We have stayed here before and the staff are always brilliant. Very friendly and helpful.
Nothing - always our go to when on the Wirral.

Our heating wasn’t working in our room and this was unacceptable as my husband has a blood disorder and he needs heat ,they gave us small heaters, but this wasn’t good as it was too noisy to sleep

Fabulous breakfast cooked to order. Clean, comfortable room. Perfect for a short stay. The hotel is only a 15 minute drive from Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet.
There was nothing that we didn't like.

the staff were fantastic
christmas breakfast was over cooked and the toast was burnt. Christmas lunch at a cost of £50 a head was pe packed processed turkey roast potatoes were not roasted overall an inedible main course so a huge cost for two meals that were not eaten. spoilt christmas day. definitely won't be going back

Affordable, decent parking and situated in a central location.
The site's restaurant is being renovated, so there is no onsite food, which I don't think was made clear when booking. The room is awful; the paint is peeling, the taps are rusted, and the wood panelling is smashed. The bedroom is slightly better, but grubby marks on the wall.

Does the job ,ideal location
Getting more tired each time I stay.

Shower curtain soaked the bathroom floor.

Good location, clean sizable room, free parking and good breafast
We asked for a quiet room and was given number 28. No noise from residents but a very noisy extractor outside (possibly from the kitchen). We had to close our window but could still hear it until it switched off late at night... then started up again very early marning.

Very helpful friendly staff. Good location and cheap food and drinks menu attached to hotel. I would 100% stay here again next time im in the area!
To be honest there was nothing to dislike. You could argue if you were fussy perhaps bathroom's are looking a bit "tired" - but everything works as it should so it didn't bother me at all.

Spacious. Had a car park. Had all the basic amenities (towels, tea, coffee, hair dryer, soap, shower gel). It was basic, but it did what we needed, provided a clean place to stay for a couple of nights. Checkin quick and easy. Check out was just a key-return.
The bathroom could have been better. Shower controls very sensitive. Soap didn't fit in soap dispenser. Bath didn't have plug. No sockets by bed.

Amazing location, friendly staff and very clean and comfortable rooms.
Ability to checkout late,

Staff are fantastic, room was clean
A little dated so needs a lot of attention. Bath was rusty and cracked so I wouldn't use, but staff made up for it and room was clean 😊

Close to the golf
Hotel room was pretty disgusting. Chris in bedroom was filthy, carpet was filthy, bathroom was like something from a bedsit. The hungry horse attached was pretty filthy, the beer I had tasted like the pipes hadn’t been cleaned for months.
2.5
The staff were really friendly and very helpful. The hotel is really quiet and it's free to park.
The rooms need a make over. Bathrooms could do with bath mats and hand towels.

The bed was really comfortable. Separate dressing area. Spacious room. Curry night was fantastic value for money and really tasty.
Tired and dated room, stains on walls. No hot water, had to go to reception three times to have it addressed. Toilet needed flushing several times to do it's job. When getting in to bed noticed suspicious brown stains on sheet. Covered with towel and went to sleep.

Hallways were in very poor condition the carpets were coming away from the gripper rods and threshold strips and held in place with gaffa tape as were the carpets in the pub, the service at the bar was all but non existent and as for ordering just drinks at the food till was a nonsense have stayed here numerous times as a premier inn but sadly won't be returning again.
