About this bed and breakfast

Tasteful, brand new guest house, beautiful neighborhood on the river. Guests have private deck facing yard and separate outdoor sitting area on the Willamette river behind the main house (but not a river view from the unit). Watch the birds, boats and riverboat cruise from the patio with fire pit. 2 miles from lightrail station, restaurants and shopping nearby and 15 mins. to downtown Portland. Kayaks available during warmer months (lifejackets required). Next door to boat ramp, trailer and RV parking available. Friendly to families as well with toys available upon request. Cable TV and Netflix on the flat screen TV, video games available too. Two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed and closet. Big and comfortable fold-out couch and air mattress if needed. Full kitchen with espresso and coffee. All are welcome! East side of river near Milwaukie.

This was a lovely property and we had a great time. It was so clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The host was so helpful and communicative. We loved sitting out on the patio and watching the river and we had almost perfect weather for our stay!

This is the 4th or 5th stay in Carol’s vacation rental for my husband and I. We love to stay here when we come to the Portland area. The neighborhood is quiet, the accommodations very comfortable and clean, and the host is very kind and helpful. We’ll be back next summer!

My mom, daughter, and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. Carol was super easy to communicate with. The place itself had everything we needed. We’ve been to Portland many times, but this was our first time in this area. Would definitely book again!

Property was as advertised...the host, Carol, goes above and beyond to make sure your stay exceeds expectations. The setting near the river is a nice bonus. It is also close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Love staying in this home. On the river. Great hosts. Kayaks available for our family. Kitchen and bath has everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood 10 minutes south of Sellwood. This was our second time staying here. Comfy beds too. Excellent vrbo.

We had a nice but quick stay during our visit to Lewis and Clark College. The house was as described, clean, very comfortable, and well stocked. Enjoyed walking past the main house to have coffee overlooking the river. Also enjoyed a morning jog in the quiet, lovely neighborhood.

We could not have asked for a better location and accommodations for our stay in Portland area for a trade show. The house is new throughout and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. House is right on the river with access to a dock. Great place!

This is a fabulous place to stay! Great access to the beach and host had kayaks available for us too! Clean, extremely well stocked, and modern. Carol was super accommodating in letting us get down to the water before check in due to the 105 degree day which was very helpful! Great A/C kept us cool. Would totally stay here again!

This is the absolute best VRBO we have ever stayed in. It's clean, comfortable, has nice amenities and the location is spectacular. I look forward to a return trip because I love this area and rental. Nespresso machine, comfortable beds, super clean and on the river. I'm trying to figure out how to stay here for a longer stay.

Quiet, peaceful and spacious. Separate suite with deck and good parking. Very clean and comfortable inside. We really appreciated the separate air conditioning settings for each bedroom.
