About this apartment rental

Located in the charming village of Duingt and offering direct views of Lake Annecy and its mountains, my apartment "Cozy Loft" is a 2-
Modern rooms of 55 square meters furnished and equipped for the comfort of 2 to 4 people. You can also consider my two other listings "Modern Loft" and "Stylish Upper Loft" for more availability.

The accommodation: You will appreciate the charm of the region from a comfortable and modern home. Located in floor, the volume is appreciable and it is bright.

Double room, extra bed for 2 people on the sofa bed. Possibility of adding a cot. Bathroom equipped with a shower, separate WC. Balcony and independent terrace. Private parking without supplement protected by automatic barrier, and garage for bicycles or skis.

Access to the lake by private pontoon (to book a boat ring, contact the Duingt City Council).

The bike path is just a few meters away from the lake, and you will be 12 minutes by car from the Old Town of Annecy, 30 minutes from the first ski resorts.

Bakery and supermarket 100m, pharmacy 2km.

Wifi internet included.

This accommodation needs considerable improvement to bring it anywhere near the standard of other self-catering properties we are accustomed to, and to justify its price. The block of which it is part has a run-down and uncared-for appearance, with vegetation growing out of some balconies. The common entrance way is somewhat dank and entered up two flights of stairs before a lift or bare wooden staircase to the first floor. The door of the apartment is like other doors except that the lock cylinder is secured by a Terry clip. The flat itself is spacious, but bare. The main living area has a “kitchen” one end and a sitting area the other. Doors open to balconies. The view of the Kitchen area is dominated by a small iron-framed marble table under which is prominently displayed a large mop bucket. Many joints and ends are unfinished or ill-fitting. The other end of the room contains the television perched on a wooden sledge strapped to four breeze blocks. The kitchen needs a complete refit and provision of more than the existing 10” of worktop, which is illuminated by the one working cooker hood light. The living area has three electric heaters only one of which we could make work. The supplied cooking utensils included only two glass saucepans and one large glass casserole - none with lids. We struggled to find a kitchen knife sharp enough to cut anything. The bathroom was good but the towels provided were old and hard. Good location - particularly for cycling.

Accommodation and location good apart from the constant traffic noise from the road between the apartment and the lake. Sunbeds would have been an asset. Didn’t see a benefit in using the underpass to accesss the lake opposite as we were only allowed to use it for a short swim, not to sit and sunbathe. The lift was a bonus as was the walk through the old village to the shops. All in all a very enjoyable holiday

Appartement très agréable, décoré avec goût. Très spacieux. La localisation est top! Une vue époustouflante sur le lac. On en prend plein les yeux. Je recommande. La terrasse est très grande.nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. À refaire.

La location était bien tel que présentée dans l'annonce Belle vue sur le lac d'Annecy et proche des commerces et de la boulangerie ( accès à pied) Par contre nous avons peu profité du balcon la route juste en bas est très fréquentée et bruyante lorsque nous ouvrons une fenêtre
