Direct OCEANFRONT condo on 2nd floor, balcony is just 30 feet from the seawall with the ocean on the other side! No screens on the balcony to block your view or picture taking.

This condo unit is in the closest building to the ocean in the area, just minutes south of Cocoa Beach. Beautiful sunrises while drinking your morning coffee on the open (no screens) balcony, directly on the ocean. Also, a great place to view rocket launches from the Kennedy Space Center. Miles of sandy beaches north and south of the condo to walk, exercise and play on. Shopping just minutes away. Many restaurants and activities nearby and north at Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, and south at Indialantic and Melbourne Beach. Orlando airport 50 minute drive, Disney 70 minute drive.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, the place was clean and even if appliances were old they worked well. The only complaint we had was not the owners fault- the stairs to the beach were closed due to red tape. They notified us in advance but since we were in town to help out a family member nearby that wasn’t top of our list. We will definitely stay here again!

It's an older building right on the ocean. The seawall had recently been completed when we were there. So, beach access is a short walk to the public bean access just south. If it's high tide, you can still get in a a nice run in the quiet neighborhood just across the street.

Was there for our sons wedding and it was an amazing view. Only real issue was no beach access on the property and it was supposed to be finished before my week. As my husband just passed away I wasn’t to comfortable yet going a lot by myself yet I didn’t venture down to the other beach access areas. It was ok I sunbathed on the balcony and spent most of my time on the balcony.

Had a great stay, Steve and Linda were great to rent from, They thought of everything you could possibly want and need. The view from the balcony was amazing, saw two launches, so close to the beach you could throw a stone in it. Very clean and I would recommend staying here!!!

This listing is as advertised. The condo is kept up very well. It was very clean and the building had adequate security. We never felt at risk. Security was very apparent and helpful.
It was wonderful being right on the beach. Access to the beach was just a small walk down the sidewalk as the stairs to the beach at this complex has not been inspected yet from the authorities. This was not a deterrent to us.
If you choose this rental I can’t imagine you’d be sorry

This condo had the perfect location right on the beach. It was very comfortable and was well stocked with anything we needed. Communication with owners was excellent. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise over the ocean. We also loved watching the dolphins swim by. Hope to come back one day.

Overall our stay was very good. Linda and Steven could not be better hosts. They respond to our needs very quickly. The condo itself is very nice and comfortable. It sits right on the ocean. The view was somewhat obstructed by the workers fixing the seawall. There is nothing you will need because Linda thinks of everything. We needed batteries and there they were in kitchen draw.

Exactly what we were hoping for. Right on the water, beautiful ocean views, very comfortable and extremely well equipped. One of the best vrbo's I've stayed in. Although the building is older, this unit has been updated and well maintained. The hosts were attentive and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The location speaks for itself. You could easily toss a ball into the ocean from the terrace! We watched several spectacular rocket launches from ring side seats.
We have stayed in at least 8 VRBO properties in the last year. This was the most completely equipped and comfortable one by far. The owners were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We just hope that it is available the next time we stay in the area.

Nice waking to the waves every morning. Older but maintained unit. Some exterior construction to the sea wall and pool deck. My wife loved the kitchen with all utensils and some basic provisions. Both bedrooms had nice views

Great location, too bad the construction kinda gets in the way. The owner did let us know about there being no beach access & that they are fixing the ocean wall -just did not realize they would be so close to the unit & noisy. The unit & building are nice - a little dated. And the parking spot is very small. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

I didn’t want to leave! Such a sweet little piece of paradise. Linda is amazing and really knows how to make your stay comfortable. They have all of the amenities you could possibly think of for a wonderful relaxing stay. The View is PRICELESS! Thank you again and I will surely be back!!!

The view was spectacular and everything you would ever need is right around the corner! The owners were extremely thorough in their summary of the construction that was happening due to the hurricane damage, so we were fully aware of that being a possibility during our stay. However, there was only minimal construction noise and the shower water was hot, so it was a win for us! The walk to the beach was short and only took our car once to the beach access because of the short distance! We absolutely will be booking at this location again!! 10/10 loved every second!

This condo was amazing and the Castles made this experience amazing! Beautiful condo, gorgeous view, and multiple beach access points both private and public. The location is great and quiet for good family fun. The Castles made sure to be available to us and they were so nice to work with! Highly recommend!!

This was the perfect place for us to visit. The view is amazing... even with the construction. We watched a Satellite launch and saw a sea turtle come from the ocean. There is an American Legions and Bar right across the street if you just want to go have a drink and play darts or pool. We also visited beaches that were close by and Melbourne and Cocoa Beach. The host were very friendly and prompt with their responses. If we visit that area again- we will stay there!

The view was amazing! The condo was exactly as described. Perfect location and easy access to the beach. Communication with the owners was exceptional. Neighbors and workers were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location, perfect views! We had coffee every morning on the balcony and listened the ocean and watched the sunrise. We had everything we needed and more! Communication was key during the repairs, and this host did not disappoint!! They let us know everything we needed to know. Loved the condo! The lady sitting in the security vehicle was a bit rude when we tried to ask her a question, but that didn’t spoil our fun! Will definitely stay again!

The view from the balcony is heaven! The condo is exactly as described. The one parking space allotted is covered, however it is very very tight if you have an SUV. I had to let my daughter out before I parked because there was no way to open the door.
There was some issue with water, so we did not have hot water. By the 2nd day I requested an early check out because there was no exact answer as to when the hot water would return. I don’t know about you, but after being at the beach all day, i like a long hot shower. The owners understood and refunded me the remainder of my trip.

The view was absolutely AMAZING and the condo was perfect! The condo was comfortable and homey and we really enjoyed our stay! The area was not crowded and not much traffic which was perfect! The owner was very sweet and communicated with us throughout the week and provided us a list of places to go and things to do! We plan on coming back at some point when we can stay longer than a week! ❤️🏝

The location of the condo is super. You are right on top of the ocean. Great views. Sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean tides is very relaxing. The condo itself has everything you need. It is very clean. Very roomy. Linda our landlord is a pleasure to deal with. She responds very quickly and resolves any issue that comes up.

Even though our building was going thru some repairs our living quarters were excellent. Our landlord was very gracious and responded quickly to our requests. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to next year.

Fabulous Beach Location
Everything we experienced was as expected. The location was perfect . The ocean is footsteps away from the unit. Enjoyed the sunrise every morning with coffee on the balcony. The building is currently undergoing renovation. Our host was very upfront and honest with us so there were no surprises.

The condo was everything one could expect. We had a wonderful time during our stay. If you want to be close to the ocean. This is the place. At times it seems you can practically reach out from the balcony and touch the ocean. Not quite but almost.

Paradise On Your Balcony
Owners of the condo were wonderful! The condo was very clean , quiet , and peaceful . It had all of the comforts of home and the beach . The kitchen was well equipped and there were chairs , a cooler , umbrella for the beach . The maintenance people were friendly and very accommodating. The best part of our vacation was literally having the ocean directly in front of our balcony . Every morning , we would watch the sunrise as we drank our first cup of coffee . It is the perfect place to unwind, relax , and rejuvenate. Looking forward to going back again.

Perfect oceanfront location with amazing views...
Perfect oceanfront location with amazing views. The building is a little older but undergoing some renovations. Our family of 5, including 3 kids ages 9-14, was very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean and had everything we needed right down to boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. Our only wish is the building had outdoor grills for our use. Check-in/out was super easy and owners were were great at communicating and answering all our questions. Would love to come back in the future!

Absolutely loved our stay! House is VERY CLEAN! The condo manger waited up on us for a late arrival and gave us zero issues with check-in. Great communication with the owners as well. Location is a stones throw to the beach. If we are in the area of FL again we will most definitely book again.

Enjoyable vacation
We had a great trip and enjoyed staying in this condo. Check in was easy and the owner's did a great job providing information and updates. The owner quickly responded to a text regarding a small issue. The unit was as expected based on the photos and description. The view is great and beach access is very easy. There is great pizza restaurant across the road and other restaurants are a short drive away. There are some rocks in the ocean in front of the unit. This is not a big deal but you need water shoes especially for children. My family would stay here again and we recommend this unit.

The condo was literally on the beach very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath kitchen and first bathroom could use an update the condo building needs updated as well but the location is awsome

Amazing
My husband and I stayed here with our son who’s 15, we had a blast. The building is older and could use upgrades but right on the beach, the view is amazing and owners were awesome. Check in was easy, would recommend lock box so Carolyn wouldnt have to wait for us since we got in late. But overall super happy and highly recommend.

Closest You Can Stay To The Water
When I say this is the closest you can stay to the water in Satellite Beach, I mean it literally. I'm originally from the area and this building was built with a seawall less than a stone's throw from the waves at high tide, unlike almost all the other newer condos which were built farther back off the dunes. This particular unit is also the closest unit in the building to the water with a direct ocean facing view off the balcony. The roar of the waves crashing and the epic sunrise views just can't be beaten. If you want to walk on the beach, you can be down the stairs and on the sand in 30 seconds. I caught a couple SpaceX launches during my stay including an amazing night launch, watched some lightning storms over the ocean, and saw ospreys flying by the balcony carrying fish multiple times daily. The building's older but most of the unit feels modern, save for the original oven & range and the master bedroom closet/bathroom area. Nice tile floors, decent TVs with cable, good internet, unobnoxious decor, comfy furniture, fully stocked with dishes/linens/cookware/cleaning supplies/beach gear/hand soap/towels/etc. The owners and their property manager who checked me in were very professional and responsive.
