of a micro wave was annoying. Some extra shade or cover on the patio would make it even better. Would not advise anyone to check in after dark as the road in is very narrow and twisty. the cleaning charge was a rip off as you are expected to clean the place yourself before leaving. 130 pounds to change beds and towells is ridiculous.

wenn wir 10 Sterne geben könnten, würden wir das tun. Wir haben 14 wundervolle Tage im Casa Tabladito verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet.
Die Ruhe und der Ausblick auf den Atlantik war noch das i-Tüpfelchen. Wir werden für kommendes Jahr wieder bei Ihnen buchen. Herzlichen Dank!

Traumhafte Lage
Das Haus entspricht voll der Beschreibung. Es ist alles notwendige vorhanden, Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Sehr angenehme Urlaubsruhe aus der Umgebung heraus. Sehr gut zu erreichen über die Zugangsstraße. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den super schönen Blick jeden Tag genossen.

Ein Traumhaus in einer traumhaften Umgebung.
Dieses Haus bescherte uns den schönsten Aufenthalt, den man sich denken kann. Sehr gute Ausstattung, angenehm warmer Pool, absolute Ruhig-Lage. Da stört es nicht, dass man einige Kilometer zum Einkaufen fahren muss und der Strand nicht gerade in der Nähe ist. Das Ehepaar Rutishauser ist sehr bemüht, alles gut zu organisieren und das Haus in einem TOP-Zustand zu erhalten. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir kommen wieder und haben bereits den nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht!

Exzellente Finca in den Bergen La Palmas
Wir durften 15 Tage lang zu Gast sein in der wunderschönen Finca von Familie Rutishauser. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Empfangen wurden wir vom sehr sympathischen Hausverwalter, Herrn Fibich, der sich vor Ort um alles kümmerte. Da in und um die Finca herum jedoch alles tadellos war, benötigten wir seine Hilfe nur bei der Schlüsselübergabe.
Die Finca selbst liegt recht ländlich gelegen abseits einer Hauptstraße, so dass man in völliger Ruhe seinen Urlaub genießen kann. Der beheizte Pool trägt immer wieder zur Entspannung bei. In der Finca merkt man die Liebe zum Detail und die deutsche Gründlichkeit. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und auch die restliche Finca lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Gutes WLAN ist ebenso vorhanden.
Eine exzellente Unterkunft, in der wir irgendwann bestimmt wieder Gast sein werden.

Exponierte Lage, sehr gute, moderne Ausstattung.
Seit vielen Jahren urlauben wir mehrmals pro Jahr in Ferienhäusern Europas. Eine gute Ausstattung, absolute Ruhe und uneinsehbare Alleinlage sowie ein top Meerblick sind für uns wichtige Kriterien. Dies wurde alles mit der Casa Tabladito bedient. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute Besteck und Geschirrausstattung der Küche. Für 4 Personen ist das 2,5-fache vorhanden...sogar Eierbecher! Uns fehlte lediglich ein Wasserkocher (hatten wir bislang in jedem Ferienhaus) und ein Handrührgerät, da wir gerne kochen und zuhause essen. Wir hatten im November leider öfters Regen, manchmal waren es kurze, heftige Schauer. Da wäre es wünschenswert gewesen wenn eine der Terrassen eine Überdachung gehabt hätte sodass man auch mal den Wäscheständer oder anderes im trockenen hätte stehen lassen können und nicht innerhalb von 1 Minute alles vor dem Platzregen in Sicherheit bringen muss. Dafür gibt es 1 Stern Abzug denn der Regen hat Tische und Stühle dadurch für die nächsten Stunden unbrauchbar gemacht. Ansonsten können wir das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

vielen Dank, dass Sie Ihr Anwesen Feriengästen zur Verfügung stellen, es ist wirklich wundervoll!
Wir haben die Alleinlage und Ruhe in der ländlichen Gegend bei Tijaraffe sehr genossen, haben den fabelhaften Pool ausgiebig genutzt und Stunden damit verbracht, von der großen Terrasse aus die weite Aussicht aufs Meer (an einigen Tagen sogar bis nach El Hierro), über die Westküste von Tijaraffe bis zum Gasthof Mirador del Time (mit der Cumbre Vieja dahinter) und bis hinauf zum Torre del Time am Caldera-Rand zu genießen.
Das Haus, der Pool und die ganze Anlage sind (wie auf den Fotos zu sehen) sehr gepflegt. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem Notwendigen (und mehr) ausgestattet, es hat aber auch gar nichts gefehlt. Für uns als dreiköpfige Familie waren auch die Größe und die Raumaufteilung (großes Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche, 2 Schlaf- und 2 Badezimmer) top.
Der Kontakt zum Hausverwalter Sven war sehr nett und unkompliziert - vielen Dank auch dafür!
Wir hoffen, dass Sie das Haus noch einige Jahre an Feriengäste vermieten, denn wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen (und wären dann gespannt, wie sich der noch junge Garten mit seinen Stauden, Palmen und Obstbäumen entwickelt hat).

Traumhaft
Wir haben in diesem Jahr unseren Sommerurlaub auf La Palma verbracht und während dieser Zeit die Ferienwohnung „Casa Tabladito“ bewohnt.
Es gibt nur Positives über das Haus und seine Umgebung zu berichten und könnten wir 6 Sterne vergeben, dann würden wir das machen.
Die Lage am Hang ermöglicht einen unverbauten Weitblick in Richtung Süd-Westen über den Atlantik bis zum Horizont, bei entsprechend klarem Himmel kann man tagsüber im Süden auch El Hierro sehen. Ebenso fantastisch ist der Blick von der Terrasse aus in den nächtlichen Sternenhimmel und auf die Milchstraße. Bedingt durch das wenige Streulicht (vorausgesetzt es ist kein Vollmond) erfährt man hier Einblicke, die man so schnell nicht vergisst.
Die Innen- und Außeneinrichtung der Ferienwohnung hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Sie ist räumlich großzügig und funktional angelegt, in den Farben modern und unaufdringlich sowie mit allen benötigten Gebrauchsgegenständen ausgestattet.
Um und aus dem Infinity-Pool heraus hat man einen herrlichen Blick über den Atlantik und die Umgebung und bei der strandarmen Küste in diesem Bereich der Insel ist bei entsprechenden Außentemperaturen (20-25°C während der gesamten Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes, kein Regentag) ein Pool unverzichtbar.
2,5km nördlich von Tjiarafe gelegen erreicht man mit dem Auto in weniger als 1-1,5 Stunden Fahrzeit viele Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Wandertourenstartpunkte bzw. in weniger als 1 Stunde mit dem Auto und zu Fuß die nächstgelegene Strandbadebucht „La Veta“.
Bedanken möchten wir uns an dieser Stelle auch nochmal beim Hausverwalter Sven, der uns das Gefühl gegeben hat, bei Fragen zu Haus, Land und Leuten jederzeit auf einen Ortskundigen zurückgreifen zu können.
Alles in allem ein Ferienobjekt, bei dem das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt und aus diesem Grund wird es sicher nicht unser letzter Urlaub in der „Casa Tabladito“ gewesen sein.

Das Ferienhaus haben wir genauso wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Tolle Einrichtung und großartiger Außenbereich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem neu und stillvoll gebauten Haus.
Die Casa Tabladito steht frei in einer Hanglage in einer sehr ruhigen und grünen Umgebung. Die Lage an der Nord-West Küste ist Ideal für Ausflüge auf der Insel. Ein Mietwagen ist notwendig. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einer grossen Terrasse von der man einen eindrucksvollen Blick auf das Meer geniesst und wunderbar relaxen kann. Leider konnten wir den Pool zu Dieser Jahreszeit Wetterbedingt mit viel Regen noch nicht nutzen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Killometer entfernt. Wir haben die Zeit auf La Palma sehr genossen und können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Viele Grüße an die Vermieter.
