Come enjoy the beautiful sunsets off your balcony porch overlooking the river and be lulled into a relaxing state while listening to the water flowing over the rapids below. You will be steps from access to the river and walking distance from the Bufford Beach Park with swimming, play, and picnic areas and a boat launch. Property is located within minutes of 'old town" Hardy, a step back in time, with antique and specialty shops, craft stores and gift nooks.

The Rustic Lodge Features 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to seven. Bathroom has a charming claw foot soaking tub with an in-tub shower. The large kitchen, dining, and living room area all have beautiful views of the river. A large deck off the front of the house also provides views of the river falls below. The Spring River is just steps away for great fishing, swimming, canoeing, and kayaking.

This charming French vacation property is situated on a wooded hillside landscaped with private patio areas surrounded by gardens and a hillside stream that gently flows into a stocked koi pond. Lose yourself in the quiet and relaxing atmosphere in the well manicured grounds with seating throughout. The fishing lodge is extremely comfortable and spacious. I could just sit on the porch all day and listen to the water. Amanda is extremely hospitable and it is by far our favorite place to stay every year!

We have rented other property from this owner several times in the past (who is amazing) but this one is our favorite! The cabin is nice and we took advantage of both the balcony and the patio with brand new grill. It’s private and thoughtful! Only complaint is the drive way needs to be paved but everything else is superb. We will definitely rent this space year after year for as long as we can!

The view was unexcelled. Directions easy as it was still dusk when we arrived. Several light fixtures weren't lit in bedroom number one. Bed comfy. Water hot in shower! Glad we had the wall heater pre-lit. Thankful to have had this option on our journey. Thank you. I Do recommend!

Our family of 6 spent three days at the Lodge in Hardy, just prior to Thanksgiving. The Lodge is very comfortable and pleasant, and also has a million dollar view of the Spring River. It was well supplied with anything a guest could want. The wall heater kept all rooms amazingly warm, in spite of 30° temperatures in the evenings. We enjoyed playing the board games (Clue, a variety of peg games like Tic Tac Toe and others) supplied by the host and enjoyed the gorgeous floral arrangement that graced the dining room table. Accommodations were very comfortable. The only drawback was only having one bathroom, but that wasn't much of a problem, as it turned out. I am very grateful that our family could stay in such a unique setting, rather than a sterile feeling chain motel. It was a very charming setup. And we loved being able to hear the train, as well as the river. Very pleasant and enjoyable!

Amanda Himschoot was a very thoughtful and gracious hostess during our stay in her lovely property overlooking the beautiful Spring River at the falls in Hardy, Arkansas. Amanda was very helpful and kind in seeing that we had everything we needed to be comfortable. We had a very memorable and fun-filled stay! We look forward to returning and listening to the soothing sounds and enjoying the beautiful views of the river from this property!

This is an amazing rustic lodge with cute country decor. It has the perfect view over looking the river, plenty of space for a large family, stocked with everything from games, puzzles, magazines, laundry detergent, snacks and even a bottle of wine.
