The house was great. Upstairs bedrooms were nice. Bathrooms in each room were great. Comfy beds. The master bedroom was beautiful and nicely decorated. En suite bathroom was large and well laid out. The kitchen was awesome. Very nice appliances and every every gadget we needed. The pool was very nice as well and literally across the lane. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to the shuttle stop (5 minute walk). Our daughters enjoyed riding the bikes into town. The host was very responsive. A couple of minor things came up and she handled them quickly. This is a special property and it made our short stay on Nantucket very memorable!

We had a great time and the house was perfect! Beautiful, clean and in a great location to bike or take the bus everywhere. The host always got back to us quickly and always sweet. Highly recommend!!

This rental was absolutely gorgeous - house was beautifully decorated with all essentials plus extras (lots of towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys for kids, lawn games). Outdoor space has a functional grill and outdoor table with 6 seats. The house itself is located within a community that has a small kids playground and an outdoor pool right outside which makes it very convenient for families staying there. Host was very responsive to requests and questions and overall extremely accommodating. Note for those staying with >1 car, driveway only fits one car so plan ahead with other parking arrangements if bringing more vehicles (this is stated in listing details but may be overlooked if not careful)

We absolutely loved Nantucket and this house was perfect! The house was so well appointed and had everything we needed. It was conveniently located to everything and in such a cute neighborhood. Our kids were able to play in the cul de sac with other kids everyday. I highly recommend Nantucket and this home!

This was the perfect house for our needs. Close to the beach and town, but also quiet enough to feel like we were away from the downtown "scene". The pool and tennis courts were awesome to keep our 11 year-old occupied.

This was a great experience— clean, beautiful, and spacious! Decent location, 10ish min drive to town. The photos don’t do this home justice. We especially loved the ample beach chairs and great deck for al fresco happy hours. Would definitely return!

Amazing Stay!

We loved our stay at this property in Nantucket. The house is beautiful, very well appointed, and centrally located. This was our fifth visit to the island and was our favorite location thus far. The property owner was very responsive. Since we stayed during the week before MDW, the community pool was not yet opened, but the community itself is lovely. We enjoyed ourselves fully and would absolutely return to this area and this property in the future.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The home is gorgeous, impeccably clean and in such a convenient location. We had our 1 year old with us and the easy access to the toddler play structure made our entire weekend. We are already talking about renting again next year!

We loved our stay in this well-appointed home. Great location, fabulous kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows, nice indoor and outdoor dining. We did a lot of biking and it was within 2 miles of most everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood off season. Highly recommend! Hope to be back next year!

This home is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for a family vacation. The kitchen is well appointed with a Sub Zero fridge, Wolf stove and marble countertops. The decor is lovely and the location is amazing! We biked everywhere- to town, the beach, the grocery store and much more. The pool and tennis courts are a huge bonus! This is a 5 star property and we highly recommend this home for your Nantucket getaway!

Lovely home in nice location

We rented Danielle’s home for a week with my family. The house is lovely, the pictures are accurate and there was plenty of room for my family. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. The house is in a great location outside of town with easy access to town and beaches via bike paths. There are bikes, beach chairs and boogie boards for use. We used the tennis courts multiple times and my kids used the pool. It was a great week and we hope to be back.

We loved our stay in Beach Plumb! The house was darling and super clean (extra sanitizer and wipes left out for Covid!) The location was ideal, central to everything. All kinds of bikes and toys and chairs for the beach. The house is decorated beautifully. We felt so at home and comfortable. We have vacationed on Nantucket many times, and due to Covid, we stayed more at home than most trips and ordered take out from some favorite spots. It was a wonderful “relocation” for our family. The pool was open and terrific too! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us!

all other reviews about the home are correct, problem is if something goes wrong as it did with us, landlord is not on the island and is not willing to pay for a property manager / caretaker so when the AC stopped working in 2 off 3 bedrooms they could not get anyone to fix it for 2.5 days of our week vacation. I would not rent this home until the landlord gets a property manager or caretaker to deal with the unexpected. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the landlord and how they addressed this mattter - find another house

We couldn't have been happier we chose this place for our weeklong stay. Newer construction, with all amenities available, beautiful decor, close to beaches and town. Definitely everything we could ask for (bikes, TV, central air, supplies, etc). The bathroom/bedroom layout also very optimal for two couples. We loved it and plan tol be back!

We stayed for a week with my family of 4 and two additional guests. The property was immaculately clean and well maintained. The finishes were great, and we especially appreciated the comfortable beds. Location was convenient - we biked everywhere - a few minutes to the beach, town, groceries, etc. The property is walkable to a couple of cool restaurants and a deli. We used the pool across the street several times, finding it quiet, clean, and convenient. Having access to a ton of beach toys and bikes in the basement was a welcome touch (the bikes are a bit rickety and seat levels are mostly non-adjustable without an allen wrench, so if you are picky, you will still want to rent - but we used them and they worked just fine and they were much appreciated). For those pre-shopping, there weren't any spices or cooking oils left behind like many other properties (aside from some salt and pepper) so you should bring those if you plan to cook. The wifi was also not lightning fast, but gets the job done. TVs and Sonos system were great and convenient. Overall, we loved our time there and found the hosts very available and informative. I would highly recommend this property.

We had the best time during our stay at the Surfside Retreat. The home is immaculate and very comfortable. We loved the location, just under two miles to town and really close to some of the best beaches, coffee shops and restaurants that are easy enough to walk or bike to. All the amenities you would want. Pool, gym, bikes, grill, wrap around porch to sit and relax. We loved everything about our stay!!
