The moment you enter into the cute foyer you will fall in love with this adorable beach cottage. 300 steps to the beautiful sugar sand on SUNSET BEACH TREASURE ISLAND. Walk or bike to restaurants, bars and quaint shopping districts. The intracoastal waterway marina with boat, Jet Ski and kayak rentals is also a short walk away, as are bike rentals. Two blocks away you can hop on the Suncoast Beach Trolley that runs from St. Pete Beach all the way to Clearwater Beach. This ADORABLE COTTAGE is perfect for a family of 4 up to 8, but is also well suited for couples who want more space than a hotel room. FULLY FURNISHED 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom over 1,200 sq ft single family home. All the furniture is brand new including the mattresses. Master bedroom king size bed with TV, second bedroom queen size bed with TV, and third bedroom has a full size bed and a twin size bunk bed. Comfortable great room which features a nice space to lounge and a dining table that seats up to 6. Fully equipped galley kitchen. Outdoor grill on the furnished deck. Off street parking for up to 2 cars.

We have a No Pet policy, including service animals due to homeowner pet allergies and this being our primary residence.

We had a great time and it was a short walk to the beach. House was great, owner was great. Only issue was the unbelievably narrow road to reach the property. It's not busy but if you have a longer car be aware

Simply the best stay we could of asked for. Just a few walkable blocks to the best beach around. We went to several beaches around & not one compared to Sunset beach. The house is very clean & recently remodeled. It's bright & has a real beach feel. I have nothing but the best reviews for it. You will not be disappointed‼️

We spent a week at this property on treasure island with 3 kids 8/6/5. The cottage is in a great location for a short walk to the beach with the included beach wagon, chairs, and various sand toys. The house is well appointed and decorated. It was a very convenient and easy vacation. The homeowner responded quickly to any questions ahead of our trip and we also spoke mid week. I definitely recommend renting this treasure island cottage.

We were so lucky to find this charming beach cottage last minute for a much needed beach vacation. The cottage is absolutely adorable and fully stocked with all essentials and more even down to a wine cooler! The beach is only a short walk and Caddy’s is right on the beach. Highly recommend this property for a quiet beach getaway!

My friends & I stayed in this home for our wedding weekend! This was the perfect getaway location for us to wind down after wedding festivities. It’s not right on the beach, but it’s so close! The home has everything you could need. Overall, we were so satisfied with our stay!

Everything was wonderful, the house was very clean & decorated so cute! very short walk to the beach and to caddy’s which we went to almost everyday. Also a short drive to johns pass for shopping and other fun. Also not to far from downtown st. petersburg & tampa. We would definitely stay again, thanks for having us.

We loved our stay at this adorable beach cottage. The home was clean, and well-appointed. The covered porch is wonderful, we spent a lot of time out there! The location was great. Once we parked the car, we had several dining options in walking distance. The beach is right across the street. We hope to rent this home again in the future!

This was a great location for our family vacation. The house had everything needed. The outdoor patio was PERFECT for spending time in the sun, and watching baseball. The street is a little tight, but once we parked one of the vehicles, it never moved. Great location for walking to Caddy’s, Katiki, 7-11, and Taco Bus. Tons of beach options nearby, both walking and driving. Only 2 items needing attention, and I also messaged the owner. 1) the master bedroom door was very squeaky (especially when one of those people is an early riser), and 2) the glass shower doors in the hallway seem to have sagged or are off track. Both doors would not completely close and we could not figure out the issue. Otherwise, a fantastic house for our awesome vacation. Would definitely recommend for a group of adults and will return if we have the opportunity.

We highly recommend this to anyone visiting the gulf coast. The beach is in walking distance, the street is quaint and quiet and the home was prettier than the pictures. My favorite beach stay so far!

We loved our stay here. It was my husband, our two young kids and my brother in law, his wife and his child. The outdoor area is wonderful at night with the firepit-coffee table and the grill. We had family over for dinner and did smores at night. The public and private Caddy's beach is a five minute walk. Beautiful kitchen and living area, tvs in every room. Wagon to carry all the beach stuff made carting kids stuff easy. Would definitely recommend!
