Enjoy the true Colorado mountain setting with this beautiful home. One of Colorado's 14ers, Mt. Quandary, is spectacularly framed in both the dining area and the large main level sitting area. This recently updated and meticulously maintained home featuring 2 bedrooms on the main level, 3 bedrooms on the lower level, all being king size beds and all having new flat screen TVs. Upstairs “Kidz Zone” features a foosball table, and BIG flat screen TV for Netflix. No home in the mountains would be complete without a hot tub; this brand new tub can accommodate up to 8. Whether it's winter or summer, this home is just a short drive to downtown Breck or the gondolas. This is a great home for family, friends, and even corporate groups. House was as advertised and we loved being in this neighborhood just outside of Breck. Lots of wildlife and views were incredible. Will be booking again!

Loved the house and the entire experience.

We had a great time! The layout is a little split up, but it worked out great for our situation. My kids and 2 nephews slept upstairs in the “bunk” room. There was a tv with a gaming set and foosball table that they loved. My parents stayed on the main level where the kitchen and living room was. The kitchen was fully stocked, but was a little smaller than we had hoped. My husband and I, and my adult siblings slept downstairs where there was a living area with a pool table, tv, and tons of games and puzzles.
The driveway was literally perfect for sledding! It was so nice that the kids could just step out the door and go sledding. There was no sleds there, but we picked one up at City Market. They did have a lot of other toys for playing in the snow and even had a ping pong table in the garage.
The location was beautiful, but a little farther outside town. It was about 8 minutes to get to the start of downtown, and like 15 from the grocery store.
If you’re going with kids, I recommend Frisco Adventure Park for tubing and/or ski lessons (WAY cheaper than at the mountain). We were a little shocked by how difficult it was at that altitude, so we went to the O2 Lounge oxygen bar a few times and that really helped.
We loved the town and the house!

We enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, spacious, and quiet. We loved the view of Mt Quandary with our morning coffee. We had a few visitors...fox, moose, and small bear that was fun to see. We had troubles getting into the home, the property manager was quick to assist. Our family of 14 (Ages 1 to 70+) would come back again!

This house was beautiful and just a few minutes drive from downtown Breckinridge. The house is very spacious and clean with a nice kitchen. We saw wildlife and even had a baby fox roaming the property. The view from the front porch is like a post card! Would definitely visit here again.

The property is beautiful and was enjoyed by all. The kitchen was quite well stocked. (it would have been nice to have a knife sharpener.). We did a lot of cooking so really tested the kitchen. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home.

We had 12 family members, ranging in age from 5 to 70, stay together in the house, and we had a great time. We had a mama moose and 2 young moose visit us every day, and that was exciting. The kid zone upstairs was a great space for teenagers and a 6 year old. The front deck and view of Quandary Peak was great. The space was good for 12, but there were a few flaws with the design. It was disappointing that one of the bedrooms for adults didn't have a bathroom attached to it. The kitchen was small, and the main hallway from the garage to the living area went right through the kitchen, which was already cramped for space. The location was good and served our desire to get to town easily and get to the hiking trails. The bed in the one master bedroom on the main floor was really high and difficult to get in and out of for a shorter, older person. The hot tub was great. It helped having 2 refrigerators and it was nice for the kids to have pool, foosball, and ping pong.

The house was good. Spacious and provided lots of room and amenities. Getting there was easy and getting in was easy. We did have some issues with the stove and microwave and the stove had to be taken out of commission. The house is lovely but could use a bit of TLC. Rugs need to be cleaned and the beds don't need that "extra" foam layer that was on the big beds. It was very uncomfortable for everyone. Only after we all took them off were we able to sleep comfortably.

Spectacular View Home!
Once a year our 5 children and grandchildren all get together for a weeks stay somewhere. This year we chose Breckenridge and this beautiful home! This home was perfect for all our needs. Each bedroom having its own private bathroom was a huge plus! Nicely equipped kitchen and a wonderful downstairs game room where intense Uno and Monopoly games were played for hours! We even had two surprise visits from moose right in our front yard for a couple of days! Perfectly situated home just a short drive to downtown Breckenridge, hiking trails and shopping. Thank for for sharing your lovely home with us!

This house is awesome. It is very comfortable. The furnishings are quality and in pristine condition. The location is the best. The house is loaded with fun stuff - pool table, ping pong, foosball, sleds, beer fridge. And they all got used with great enthusiasm. The kitchen was a joy to work in. Very well stocked with everything, including crock pots! The property managers are a joy to work with. They rolled with our schedule and reschedule due to COVID with total understanding.
We are already talking about renting this place again for next year's trip. I have been doing an annual February vacation in Breck for the last 30 odd years and this is one of the best [BEST] rental experiences I have ever had. You cannot go wrong with this staying at this house or working with these people.
