About this house rental
This newly renovated large five bedroom home situated a short stroll from the beach, James Street and the canal has everything you need and more for a fun filled luxury holiday.
The house is ideal for entertaining with its spacious open plan kitchen encompassing indoor and outdoor living. There is a separate large TV/games room for the kids and two outdoor living areas ensuring enough space for everyone. The alfresco outdoor living area downstairs overlooks the pool and garden. There is a barbecue to ease the cooking stress and the house is fully secure.
For your added enjoyment there is a 9 feet pool table, a ping-pong table, Foxtel, Netflix, Wi-Fi and a Nespresso machine.
Accommodation upstairs
Bedroom one: Master bedroom, king-size bed, walk in robe and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom two: queen size bed with built-in robes.
Bedroom three: queen size bed with built-in robes.
Bedroom four: queen size bed with built-in robes.
Lower floor
Bedroom five: large room with three bunk beds and three trundles, ensuite bathroom and built-in robes.
We invite you to enjoy the luxury linen, bath towels and 10 beach towels that are all provided during your stay. This property is fully air-conditioned and includes a washer/ dryer.
This property is unique to Burleigh heads and has comfortable spaces for every age and is very close to Burleigh Beach and the boutique shopping on James Street so you can choose an activity for all ages.
A short drive from everything you need. Public transport close by and there is an undercover garage and off street parking available.

5 minutes walk to James St boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. Burleigh markets every Saturday morning a short troll away.
5 minutes walk to supermarket.
45 minute drive to Mount Tamborine with its interesting wineries, restaurants, galleries and boutique gift shops.
10 mins drive to Robina shopping centre.
15 mins drive to Surfers Paradise.
15 mins to the world famous shopping centre Pacific Fair, as well as Jupiters Casino if you want a flutter or world class entertainment.
15 mins drive to ''Currumbin Bird Sanctuary.
20 mins drive to Coolangatta, Coolangatta Airport & Tweed Heads.
1 hr drive to Byron Bay.

As the property is situated in a quiet residential suburb, in consideration to our neighbours we request all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.

The property is in a great location, walking distance to the main streets of Burleigh and the beach. The house has everything you need and is ideal for families and for everyone to have fun. Jo was super responsive and friendly!! The whole family had a great time!! Thank you :-)

We loved the property. It was spacious and convenient to Burleigh. The house is relatively new so there were a couple of very minor issues but Jo was completely on top of it and the service was great. We would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful secluded property a short walk from Burleigh town centre. We felt so comfortable the moment we walked in. The home was clean, tidy and beautifully styled with very comfortable beds.
It was a perfect place that we could relax in, and found ourselves wanting to ‘go back to the house’ because we didn’t want such a beautiful home to go to waste!
Jo was accomodating and pleasant to deal with. Would definitely love to stay here again.
